How to deal with problems — personal experience

Throughout my life, I have faced many problems and difficult situations. In the past, they triggered strong negative emotions, making me shrink, freeze, feel despair, and slip into a victim mindset. But as I followed my path of spiritual growth, my perspective on problems as isolated events changed dramatically. Now, as a whole, self-sufficient, and conscious person, I turn any difficulties, obstacles, and problems into fuel for my further spiritual and personal growth.
