How to create space for choice instead of rescuing, imposing, and controlling

One of the stages of spiritual growth that everyone goes through is opening others’ eyes to how things work in this world, even if they didn’t ask you about it.

Another facet of this stage is starting to “heal” loved ones with spiritual practices you’ve mastered without a direct request or permission.

It’s important not to get stuck on this stage for too long, but rather to realize that you cannot decide for another person what is best for them.

Your task is to shine your own light, because that is the only way you can help. More details in the article.

What is the danger of taking other people’s achievements personally?

We have entered a space where you cannot do anything for anyone else.

But you can create a space for healing for another person. To create this space, take the focus off yourself: “What is my role? Did I succeed? Did I achieve a result?”

This is where healers and everyone who works with other people get tripped up. The ego kicks in: “I want to be good, I want it to be me who is so awesome.”

That’s exactly why, when I read feedback like, “Thank you, Alena! Well done, that’s so great!” it just passes me by. Because it’s easy to get stuck there and turn it back on yourself: “Oh, yes! I am great! I’m so awesome, helping people for so many years!”

If that ever happens, it would be a very serious failure for me personally. Because in this case, it’s the ego wanting to claim the results of someone else’s work. You don’t need to go there. You can, but it will hurt; it’s better not to.

How to help others shine their own light

“You are so abundant in your light that you help others shine their own light. You do not empower them by disempowering yourself. Your access to light is so strong that others around you naturally heal.”

from spiritual source forecasts

In the past, we followed a leader, some great teacher. He told us what to do, and we did it.

Now, the main focus and task for everyone is to claim your own power. This means “acknowledging” your uniqueness, understanding that each of you has an individual, super unique, one-of-a-kind vibration called your “energetic signature.” Your light is unique.

And all these years you thought you were healing your traumas, you thought you were solving your problems. In reality, everything we did was cultivating our own light.

Yes, for that, you needed to learn to balance, to heal those traumas. A lot needed to be done. But in the end, you were cultivating your inner light.

This includes standing up for your boundaries, the ability to listen to yourself first, putting yourself first, because “I am the most precious.”

Through the prism of yourself, you look at everyone else and what is happening with others. If you want to engage, you engage. If you don’t want to, you don’t. It is your conscious choice.

You learned to choose. Now new people have come into the project, they don’t know how to choose, they don’t understand what this space of options, this space of choices, is. And generally, what it means to create a space for choice.

After all, this is a huge shift in worldview when you are used to thinking in terms of exceptions, that there is never enough of anything anywhere, so you choose either the lousy or the bad.

But when you nurture your inner light, open up to love, to vulnerability, you stand in the light.

To be in the light, to be in spirit, to be in your power, to be in love, to be in acceptance — these are five phrases that signify the path of spiritual development.

And it is precisely then that you are so abundant, you shine so brightly, that people themselves are drawn to your beacon. And they heal in your space. But it is not you doing it, and not at your own expense.

After all, many people are still rescuing others. At their own expense. That’s not how it works.

It is very easy to exhaust yourself right now. Because when you rescue, you work through your personality, through the ego that demands to fill what is empty inside.

But when you work through yourself, you burn bright, enormous streams pass through us.

I transmit them to you. I have no attachment to who takes what. Everyone has the opportunity to take. But I long ago stopped taking responsibility for your results. I am pleased when people write: “It finally clicked. It finally worked. We did it.” That’s great! But it is YOUR result, it is YOUR achievement, not mine.

My task is to let this stream pass through me, and to make sure this stream flows without distortion.

How to create a space for choice. Neutrality and honoring the choices of others

Neutrality is not about seeking something external in order to fix it.

“We let go of the game of imposing unnecessary objects, situations, emotions, habits into our energy. We care, but we don’t carry them.”

Your task is not to suppress, not to impose, not to force. Otherwise, your solar plexus immediately gets knocked out. And that is the point of connection with the 3D matrix. That’s it, you’re in polarity, you’re in the game.

Therefore, refrain from dictating to someone what to do, from making remarks to someone. I mean, why would you? We are adults.

You don’t make remarks to adults. You talk to adults, you negotiate, you explain the conditions under which you will cooperate and interact. And that’s it.

Therefore, without imposing, without suppressing, without pressuring, without pushing through, without banging your head against the wall, and so on. Anything related to the word “force,” try to avoid, step away. Do not ignite this 3D fire.

Do not fight for the cause, but create, hold the space for a harmonious, peaceful, unified solution for the benefit of the whole.

And note, you don’t mentally invent it, you create the field in which this solution can manifest. You create it with divine neutrality, acceptance, love, non-involvement in 3D games.

“Divine neutrality – making things easier, standing in your own light, speaking from the heart, rather than running away, hiding, or indulging fear. It’s easier for you to flow in gratitude. This is a very high vibration that uses the divine neutrality of the heart.”

“Now the task is to honor others’ choices.” There is the word “respect,” but this is “honoring.” There’s a hint of reverence in it. Respect, after all, is for certain actions.

When you see a situation you disagree with, that you don’t like, say to yourself: “I accept, respect, and honor others’ choices, while maintaining the frequency of unconditional love and divine neutrality.”

By doing so, when you honor their choices, it creates a space around you where others treat your choices the same way. But not the other way around. Not them first, then you, but you first, then them.

Therefore, don’t meddle in others’ choices, don’t judge, don’t react to their expressions.

The epoch, the era we have entered, is about unique expression, where everyone has the full right and opportunity to express themselves as they wish in that moment. Regardless of other people.

It’s no coincidence that there are now many such breakthrough stars who are rowdy, stirring things up, and being provocative. Precisely to show this path of choosing oneself. Even if in some strange way.

Treat them with acceptance and create space for high vibration, unconditional love, and divine neutrality. And only then will something begin to manifest.

For those who don’t know how to hold space, simply don’t judge. Say to yourself, like a mantra: “Judge not, lest you be judged. Judge not, lest you be judged.”
