“I am the creator of my reality, I create everything that I have.”
For those who are completely “out of the loop,” who have never encountered spiritual literature or engaged in self-improvement, this is nonsense. Because they look around, see what is happening in their lives, and conclude, “No, I would never have created this by my own will,” because what they see is chaos, problems, and constant negativity.
But there are people who have already stepped onto the path of self-improvement and spiritual development. They entertain the idea that what they currently have is their product — an insane number of components that come together to form the reality they possess. And it manifests differently for each person.
Some have trouble reconciling their desires and removing the conflict present within them; others struggle to sort out their beliefs.
Some cannot even admit that there are any problems at all, simply because there is a blind spot there that they do not see or understand.
The topic of today’s article is conscious creation. We will examine the aspects that determine its outcome and why not everyone succeeds, no matter how hard they try.
How creation, manifestation, and the law of attraction differ
So, how does “creation” differ from “manifestation” and the law of attraction, and why do I use the word “creation”?
Creation is one of the stages where you co-create with your spirit. In parallel, let us conclude that if you do not know what “spirit” is and have no connection with it, then creation is impossible.
There is also a similar term, “manifestation,” when you bring something into your life, which directly depends on the law of attraction and what you are attracting.
Different terms for roughly the same thing.
But all these words will be included in one vast state, a concept called creation.
This is when a certain pure desire appears inside, attuned to your soul, to where you are going, to where you are, and as a result it smoothly manifests, materializes in reality.
A desire is born inside, it leads you, it attracts synchronicity — everything unfolds.
I think each of you has gone through a state when you truly wanted something, and everything lined up, events followed one after another – and you got what you wanted.
The process of creation and the mastery of creation lie precisely in this: to reach, to grow, to cultivate yourself to such a state where this external reality aligns with what is happening inside.

8 conditions that determine the result of creation
1. Conscious creation vs Unconscious creation
What I described above is called conscious creation, when we are aware of what is happening. But the catch is that many often do not understand what they are creating.
Creation, or rather the manifestation of creation, happens either consciously or unconsciously. I often call unconscious creation “tvar-enie” (a play on words meaning “creature-making” or “wretched creation”).
Consciously – when you create from a state of prosperity. And in contrast to it, the state in which 98% of the Earth’s population lives, or perhaps even more – is the consciousness of poverty, of lack.
2. Focused and scattered desire
The next point is desire. A focused desire, or a defocused one.
Judging by the name, you can assume that when you are tuned into one thing, it is a focused desire. When you set 25 goals for yourself at once, wished for 25 things, it is an unfocused, scattered desire.
One of the principles of creation is to concentrate specifically on one thing.
People who try to do everything at once end up getting nothing. We even have a proverb: “If you chase two hares, you will not catch either.”
This is related neither to work, nor to intention, nor to creation itself, but to how energy works. Where you direct energy is what manifests. If you direct energy into a huge stream, it happens faster.
Again, either with a plus sign or a minus sign. It depends on whether you directed the energy consciously, or whether some programs that work without you are involved again.
But there is another option. When you scatter this stream, many thin, small trickles, little energy gets in, as a result, little happens.

3. Supporting beliefs
These are constructive beliefs that support you. They need to be reviewed time and again so that nothing sneaks in.
The world does not stand still, you do not stand still. You are developing very actively, changing something inside yourself. Therefore, you need to review what you believe, what is in your head.
Any limitation can be rewritten. But it won’t happen with a snap of your fingers. Day after day, you catch every thought by the tail and reprogram it. And this is not an easy path at all. Many people wait for magic pills.
There are always some layers that limit us.
Most beliefs are based on what happened in the past. A Russian proverb puts it very clearly: “Once burned by milk, you blow on water.” Often, whatever painful spot we have, that’s what we focus on.
For some, it’s relationships; for others, finances; for others, something else. There were some problems, and a roughly similar situation repeats itself—i.e., it seems to you that it’s the same—all the programs kick in.
Sometimes our emotions give us clues. Emotions dictate what happens in the mind. It happens that in some situation you suffered, an emotion was born in you, and this emotion triggers a certain reaction, an action. These are also limiting beliefs.
4. Absence of Internal Conflicts
This can include secondary gains from not fulfilling your intention or desire, various reasons why the process of creation stalls or stands still.
This topic was discussed in detail in a separate article: The Internal Conflict Behind Your Desires, or Why Intentions Are Not Fulfilled
5. External Observer vs. Global Vision
Most people are external observers. They observe from the sidelines how something happens in their lives. It happens on its own. It happened by itself. It fell in love by itself, found itself by itself, invited itself by itself. By itself, by itself, by itself.
And on the other hand, there is a comprehensive vision, when I see all these interconnections, see what is happening around me.
Most people are concentrated, focused on what they do not have.
I don’t have an apartment. I don’t have a car. I don’t have a man. I don’t have a child. I don’t have this, that, or the other.
If we cut this into pieces, it turns out: I have everything, but one thing is missing, and the focus of attention is constantly directed there.
And one more point: directing your attention to what you cannot control. Many people suffer from this.
There are things you can fix right now, and there are things you will never be able to fix.
For example, your loved one has gone on a trip, doesn’t call, doesn’t write – you start to worry. You don’t know what is happening with them. Or you are told that something has happened, but you have no external way to influence it. And it begins: thoughts in your head, pointless fussing, and all sorts of chaos.
You cannot control the situation at that moment. So why strain yourself and everything around you?
This means that at that moment you simply need to switch off. This is where the vision appears: I see the whole picture and understand that right now I cannot fix this in any way.
It sounds simple, but in reality it is quite difficult to learn to switch off, or more precisely, to direct your attention to what you can correct or change.
We view many things through the lens of the past, of what was, and therefore we are afraid to take steps forward. Sometimes it is the opposite: there are some unresolved problems at the moment, but we project these problems into the future — thinking it will always be this way.
You must clearly focus on what you want and align everything happening around you in that direction.
And then every step you take, you check for alignment: yes or no.
In reality, it is simple, but many do not do this because the mind kicks in and too many questions arise: how, and what?

