Any desires are initially born in thoughts. A person thinks about something, wants something, and only then takes certain actions to fulfill the intention.
That is, from “thinking” to full realization, certain steps must be taken. One such step is grounding your dreams.
This step is not mandatory, but by such actions a person activates energy that helps intentions come true.
To ground means to perform physical actions.
For example, writing down your desires is a form of grounding, as a person performs certain actions through which the conceived idea materializes on paper, albeit in the form of text.
Today we offer you several options for grounding your intentions to bring them to life.
There are many ways to ground your intentions to help them come true. For example, creating a vision board.
On a large sheet of Whatman paper, place your photo in the center, divide the entire sheet into sectors according to life areas, and in each sector draw or place pictures of your desires corresponding to that specific life area.
You can also draw the intention, weave it into a mandala, dance it, sing it, sew it, or knit it.
Let’s look at some of these options in more detail.
4 ways to help fulfill an intention
“Desire is the driving force of the soul;
a soul devoid of desires stagnates.
One must desire in order to act,
and act in order to be happy.”
Claude Adrien Helvétius

1. Plant your intentions along with flowers
I have been using a wonderful practice for several years now – planting my intentions with houseplants. It resonates with me greatly, as I have many flowers at home, and I repot them every spring or autumn.
How to realize an intention through planting:
Write your intention on a piece of paper – exactly what you plan to bring into your life. There can be several intentions, but then more flowers will be planted – each intention requires a separate flower to be planted.
Break down your desires by areas of life: home, family, health, children, parents, work, rest, travel, and so on. For each area, write your intention on a separate piece of paper.

Prepare everything needed for planting: pots, soil, cuttings or seeds, depending on what you want to plant. It is best to choose plants that bloom or bear fruit.
When selecting plants, also consider the growth rate of the plant and the appearance of the first fruits or first blooms. Since the flowers and fruits of the plants will symbolize your results from the intended intentions.
For example, if you grow a plant from a lemon seed, it will take several months for the seedling to sprout, and the first fruits may appear only after several years.
Are you ready to wait that long? If you are ready, and your intention is on a global scale, requiring a lot of time to realize, such a plant will be suitable.
But I recommend setting more realistic goals and choosing fast-growing, nearly year-round blooming, low-maintenance plants.
Pour a little soil into the planting pot, place a leaf on which you have written your intention. Cover it with soil on top, then plant the plant as you normally would. Do not forget to water the plant at the end of planting.
2. Release your intention into the sky
Write your intention on a balloon with a marker and release it into the sky.
For example, before launching, we wrote on the balloons what quality we wish to see in our lives.
Something like this: “I am living a happy, interesting, exciting, joyful, active life”.
Choose the adjectives yourself, according to your needs and desires.
Participants of the closed group for clients suggest these options:
“There are such Chinese sky lanterns, they fly beautifully, especially glowing for a long time at night, and if they fly away, you can see them for a very long time until they turn into a dot. Light a candle at this lantern and release it into the sky with your written intentions.” — Liliya Kravtsova
“I had a period when I blew my intentions and desires into a balloon and released it from the balcony. I also liked blowing soap bubbles — really big ones. I live on the seventh floor, so it all turns out beautifully.” — Alina Kletushkina

3. Drink your intention with water
Water, as a conductor of energy, will help fulfill the intention. Here is what participants of the closed group for clients of the Keys of Mastery training center suggest:
“I do this: I write on the new moon or just when I have a strong desire, in an affirmative sentence on a piece of paper. What I want and what I am like in that state. Then at night I put a glass of water and in the morning I read it, fill myself with that state, and drink the water.” — Anastasia Nelina
“I do the same, but I also attach that piece of paper to a cup of water and additionally charge it with my energy! I create an energy ball between my palms, envelop the cup with it, and mentally pronounce all my intentions. Then I drink it, imagining that everything has already come true, accepting it all with gratitude!” — Tatyana Chirkina
4. Create a magic intention card
Another simple way to help realize an intention:
“I described my ‘ideal’ life on a beautiful magic card, placed it on the sunniest windowsill, and put crystals on top to accumulate solar energy.
It is gradually coming true; we are already halfway there!
But without your own movement, even just lying in the right direction, no cards will help. You have to move forward, not be afraid. It will be difficult if you have planned global changes, but the result will be all the sweeter for it!” — Elena Kotova

Get creative
Don’t limit yourself to the suggested options. Improvise, come up with your own methods, or modify the ones already proposed.
Remember, you are the creators of your life, and everything that happens in it depends only on you.
For example, with planting intentions. Try using not only houseplants; garden plants that bear fruit will also work.
If you place a leaf with a written intention under a tomato bush or any other vegetable, then when the fruits appear, the realization of what was planned will also manifest.
Or use this option when planting flowers not indoors, but outside. You can also incorporate the specificity of water here. Water is a good conductor of information.
Speak your intention aloud over the water prepared for watering the plants, thereby only enhancing the effect.
And finally, a few more ways to fulfill an intention:
«Oh, honestly, what haven’t I done. I counted, so that the Universe wouldn’t get used to it, needing a new method each time. And I went all out with creativity: I went to the lake with pebbles and little boats, I sowed seeds, I used crystals, I wrote fairy tales, and I invented rituals.
Now everything is simpler. Yes, I also drew a lot, and wove a whole wall of mandalas. Now my creativity has become much calmer, but I still go through grounding — I knit toys and embroider. The work goes through intention.» Alina Kletushkina

Remember that these rituals only help you fulfill your intention. They do not replace the purposeful actions you must take to make your dreams come true.
