Within this series of articles, we will examine two basic principles of transformation. The first principle is general, for a broad audience.
The second is more specific. It is addressed to those who have already been involved with the topic of transformation for some time.
We will begin examining aspects of transformation in order, from the basic level to the advanced.
The first principle or basic aspect is “give in order to receive”. Many do not understand the essence of this principle. To get something, you first need to give.
Today we will talk about how to give, what to give, and how to let go of what needs to be given, for the sake of the new thing you want to attract into your life.
Give in order to receive — this basic aspect correlates with the Cosmic Law of Fair Exchange.
Whatever a person does, they always strive to get an instant result.
For example, you performed a chakra exercise and immediately want to feel unconditional love. But instead, you experience emptiness.
Or you conducted a meditation for money and expect an instant influx of abundance, but it does not happen.
Realize, to get something, you must first give.

First GIVE
If your goal is transformation, first of all you give away — false beliefs, limiting thoughts, destructive emotions, etc.
You remove limitations in your mind, change destructive thoughts into constructive ones, transform negative emotions into positive feelings, expand your boundaries.
The basis of the principle is to first “remove” (take away or give away what slows you down and hinders you).
For example, you are conducting some practice and declare your desire and readiness to change something. At the same time, you stubbornly hold on to the old within yourself.
The new cannot come into that space because it is still occupied by the old.
First, you give away what does not serve you, what hinders you from achieving what you declare (what you ask for).
If you continue to hold on to the old, you ultimately get a zero result.
Moreover, you may encounter a setback (that is, even more unpleasant states and situations).
So, the basic principle of transforming your thinking is: GIVE and then you will receive. If you do not give, you will not receive.
If you declare some desire or intention, be prepared to encounter situations that, one way or another, will “shake out” the old from you so that you can let in the new.
For example, when you direct your attention to the topic of money and declare your desires, you often initially face losses.
This is how old hang-ups surface to be cleansed.
Such situations arise only for those people whose ideas about abundance and money are based on false beliefs.
These illusions rise up so that you can see them and finally work through them.
Take the Meditation “Letting Go of OLD behavior patterns” to learn to see the highest choice in any situation and follow it, to acknowledge and release old behavior patterns.
You have exactly as much as you allow yourself to have
You currently have exactly as much as you allow yourself to have.
Understanding this returns responsibility to your hands for the presence or absence of anything in your life.
If you want something different or more, you must do something to achieve it.
For example, clear the space, remove blocks and limitations that prevent you from having what you want.
In other words, you first need to give something away or transform it.
What you have today is composed of how you think (what thoughts you constantly replay in your head); how you react to events through the prism of your own traumas.
If you continue to hold onto the “bouquet” of current limitations, thoughts, and traumas, you will continue to have what you have today.
If your inner content (thoughts, beliefs, feelings) does not change, your outer reflection (what you have) will not change.

To let in something new, repeated efforts are needed
In the current energies, much is coming to the surface. What is rising now is firmly embedded in the body, “programmed.”
Years of well-worn life paths lay down reinforced concrete neural connections in your brain.
When you try to rewrite these paths, it is better to understand that the first “thousand attempts” will be unsuccessful.
The older you are, the more difficult it is (since brain structures become less plastic with age).
Therefore, to inscribe something new into yourself (new thoughts, new feelings, new actions), you need to make repeated efforts.
What to give away
You give away your:
- blocks and limitations;
- illusions and destructive programs;
- emotions and traumas;
- old traumatic experience and the past, etc.
Essentially, to get something, you first give up the victim consciousness and all its specific attributes.
Until you say goodbye to these “cockroaches in your head,” any practices of manifestation, affirmations, and the like are absolutely ineffective.
Vivid examples of a damaged consciousness are the topics of money/abundance, as well as love/relationships. All problems in these areas are written (as false programs) precisely “in the brain.”
Many people cherish their negative emotions, traumas, past, and hold onto lived dramas for years. The longer you “chew” on them, the harder it will be for you to let them go.
If you want to let something else in, you will first have to give up everything that hinders its flow.

