The solar center is considered the parent of our wants and desires, which reside in the sacral chakra, as well as our relationships with our lineage, loved ones, and the material world, for which the first chakra is responsible.

In a child, the solar plexus chakra begins to form at 2-3 years of age. This manifests in a huge number of “I want, I want.” They need everything and right now. The child protests against what the parents say.

These are the first manifestations of individuality. The child separates from the mother. They begin to explore the world around them, starting to touch everything. They step outside the energy field of the mother and learn to express their individuality. “I’ll put one boot on one foot and a rubber boot on the other. I won’t go there, I won’t do that.”

This is the process of discovering one’s individuality.

The solar plexus works in an amazing way: on one hand, there may be a lack of energy there, and on the other, there may be an excess. And from an energy perspective, both excess and lack of energy are imbalances.

When there is not enough energy, we adapt, the opinion of authorities is very important to us, we rely on someone else, we don’t trust ourselves. For example, you came up with an idea, someone starts to talk you out of it, and you agree.

This is a sign of a weakened solar plexus. There is no energy there. The manifestation of the opposite side, when there is too much energy, is anxiety.

From the perspective of energy charge, first determine whether the anxiety is yours or not yours. If it is yours, organize this chaotic, Brownian motion. Direct this energy into specific actions. Do some cleaning, wash the windows. The main thing is to be physically active. This charge will dissipate.

Stop the Flow of Anxiety with Energetic Tools

The most valuable thing you can do for your loved ones is to broadcast a feeling of safety, trust, support, and love regardless of the circumstances.

Because you, being just a little higher up on the evolutionary ladder, understand how this works.

When you indulge your anxious states, fears, panic attacks, and don’t seek help from specialists, you generate a huge amount of negative charge, negative energy directed outward.

But it’s one thing if you’re completely out of the loop on spiritual practices, a 3D person, and you don’t have that much of this energy because the flows aren’t working, and it’s another thing when you are engaged in practices.

Place your hands under a stream of running water and imagine that all this energy is draining away, leaving. If you can take a shower, bathe in that shower with violet flame.

That very moment when you are completely overwhelmed – transform it. The transformer of one energy into another is located in the higher heart. If your thymus, the higher heart chakra, is activated, focus and launch it.

Imagine that an atomic reactor is turning on in your higher heart, which transforms. Transform using the white flame and the violet flame of purification.

You can also work with invocations. If your visual channel works well, imagine that you are in a pink cocoon, so that only love comes out of you.
