After the eclipse corridor, when time slows down, giving us the opportunity to dive deep within ourselves and sort through what is rising from the depths of the subconscious and the wounded part of ourselves, the time for moving forward arrives.
Moving forward, full steam ahead!

Purpose of the meditation — to shed the cloaks of criticism, self-flagellation, undervaluation, guilt, and shame, and to feel what it means to value yourself simply for the fact of your existence

There is no one among you who is powerless. What unfolds next depends directly on your inner state.
It will be critically important to remain in a state of neutrality, without falling into judgment or fear. Because you already have power, an emotion that is strongly supported by the ego-personality, and in this way you begin to form a vortex of negativity around yourself.
Things are hard enough for us as it is; we need every person who, at a critical moment, is able to stay in a state of neutrality, without sinking lower into negativity, without getting emotional, without blaming, and so on.
These are people who serve as anchors of the space around them. Because if you have learned to hold that basic frequency of neutrality when something negative happens, you know how to turn in a different direction.
So don’t just use practices once; move on to consistent little rituals and activities: the Threefold Inhale-Exhale, the morning breath of acceptance, and so on.
So that in a moment when something serious happens, you can be that anchor of love, support, and kindness for those around you.
One Foot in the Old, One Foot in the New

According to Lauren Gorgo’s forecast, in May you need to stand with both feet in the new.
But we have so many automatic reactions, attitudes, and programs inside us that are surfacing now because we can’t move forward with them anymore.
We are used to relying on our experience, logic, and well-trodden paths, and now we have to push through all of this because it’s impossible to constantly be in the new when you always have one foot in the past.
You need to accept that everything changes every second.
Contours of Space. The Concept of Abundance

According to information from J. Estes’ forecasts, since the end of last year, we have been clearing the contours of space.
Before this, we were clearing everything we didn’t like, everything that wasn’t true. And the contours of space are how you implement what you learned about yourself in the previous stage.
Now comes the stage — how can I show this to the world, bring benefit to the world, to people, and to myself through this.
From May 9th to 30th, those contours of space called abundance will be cleared. They are tied to sufficiency and insufficiency. This is not so much about finances and money, but about personal qualities.
Do you live from a place of lack or from a place of fullness? If from lack, this will be an interesting time for you.
Absolutely everything tied to lack, scarcity, when I never have enough, when I compare myself unfavorably to others, when I am not good enough, not beautiful enough, not smart enough, will come up. These are all programs in the head.
It’s important to switch to a state of abundance, where you act from fullness, create from fullness.
The Importance of Self-Worth. I Am the Way I Need to Be

“Not the way I need to be” — if you decipher this phrase, the first thing that comes up is: not the way he needs me to be, not the way my parents need me to be, not the way my boss needs me to be, not the way the state needs me to be, and only in last place — not the way I need me to be.
And if we go further, we’ll hit a wall: they have it better, they earn more. You’ll realize that this “not the way I need to be” is based on something external, something belonging to others, it’s not about you at all.
I am constantly drawn to something light and airy, but I need to return to the basics and guide people toward elementary things: where do I not accept myself, in what situations do I not value myself. And I don’t value myself because there is always someone cooler, higher, stronger, etc.
“Why should I value myself, I’m just an ordinary housewife,” “anyone can do that, I’m no different from others.”
Very few people carry themselves through life with this feeling of their own uniqueness, even physiologically. There is not a single person in the world with the same fingernails as you, the same nose as you, the same eyebrows as you.
We understand this intellectually, but we still continue to think that everyone is the same, similar. Hence the lack of self-worth and self-rejection.
On the scales, on one side — I am not the way I need to be, I cannot value myself, I have no reason to; and on the other side — endless criticism, self-devouring, self-flagellation.
There is too much unprocessed personal baggage in the general mass of people.
Right now, opportunities are opening up in an endless stream. But there are those who don’t see any opportunities at all, because sometimes the ego-personality part gets in the way of using them. This part wants to be small, so that no one sees or hears me.