Develop the Skill of Letting Go
If the process of “letting go – accepting” is associated with pain and conflict, it is the result of your choice. This means pain and conflict are your choice.
You fall into the trap of the mind when you convince yourself that, before you can give something up, you first need to realize what to let go of.
Nothing prevents you from developing the skill of letting go. For this, it is not necessary to realize in detail exactly what you need to release.
Attachments to anything grow from a consciousness of poverty (scarcity), from the fear that there might not be enough for you.
When you attain a consciousness of abundance/prosperity, you think in completely different categories. You know that “what is yours” will always find its way to you at the ideal “time and place” for you.
To begin shifting your consciousness toward abundance, accumulate your personal experience of victories and achievements that will confirm your new choice (your new attitudes and principles).
Only this way can you reformat your brain.
Only this way can you convince your mind to believe what you feel (convince your mind to believe your new truth).
This is a constant process of delegating authority and power from the mind to what you feel. The sooner you start this process, the easier your progress becomes.
Gradually letting go of the “reins of control” and switching to sensations eases your advancement.

If you don’t know what to give, give the “HOW”
To get answers/see opportunities, you need to “step out of the mind” – go beyond the mind.
The question “HOW (to do something)” automatically engages the mind. Realize that the mind is just a computer.
What does a computer contain? – The software installed in it, uploaded files, and so on.
There is nothing in it that hasn’t been previously loaded.
If you type a “search” and try to find something that isn’t in the computer-mind, the search will give you nothing – “no results found.”
When you ask the mind any question, it starts sorting through various options available to you based on your past experience.
You need an expansion to receive answers that lie beyond your experience (your mind).
You have a goal: “I want to live in a new place.”
The goal “I want to live in a new place” is not equal to the goal “(HOW) will I sell my apartment.” Always start from your original desire.
How you get it doesn’t matter at all.
The faster you learn to move away from the word “how,” the easier it will be to get what you want. If you don’t know what to give, give “how.”
By feeling a desire, you have already materialized it.
You will only be able to understand how this desire was realized after it comes into your life. Trust the “how” process to the Universe.
Most people follow a different path — they get stuck on “how,” go through options, and their mind tells them why they can’t do it, why it’s impossible.
People lose faith in themselves, and the result is zero.
This algorithm is especially evident in the case of long-term goals.
Within 3-5 months, around an initially wonderful idea, a person manages to create a powerful field of dead energy and then wonders why nothing works out.
Constantly bring yourself back to the original goal (the original desire).
Ask yourself again, “What do I really want?”
Otherwise, you will keep getting off track — because you are putting energy into anything except your desire.
What to give — analysis of a specific example
Let’s look at an example of a specific limitation from the “what to give” list.
“The apartment is not selling. I live here and now with pleasure, I know that what is mine won’t leave, but I really want to live in a new place already. What’s wrong?”
In the phrasing “I know that what is mine won’t leave, but I really want to live in a new place already,” a limitation is embedded.
What is the basic/original desire here? — “I want to live in a different place.”
The mind immediately imposed a limitation on this desire in the form of “HOW can I/should I realize this?” by attaching an equal opposite from the second column (“I want to live in a new place”).
When the mind asked “HOW,” it found a convenient solution — “by selling the apartment I have.”
But the apartment is not for sale (and there are reasons for that).
Instead of following your core desire (“I want to live in a new place”) and looking for other ways to resolve this situation, the mind rigidly anchors a person to the decision already made (“selling the apartment that exists”).
Conclusion: to live in a different place, it is not necessary to sell the apartment.
Without writing down your situations in lists of “what to give” – “what to get” and analyzing them soberly, you will not be able to see the limitations embedded in your choices.
Having fixed “what to give” and “what to get,” you turn to specific tools. For example, you go into meditation.
In meditation, you slow down the chaotic frequency of the brain – shifting it from a beta to an alpha state. While in the alpha state, you gain access to Higher aspects – establishing a connection with the “Universal Internet.”
By connecting to the Higher channel, directly from the Source (bypassing the mind), you receive answers on the given topic (the topic of your core desire, for example, “I want to live in a new place”).
And are you able to give away, let go of old beliefs, to attract something new into your life?
In the second part of the article, we will analyze the second principle of transformation — the goal. Follow the updates on the website.
