Three steps needed to activate the feeling of inner strength.

Each of you has power. There is not a single person who does not have it.

The power I’m talking about is not superpowers, but the power of the spirit, the power of the heart, the power of love. Some have the power of the mind, the power of reason.

I simply call it power. That inner core that allows you not to bend and to move through this turbulent, chaotic world. This power exists in everyone.

Learn how to unlock it.

What True Power Is

Everyone understands power in their own way. But I can say for sure what is not included in this power. It is not manipulation.

Each of you is powerful. No matter what level you are at, each of you is more powerful than the people around you, for the most part.

You see their weaknesses and their strengths. If you use your power to harm, you can greatly hurt anyone. For example, by striking a person’s weak points. You can feel them.

True power is seeing possibilities, seeing what others do not see. This is given in order to be of benefit to people. It can just as easily be used for harm. Where you want to direct this energy, you direct it.

True power is also not about bulldozing, not about pressuring, not about control. Because real power, at least the power I am talking about, has nothing to do with that. It is not a 3D picture: “I am strong, I can make demands. I can bulldoze my way through.”

Creation is not about bulldozing reality to suit yourself; it is more about arranging situations and circumstances in a way that is favorable for you.

Three Steps Necessary to Activate the Feeling of Inner Power

Step 1 — Acknowledging the Power

The first step is to acknowledge that you have power. Many of you are still sitting in doubt: “Is that really so? Can I really do this? Maybe something is wrong with me? Maybe I messed up somewhere again, and that’s why the situation came back.”

Your task is to acknowledge that this power exists within you.

Step 2 — Accepting the Power

Step two is to accept this power. Knowing that it exists is good, but you also need to accept it with every cell of your being — that it is there, that you are absolutely capable of anything.

Switch to this inner pillar, move from the state of horizontal connections, of an insignificant little person and a gray mouse preoccupied with their own selfish desires and impulses, into your verticality.

It is within you: “I acknowledge it, I accept it!”

Step 3 — Unlocking the Power

And then unlock it. This is critically important right now. Unlock it by allowing yourself to simply live, to enjoy every moment.

These words were once just words: “Feel yourself a creator. You are gods. Feminine energy comes into balance with masculine energy. You are co-creators, you create. Your light is the best protection from everything; you just need to shine and radiate.”

And now they have acquired the deepest resonance. It is precisely in everyday simple situations and difficulties that this has suddenly unfolded and been revealed. There are no more empty words.

We used to say: “Live from the heart. Think with your head, live from the heart.” This, too, has ceased to be a cliché; it’s absolutely essential now.

Those who build their plans from the mind – they set financial goals and don’t achieve them, because these plans sit in the head but don’t resonate in the heart. Because it is the passion for living, the experience of pleasure, that becomes the leading motive.

So many people have gone through the most severe depressive states, when you don’t want to live, you don’t know what to do. And finally, they have tasted the passion for living in the most basic, everyday actions.

They have learned to be in the moment, here and now, and to feel. Regardless of what surrounds them. The world may be going crazy, the situation in life may not change, the money situation may be as tight as ever. But all of this is found within.

Go through the meditation “Unveiling Your Power,” in which you will go through all three steps: recognition, acceptance, and unveiling of your power.

Your Compass: The Feeling of Inner Strength

But it’s one thing to hear about this, and another to receive this powerful realization through personal experience.

People often end up in situations where they do things they didn’t want to do because they went along with the crowd. Loved ones called them somewhere, didn’t ask for their decision. It just seems to happen on its own.

But if you don’t know who you are, what you want, where you are going, then you don’t have this compass, this guiding star.

The main thing is not what you’ve thought up in your mind, not what you “should” do, even if you think you need to, but what matters is where your soul and heart are pulling you. This is the main driving motive.

You do this not because you have to, not because you think it will be beneficial for you, your family, or your business, but because you cannot *not* do it, you cannot *not* go there. And everything else is secondary; it starts to fall into place around that.

But if you don’t understand whether it’s yours or not, whether you personally need it or not, whether it’s for your highest good or not – it’s very easy to get woven into someone else’s reality, someone else’s situations, things, and problems.

This is where the feeling of inner strength will help.

Where am I going? What am I doing? Why am I doing this? Am I drawn there, or am I acting based on circumstances?
