The practice of gratitude, along with forgiveness, is one of the basic tools of creation.
When a person experiences Gratitude, a powerful stream of a unique vibration emanates from within, which is just one step below Love.
And if loving everyone around you unconditionally is a rather difficult task, because for that you need to love and accept yourself in all your diversity, then experiencing gratitude is much easier… Each of you has had situations in your life for which you can and do say thank you.
The highest mastery is when you move from gratitude FOR SOMETHING to a total feeling of gratitude within.
On the eve of the December solstice and the 3 days of love, it will be fitting to radiate gratitude yourself for everything happening in life, and also to demonstrate by your own example how gratitude works.
1. My Gratitudes
The task is very simple, but for it to work on autopilot, daily practice is required.
Make a list of what you are grateful for:
1. What are you grateful for in your business/professional sphere?
2. What are you grateful for in your personal relationships?
3. What are you grateful for about yourself?
Each day you make a NEW list; the answers should NOT be repeated.
2. The Practice of Giving Thanks
After you have made your list of gratitudes, do a short practice to FEEL the gratitude, not just think about it.
Take a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Focus on your breath.
Take 3 deep heart-centered breaths in and out.
Recall any moment in your life when you felt gratitude… for something someone did for you.
This is a moment when a powerful stream was flowing from within you.
Catch the feeling of gratitude.
Return to your list. Focus on the 1st item on the list.
On the inhale, mentally say: Good
On the exhale — Gift.
Feel how your heart opens, and a powerful stream from within is directed outward.
2nd and 3rd items on the list: Good — Gift.
The next day, repeat the practice of giving thanks with a new list.
It is important not just to say Thank you, but to feel it with every cell of your being!
3. Share Your Gratitude with Friends
Post your list of gratitudes on your social media profile. One day — one list. You can add a question: What are YOU grateful for today?
This is the best way to inspire your acquaintances to do the same.
What to do if you do NOT use social media?
Post your gratitudes in the comments!
