From July 26 to August 12, our planet will be covered by a huge Wave of Light from the Galactic Center, thereby marking the beginning of a new planetary year.
The peak of this wave falls on August 8, and the Lion’s Gate portal closes on August 12.
We are in for a powerful infusion of energy at all levels of being, when each of you has a chance to transition to a new turn of evolution of your consciousness and standard of living.

What is the Lion’s Gate
The “Gate” or “Stargate” is a period of about two weeks during which a vortex opens, and the Earth receives a wave of intense Light from the Galactic Center.
This “wave” contains new Light Codes for the Evolution of the Earth for the next year/cycle, and is also known as the Planetary New Year.
This incoming Wave of Light effectively “Recalibrates” the Planetary Frequencies for Higher Levels of Consciousness.

# Help your physical body
First, understand that a Light wave of such power and intensity will become a serious test for your physical body, which will have to integrate new frequencies and vibrations in an intensified mode.
If your higher chakras are activated, if you regularly nourish your Light Body, then the process of integrating the Light pouring onto you will proceed in its usual working mode.
For everyone else, it is recommended to rest more and spend more time in a relaxed state.
And, most importantly, trust the process and allow everything that is needed to happen.
# Accept any of your emotions
Emotions are a bridge between the mind and the body.
You can feel emotions but NOT express them… Then the emotion is suppressed and creates energy blocks in the body (which lead to chronic diseases).
In order not to lock emotions in the body, it is recommended to freely express them.
But this is NOT ENOUGH: You need to learn to accept and understand ANY of your emotions.
Only in this case will your emotional body be harmoniously attuned with the rest of your parts.
And remember! Balanced emotions are the key to opening the Heart!

# Step out of the mind
The ability to concentrate on your thoughts and to track your mental dialogue are important steps of spiritual growth.

Moreover, it is NOT ENOUGH to reason about Unconditional Love.
Love must be felt and sensed. Therefore, GET OUT of your mind and switch to your heart!

The heart is the center connecting your spiritual and physical components.

Before going to sleep, set the intention to attune with higher consciousness, integrating the incoming Light in a way that is comfortable and harmonious for your physical body.
Immediately after waking, greet the new day, take a breath of acceptance, and give thanks for the new opportunities unfolding before you.
