How to protect yourself while sleeping

There are many different opinions about how much sleep a person needs to feel alert and full of energy.

But you will surely agree that after waking up, each of us wants to be in a good mood and have enough energy to greet the new day.

But what do you do when your mood is at zero, and you wake up with inexplicable anxiety and even more tired than before you went to sleep?

Do you want to get rid of fatigue and lack of energy? Do you want to be full of strength and joyfully greet the new day? Then you should reconsider your habits! It’s very easy to do…

Especially since this is facilitated by the collective energy of thousands, even millions of people…

But before giving any recommendations, I suggest you familiarize yourself with the “theoretical” part ))

Where you “wander” during sleep

When you go to sleep, only your body sleeps, while your consciousness is awake and travels through different parallel realities — your consciousness goes wherever it wants to go.

Dreams provide us with health, clues in life situations, connection with multidimensional space and alternative realities.

And this direction does not always match where you yourself would like to go.

Very often it happens that you feel anxiety, worry, doubt, or fear… No matter how hard you try to tune into positivity during the day, subconsciously this thought does not give you peace.

You fall asleep, your mind shuts off, and the spiritual part goes for a walk.

Where do you think, in such a state, under the guidance of anxious thoughts and doubts, your consciousness might go?

Of course, to where the corresponding vibrations exist — to the epicenter of the event that is troubling you.

As a result, instead of resting, filling up with strength and serenity, and waking up refreshed, you wake up not only tired, as if you had been working all night, but you wake up in a terrible mood.

Especially since after active meditative, spiritual, and energy practices, your sensitivity is many times higher than that of other people.

It’s high time to take care of protective tools.

How to protect yourself during sleep

1. Surround yourself with a dense cocoon of white light before sleep

This is the simplest method that should work for you on autopilot.

Before you fall asleep, surround yourself with a dense white light, or imagine that you are inside a glowing white cocoon through which low-vibration thoughts and emotions cannot pass.

How to Achieve Automatic Activation

If anxious thoughts suddenly appear, imagine that you press the “Start” button, and you are immediately surrounded by a white cocoon of light.

To develop automaticity in your actions, you need to imagine this several times in a relaxed state. So clearly that you even feel the space around you becoming dense, beginning to glow, and that nothing from the outside reaches you through this white light.

You will feel protected and safe, and then later it will happen automatically at the mere thought.

2. Create a Safe Haven for Yourself

Before going to sleep, set the intention of where you will go in your dream.

One of the great masters advised building a secret refuge for sleep, something like a house or a place of your dreams. Build something you don’t have in reality but would like to have.

Your subconscious will guide you on the form; the main thing is that you feel safe there and can rest.

Several times, consciously construct the landscape surrounding your sleep in full detail: a mountain stream, just mountains, on a lakeshore, on a seashore, a pine forest – whatever resonates with you. The atmosphere of the space can be anything. This is a virtual space that you create yourself.

Imagine your quiet refuge, and when you go to bed, say to yourself: “I am going to sleep in my favorite secret place.”

Then you can be sure that everything will be fine with you during sleep, and you won’t pick up any foreign energies or emotions.

3. Call Upon Your Guardian Angel to Protect Your Sleep

You can always call upon the protection of your Guardian Angel. That’s why they are called Guardian Angels.

For those who have advanced far on the path of spiritual development, it may seem silly to call upon angels – we are creators ourselves. But sometimes it is necessary.

You know that when you are worried about something, no matter how consciously you try to deal with it, a part of those energies will still be suppressed by you.

This means that during sleep, when your mental control relaxes, you can directly open up to all these energies. You will wake up in the morning feeling drained and anxious.

Call upon protection. If you have a beloved great Master – call upon them. Guardian Angels – call upon them.

I always recommend calling upon Archangel Michael. It is no coincidence that he is the overseer of the protectors of all people, and in the most difficult cases, I have always called upon him.

4. Protect the Space You Live In

In the evening, when you start to fall asleep, you enter a natural meditative state.

Take a few deep breaths in and out, close your eyes, and imagine that you are a great artist who is painting: pick up a brush and paint the walls, the ceiling, and you can even paint the floor with purple stripes.

If you want, add some creativity to it: white speckles, golden threads — anything your imagination can come up with.

The main thing is that at this moment you are creating a protection, a protection through which no outside influence on the energetic and spiritual level can reach you.

Paint purple threads along all the walls, along all the window openings, and importantly, in all the doorways, so that when you enter the house, all negativity stays behind the doors…

How does the purple light work? It cleanses all emotions, all negativity, everything you might have picked up somewhere outside, so that it doesn’t enter the house. This will benefit both you and all your loved ones who live in this place.

For those who don’t live alone in their apartment/house, ask for permission from the Higher Self of everyone involved: for your husband, ask your husband’s; for your grandmother, ask your grandmother’s; for your child, ask your child’s.

So that they don’t experience withdrawal later, especially the older generation.

5. Take a “purple” shower in the mornings

If you happen to wake up in an anxious state, don’t forget to cleanse yourself.

If you have a habit of doing energy exercises, before you start moving energy flows up and down, bathe yourself in a purple shower.

If you take a shower in the morning, imagine that you are bathing in waves of purple light.

In other words, encode your daily morning shower ritual with an action, with your intention, that at this moment all unbalanced emotions are flowing off of you, and if there are obsessive thoughts, they are flowing off too.

6. Cleansing the apartment with candles

If someone leans towards religion, don’t forget to periodically light a candle, by the way, it doesn’t have to be a church candle, and simply walk around the entire perimeter of the apartment with the lit candle, looking into every single corner.

If you also attach an intention to this practice that you are burning away stagnant energies, it will work.

In principle, you can use any tool here when you know what you are using it for. But the most important thing I am directing your attention to is that both your mood and the state in which you wake up — everything depends on you.

Whether you give in to this state, or you take control once again into your own hands and make an effort, a very small one as you can see, to change it. And after some time, this will start happening on autopilot.

All of these are effective rituals that help protect yourself.

This doesn’t mean we should consider the world hostile, that we are protecting ourselves from it, that it is trying to attack us.

But if you suddenly feel inexplicable anxiety, you have all the tools at your disposal to protect yourself!

So, take care of yourself.
