To reach a new, higher-quality level, unpleasant events push one to reconsider their vision.

In our world, there are two opposing energies — love and fear.

In the new energies, what matters is the internal state — fear or love — from which decisions are made and actions are taken.

Most people are accustomed to acting from fear, taking a defensive position.

This model has already outlived itself; it pulls a person down.

The time has come to free yourself, to abandon the old way of thinking. It is necessary to learn a new model, where decisions and actions are made from a feeling of love.

How a fear-based mindset becomes embedded in the subconscious

From early childhood, a habit of thinking from fear is instilled in a child.

Don’t go there — you’ll fall, don’t take the scissors — you’ll cut yourself, don’t go near the iron — you’ll burn yourself.

In adolescence, similar warnings are heard:

  • Don’t be friends with that group; such friendship won’t bring any benefit, you’ll harm yourself.
  • Don’t stay out late — it’s dangerous.
  • Do your homework; without an education, you won’t find a good job, which implies you won’t earn well.
  • Behave properly — you’ll be judged.

In each such statement, an anxious thought is embedded — when making a choice, be afraid, pay attention to your fear, it will tell you how not to act.

I’m not saying these warnings were unreasonable. But the point is that they direct the child’s attention to dangers and the need to take a defensive stance where it is unnecessary.

As a result, from childhood, a mindset is embedded that is aimed at making choices and important decisions based on a state of fear. But there is no constructiveness in fear.

Upbringing from fear is constant worry that something might happen to the child. That they will grow up to be an unworthy person and, from the parents’ point of view, will behave unwisely.

Upbringing from love is doing everything possible so that the child grows up a happy person and lives each day in joy and love.

What is replacing the instinct of self-preservation

Before, in the old energies, making decisions out of fear was vital for survival. In the past, this instinct helped humanity survive in difficult conditions.

Fears are brought by a person into this life from different incarnations.

Humanity has become accustomed to fear protecting, guarding, and helping to avoid trouble for many centuries.

Now, this same help in the new energies can be obtained in a different way — by radiating light and love.

Stress is one of the reasons the survival instinct kicks in. This happens during anxiety or a tense situation.

Subconsciously, in such moments, a person thinks from a victim state, and images of the most unfavorable situations easily form in the mind.

But switching yourself in difficult moments and visualizing a positive outcome of events is not easy.

Now, in conditions of humanity’s higher awareness, this instinct is outdated.

When you realize that you are the creator of your own reality, the desire to create dangers in life disappears.

Let’s say a person has passed an interview for a new job. They want to get hired by this company, and while they don’t know the result, their thoughts revolve around this issue.

If a person is afraid they won’t be hired, their imagination paints a picture of being rejected.

But from a state of love for their profession, they see themselves enthusiastically engaged in interesting work. In this way, they model a favorable outcome for themselves.

In the new energies, from a state of fear, you no longer preserve your life as before, but rather destroy it. But a state of love helps maintain balance and not slide into the usual pattern of assumptions.

Gradually, people will move into a world paradigm where a thought pattern in a state of fear will be in the category of harming oneself, and not at all helping or saving oneself.

If you can maintain a state of love within yourself, even in the most difficult and critical situations, then when you are among people where an anxious atmosphere prevails, it is enough for you to simply begin radiating this state.

This will have a very beneficial effect on those around you — people will start to calm down.

To harmonize the atmosphere, keep your focus on love and on the very process of pouring out this feeling, and try not to shift your attention to the state of people who are in fear.

Love — Boundless Divine Energy

In the new energies, a necessary condition for being in a state of love is the wholeness of the personality, which is possible when the human part and the higher divine aspects are united.

When a state of unity is absent, a person experiences anxiety, irritation, is in constant tension, and expects trouble. Without a connection to the soul, a person falls into a state of fear.

The source of fears is a lack of faith in one’s own strength. A person fears the unknown, fears making a decision because of the fear that everything will turn out in an unexpected way.

Under the influence of fear, they want to keep everything under control.

Only through complete trust in the spirit is a state possible where there is no need to control.
