Forward movement without development, through awareness and a new vision, is impossible. Only running in circles within the viscous substance of your own problems is possible.

How to Switch from a State of Fear to a State of Love

Take actions that fill you with joy

Pay attention to moments when, out of fear of experiencing painful emotions, you refuse something meaningful and important to you.

Note the periods when it seems that your decisions will lead you somewhere other than where you planned.

Track the remnants of the old consciousness that surface throughout the day and control what message you put into your actions.

To begin with, you can replace the state of love with a state of joy and choose what brings you joy.

  • Before making a decision, ask yourself — are you being guided by fear?
  • Your inner state will also be a true clue. Do you feel joy when making the decision?
  • Ask yourself, what actions will lead you into a state of joy?

And based on the answers you receive, clarity will emerge on how to act. This will be mindfulness in decision-making.

For example, a conflict occurred with someone dear to you. Out of fear that they will cause you emotional pain with yet another rude remark, you decide to stop communicating with this person.

But if you look at the situation more broadly, from the perspective that a happy person wouldn’t be rude, and that the rudeness was most likely provoked by that person’s unfavorable state.

You most likely wouldn’t want to cause your loved one even more pain by withdrawing. You understand that the decision to pull away will bring joy to neither you nor them.

Radiate your light

Any destructive states and thoughts dissolve in the light.

Do an exercise to restore your energetic balance

The task in these moments is to stop and shift yourself and your energy, so you don’t get stuck in a state of fear and can maintain your balance.

Next, do an exercise using your breath to restore your energetic balance.

Take a deep breath in. Then exhale this stressful state. Take another deep breath in. Each time you inhale, let in energy of a higher level.

Imagine that you are filling up from within. Fill yourself, every cell of your physical body, with the energy of the creator. In this moment, you are vibrationally lifting yourself up.

Do this practice whenever you have the chance and feel the need. The more often you do this exercise, the faster it will be written into your subconscious and performed on autopilot.

Learn to think for your own good

As a person thinks, so they live.

The quality of life depends on your ability to think positively. Your thoughts affect your mental state and feelings. And the result of your actions depends on the state you are in.

For example, you can do a task at work out of fear of seeming irresponsible, or out of fear of losing your job.

In such a state, life seems joyless, so a lot of energy is spent on performing actions, questions are resolved ineffectively, and difficult tasks are overcome with great effort.

Or you can approach the same task creatively with inspiration, out of love for your craft, feeling the thrill of expressing your uniqueness.

Being engaged in your actions, the task gets done quickly, everything flows easily and harmoniously.

In this example, the same action is approached from different states, and the results obtained differ.

As soon as you change the focus of your thought on the same action, both the result and the amount of effort required to achieve it change.

Learn to see opportunities even in difficult situations

It is important to understand that opportunities come not only in the form of something joyful and pleasant. When any difficult situation arises in life, it is always an opportunity to reconsider your perspective on the circumstances.

Through catastrophic events, the soul pushes you and gives you hints. Especially now, that is why all unpleasant events happen in an accelerated mode: for some in a gentle version, and for others at full throttle.

These are gifts that you yourself laid down even before your incarnation. It is written by the soul that in moments when you are going somewhere other than where you planned for yourself, signals will be sent to you.

Certain events will occur, and catalyst people will appear who will do everything possible to steer you in the right direction of your life path.

When there is an understanding that all the events happening in life occur out of the love of your soul for your human part, there is no room left for a state of fear of circumstances.
