12:12:12 How it was

They say when the student is ready, the teacher appears…

This inner state of readiness determines so much in our lives.

We often stay stuck simply because we’re unsure we can handle big changes. But time passes, and suddenly it turns out you’re not just ready — you’re 100% ready…

When Maris came into my life, he said right away: “You need to host live seminars! With your potential…”

The very idea caused sharp resistance. Working online makes it easier to keep the necessary distance, easier not to get drawn into any one person’s story.

The first sign of change was the retreat in Cyprus this June. It showed just how important it is to see a real-life example of how you can live with joy and pleasure, doing what you love and earning good money at the same time.

When I voiced the idea of holding a conference in Moscow during the 11:11 broadcast, something clicked inside…

It was as if the old operating system, unable to handle the volume of information and new tasks, had been updated and upgraded, significantly boosting performance and results.

  • It’s no coincidence that Svetlana Dobrovolskaya and Maris supported my idea without hesitation.
  • It’s no coincidence that during our trip to California, all 220 tickets for the conference were sold, and I had to close registration almost a month before the event itself.
  • It’s no coincidence that among the many companies offering online streaming, we chose true professionals… with a corresponding price tag (if someone had told me a year ago that I’d need to pay 80,000 rubles for this, I would have definitely tensed up).

I was asked many times if I was nervous, if I was tired… My answer was clear: NO!

For one simple reason: I was completely READY!

— Technically ready (I still feel proud that we managed to handle all the organizational issues online and in advance).

— Mentally ready (what is interacting with 450 participants compared to the huge number of mass webinars and broadcasts?!).

— Energetically ready (creating a unified field of transformation for a large group of people without prior preparation is extremely, extremely difficult).

— Emotionally ready (setting your boundary in the moment and saying no where it’s needed is a great art that I’m still learning).

— Ideologically ready (behind the conference was a global idea of collective service, support, and help. And we DID it?!)

The main focus was on making sure the online participants felt the atmosphere of what was happening in the hall as much as possible, and weren’t just outside observers. Not just turning on the “TV,” but being active participants in the whole process.

After the survey conducted following the conference, I can confidently say: We DID it!

A huge thank you to everyone who responded to the proposal to hold the conference! Thank you for your energy! Thank you for your desire to be part of something bigger!

As Svetlana Ilyina wrote:

Alive, very alive, and most importantly — very sincere, and cheerful. Only now I felt this phenomenon — you are more normal than all the normal ones and more alive:)

I posted photos from the conference on Facebook:

I invite you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the conference by watching the video of the introductory part of “Keys of Transition”!
