Cave of Doing Meditation, Garden of Being

On the autumnal equinox of 2017, a landmark event occurred: the opportunity to rewrite the template that was massively played out on planet Earth emerged.

The template of evaluating yourself, your worth based on what you do. If you have achieved nothing in the external world — you are nobody.

Previously, this matrix of thinking was necessary for survival.

But now you do not need to survive, to fight for sustenance; you live in normal, prosperous conditions. The paradigm of doing is outdated.

Stopping doing does not mean that now you do not need to act, that everything will happen by itself.

The correct understanding of “doing” — is to stop performing actions for the sake of praise, to cease building your significance and self-esteem through your achievements (if there are no achievements, it means you are not worthy of love, recognition).

The state of being means that you know yourself, know your weak and strong sides, and act based on that.

The more you abide in a state of being, of bliss from yourself, the more you can accomplish.

To rewrite the paradigm of doing within yourself, you need to fill yourself from within. Stop focusing on what is happening in the external world.

Meditation: The Cave of Doing, The Garden of Being

I suggest helping yourself with the meditation “The Cave of Doing. The Garden of Being.”

In the meditation, you will go into the cave of your achievements to release them with gratitude, and then — into the garden of being to catch the vibration, the feeling of “just being.”

The goal of the meditation is to release the paradigm of evaluating yourself through actions and achievements and switch to a state of being.

How to get the maximum effect from the meditation?

1. Ask your loved ones not to disturb you for 20 minutes.

You will need all your attention to scan your body.

2. Take a comfortable position. Sitting in the lotus position is not necessary. The main thing is that you feel comfortable.

4. If you want to go through the meditation again later, try to do it without audio accompaniment.

Meditation is an internal state; to enter it, you do not need external attributes like my voice.
