People look for different ways to eliminate it. In this article, we will share five ways to overcome fear, as well as a universal practice for dissolving any imbalances and bringing yourself into a balanced state.

It is normal to experience fear

In our society with a skewed perspective, it is believed that fear is something bad. And what is essentially normal, we consider abnormal.

Experiencing fear within reasonable limits is natural. It is a normal reaction of the body in situations where something threatens it.

The difference is that now there are not as many life-threatening situations as before, but the body’s biochemistry still reacts in the same way.

We need all emotions, including fear and anxiety, to show that we are alive.

But when fear and similar feelings are excessive, it prevents us from living a harmonious life. Below we offer ways to eliminate such fears.

5 ways to learn to overcome fear

1. Act in spite of fear

The most reliable and fastest way to learn to overcome fear is to do what you are afraid of. Just do it.

This method often works better for men because they have a predominance of active energy: thought — said — did.

Women are structured a little differently; we are more passive. We act with a delay.

Therefore, if you need to cope with fear, take an example from men. Act without lengthy deliberation.

For me, for example, between thinking and doing, I need time to sit with a new idea, get used to the thought, and be in it. I do not act immediately; sometimes I need several days to do it.

Most often it’s not critical — whether to do it now or in 3 days, for example.

People whose solar plexus chakra is in order do it immediately; they have no problems with actions. For those who are different, time is needed to ripen, to prepare themselves. There is nothing wrong with that.

But you shouldn’t drag it out either. I have met people who gave themselves 2-3 years to ripen. Here you need to realize that in this case, you are avoiding the issue all that time.

There are also those who sit for years and cannot bring themselves to move, waiting. What are you waiting for? No one will do this action for you. If you are waiting for someone else to do it, you can sit like that your whole life.

2. Penetrate inside the fear

There is such a practice from the Cosmic Laws.

When you encounter fear, imagine what you are afraid of, bring the fear as close to yourself as possible, until you see its molecules.

For example, when you enlarge a picture on a computer, and if it is of poor quality, you start to see pixels. Your task is to zoom in on the fear so much, as if to enter it, dive into it, that you will not see the fear itself, but only its pixels, molecules.

Track how your sensations change. Are you really still afraid, or has something changed?

3. Take the situation to the point of absurdity (fail it)

So you are afraid of something. Agree with it: “Yes, that’s true. It happened. So what?”

Draw the worst-case scenario — your husband left, you are left without money. So what? What next?

And here your task is to remember what good remains in your life despite this.

This method is not suitable for those who are emotionally unstable. Such people will fall into this situation, into these emotions, and it will be very difficult to get out on their own.

Use the technique of replacing with an equal but opposite feeling. What would you like to feel instead of fear in the situation that worries you?

Bring your fears to the surface, write down what exactly you are afraid of. The next day, replace it with an equal, opposite feeling.

For example, with calmness, safety.

I draw your attention — true safety is inside you, then your soul is in your body.

5. Shower your inner child with love

When you experience fear, it is not the adult who is afraid, but the child inside you. It is this child that you need to shower with love.

If there is a fear of something, there is always a situation that happened before, most likely in childhood. You didn’t suddenly become afraid now; there was probably a whole chain of events.

Dive as deep as possible into the past and find that child. Tell them about yourself, that everything is fine with you, you are alive, healthy, you have achieved some results. Give the support you want to receive now to yourself in the past, to that little child.

Do Not Diagnose Yourself

Since the fearful part of you manifests on the physical plane and has physical symptoms, I will share the rules from Svetlana Dobrovolskaya:

When everything inside you is fluttering, and your body shows symptoms of fear, stop diagnosing yourself.

Maintain neutrality and openness. In the old reality, when your solar plexus trembled, it meant for you that you were afraid. Now, for several years, sometimes the body experiences the same symptoms of fear, but it is not fear.

The operating system has changed, but the mind-body does not know it yet.

You accept as a fact: “my solar plexus is trembling.” At the same time, you do not allow the mind to bring in the definition from the coordinate system of the past into the present that it is fear or anxiety.

This is an old worn-out record that the mind plays. The new reality is a reality of love; there is no fear in it.

When the body experiences such emotions, we have a set of tools, for example, the violet flame.

Algorithm for Working with Fear and Any Imbalances

  1. Envelop yourself in golden light to prepare the space for cleansing.
  2. Bathe in the violet flame for transmutation and alchemization of energy blocks.
  3. Pass green healing light through yourself to remove pain, if present.
  4. Envelop yourself in diamond-white light to add frequency.

Living Through Unwanted Situations in Dreams

Currently, there is a very powerful processing of our fears in dreams. We are experiencing alternative realities where all our fears have come true.

You should not treat such dreams as something terrible; on the contrary, be grateful that you lived through it in a dream, and not in reality.

And you should not voice these dreams out loud. Live through it and let it go.
