Often we do not value ourselves, we do not see our uniqueness. We seek confirmation from the outside world that we are good.

We seek love, support, and respect in the eyes of our surroundings. We want to be valued, forgetting that all of this is within us, that we ourselves must first learn to value ourselves.

It is no secret to you that the world around us is a mirror. By taking offense at being undervalued, you confirm that you yourself do not value or love yourself.
