Celebration of the spring equinox 2021

Congratulations on the spring equinox! This is a day when everything in nature naturally balances itself — day equals night, and we get a chance to bring our own inner “spheres” into balance. 2021 became a time when we learned not only to observe balance, but also to create it within ourselves — in relationships, affairs, emotions, and desires.

Today’s focus is on giving thanks for everything that comes to light (even if it’s an imbalance), not comparing yourself to others, and boldly planting your own “seeds” for a new cycle.

What the broadcast was about

  • Why the equinox is not just a beautiful natural ritual, but a chance to look at your own “skewed areas” and restore your inner balance
  • How to notice where harmony is disrupted in your life: the spheres of family, work, relationships, your own desires, and emotional expression
  • Why you should give thanks even for imbalance, instead of “gnawing” at yourself for mistakes — true realignment begins through acceptance
  • How to stop comparing yourself to others, quit viewing life through the lens of others’ opinions, and rely more on yourself
  • Practice: a visualization of balance — a beautiful wooden path along which you learn to walk at your own pace, pausing to thank yourself, support yourself, and fill yourself with love

Meditation “Bridge of Balance”

Go through the “Bridge of Balance” meditation to center yourself in your heart, balance all parts of you and the areas of life that need it.

Purpose of the meditation: To feel balance between all areas of life, release grievances and tension, plant your “seed” for a new cycle, and fill yourself with gratitude and support.

In this practice, you visualize yourself walking along a long wooden path, balancing and stopping at each “point” to thank yourself, let go of what’s unnecessary, and forgive yourself and others. At the end, you plant a “seed” — an intention for the new period, filling it with love and support.

Main steps:

  1. Deep breathing, focus on the heart
  2. Visualization of a path or bridge you are walking on
  3. At each point — gratitude to yourself, releasing heaviness, supporting yourself
  4. A wave of love and forgiveness for yourself and loved ones
  5. Planting a new “seed,” setting an intention for the upcoming cycle
  6. Anchoring the state of balance and acceptance

For self-reflection

  • Where in your life is balance most lacking right now? How does it show up?
  • What “seeds” do you want to plant for the new cycle?
  • What can you thank yourself for today — even if everything feels far from perfect?
  • What small joys are you choosing for yourself in the near future?

What to do if you don’t feel balance right away?
— Give yourself time and gentleness. Sometimes one sincere “thank you” to yourself can already change a lot.

Can I do this practice often?
— Of course. Come back to it whenever you feel inner tension or want to support yourself.

How can I anchor the state of balance?
— Pay attention to simple joys, don’t push yourself for mistakes, and acknowledge even the small steps forward.

May this day bring you a sense of equilibrium, joy in the small steps, and support in every new beginning. Happy spring equinox!
