Celebration of the spring equinox 2017

Congratulations on the spring equinox! This day is about balance, the energy of renewal, and the start of new processes.

In 2017, the broadcast was especially powerful: we were united by a collective practice where we worked with a circle of light and balanced the masculine and feminine, light and dark, spiritual and material within ourselves. A big focus was on the ability to find joy, even if the energies in your body are fluctuating and the day feels challenging.

What the broadcast was about

  • Why the equinox is not only about the balance of day and night, but also about balancing the light and dark within yourself, and the ability to find harmony amidst change
  • How to navigate periods of fatigue and energy surges, how to take care of your body and rest when it asks for it
  • Why a collective practice brings more joy, support, and a sense of unity
  • The practice: a spiral meditation — we unite in a circle of light, spiral upwards, work with the masculine and feminine, balance light and dark, release what is unnecessary, and ask for harmony for the next six months

Meditation for Balancing Your Energy and Life Spheres

Purpose of the meditation: To balance the masculine and feminine, light and darkness within yourself, release the old, and charge yourself with the energy of change.

We collectively create a circle of light. Each person, in their own individual space, activates a spiral energy, rises upward, and feels balance and harmony. They work with their inner opposites, release what is unnecessary, recharge for the new cycle, and solidify the feeling of unity with the group.

Main steps:

  1. Deep breathing, tuning into the body and heart
  2. Visualizing a circle of light, uniting with like-minded people
  3. Launching spiral energy, rising upward
  4. Balancing masculine and feminine, light and dark
  5. Feeling support, joy, harmony
  6. Anchoring the state in the body, gratitude to yourself and the group

For self-reflection

  • Where is balance lacking right now — in the body, emotions, or thoughts?
  • What do you want to “plant” in this cycle to see the fruits by autumn?
  • What simple joys support you every day?
  • Who do you want to share your energy and joy with?

Can the practice be repeated?
— Of course, especially when you want to feel the joy of unity and inner harmony again.

What to do if tears or fatigue arise during the practice?
— Allow yourself to experience any emotions, then return to simple joys and caring for your body.

How to solidify the new state?
— Thank yourself, stay in touch with the circle of like-minded people, and delight in the little things.

May this day become a point of balance for you, a new spiral of change and bright joy!
Happy spring equinox!