6. Negative emotions vs Inner knowing
There is a group of people who do not experience emotions, or experience indifference. They do not acknowledge emotions within themselves. This is precisely the blind spot.
I don’t care, I don’t think anything about it. I don’t feel anything, I don’t know if I want it or not. Or I experience disappointment and all kinds of negativity.
Emotions dictate how we perceive the world, how we react. An emotion is a trigger that initiates an action. We either react or we choose.
We transform negative emotions, indeed any emotions, into knowledge: “I can, this is possible, I am worthy of this.”
Eliminate negativity, include more positivity in life, and again, provide real evidence for the mind so that it believes it.

7. Actions leading toward the goal vs. against the goal
I think you are familiar with the situation when many, many actions are taken that lead nowhere. You have met such people; they infect you with their activity, shouting: “come on, come on, come on, do it, do it, do it.” Then you stop and ask yourself: “Why did I even do this?”
When there is no end vision, an insane number of actions are taken that lead nowhere.
There are people who just fussily do this, this, and this, and the result is zero. It seems like a lot has been done, but the result is complete disappointment.
This probably happens at work. The same thing happens in relationships. When you do and do, but don’t understand why? There is no understanding of why I am doing this, what is the essence of these actions?
Because first you need to align emotions, beliefs, inner understanding, awareness/unawareness, who I am, and what I even am? — and based on that, then act.
First, you need to gather everything like beads on a single thread, and based on this all-encompassing vision, take action.
Before doing something, ask yourself: “What am I doing this for? Why am I doing this?”
I want to help someone — great, but what lies behind this help? For what purpose? So that I get a pat on the head and am told how good I am? That is a motivation with a “minus” sign, because in the end you will get negativity back.
Or I do it because at that moment so much energy flows through me, I helped one person, a second, a third, I feel so great and good, and I start moving forward even faster.
8. Alignment vs. Lack of Alignment with the Soul’s Plan
It is important to align all the elements responsible for creation. In plain terms, this is allowing all of this to happen.
First, you need to believe that all of this is possible, that you are worthy of it, that everything in your life is possible.
But if some part falls out, the process does not work. The allowance for it to happen does not come through, there is no such permission, it is not granted.
For example, the goal is a house. Let’s imagine that in the past there was a situation related to a house: it burned down or something happened.
All the parameters mentioned above are interconnected. It is simple to break everything down into categories, but it is difficult to connect it all together so that there is balance and order everywhere, so that there is an even line everywhere.
That is why they say it is easier to co-create with spirit. When your task is to find this desire within yourself, this pure desire, without blocks, limitations, emotions, when you have removed all of that, only the pure desire remains, and you co-create it with spirit, send it to the Universe, and the Universe returns it to you.
It sounds simple. It is much harder to accomplish. Some people have unprocessed emotions, some look to the past, some focus on what is not there more often than on what is.

Summary
The process of creation is simple, but it breaks down into many factors. The deeper you advance, the more you understand yourself, the more you see your blind spots, and the more you understand your driving motives, what governs you, the simpler it all comes together.
Eventually, a moment comes when things happen by themselves in life. When you go with the flow, when struggle and troubles disappear, and you create simply from a state of fullness.
All of this forms a vertical line on which everything is strung, which connects you to the plan of your soul, to your spirit; you build the vertical.
Are you able to create with your spirit? How does this happen, please share in the comments?
