Moments of tragedy are a choice for everyone: to step into unity, to realize the interconnectedness of all things, to unite what is on opposite sides. Or to step into the abyss.
Our task, and that of those who walk the path of spiritual development, is to ensure that the people around us do not step into this abyss, to keep them from sliding into hatred, anger, accusations, harsh actions, and essentially into dehumanization.
Will you preserve your humanity, a kind heart in this moment, or will you descend? In other words — are you in fear or in love? Essentially, it is the same thing.
Read on to learn how to help loved ones and people around you in a critical situation if you are in the thick of events.
It is impossible to protect everyone. Division or Unity
The main misunderstanding and misconception I want to dispel is that it is impossible to protect everyone, no matter how advanced you are, if you are in a human physical body.
And as long as division and darkness exist within each person, tragedies will continue.
The only way to stop this is to remove the division within yourself. And when the number of people who have realized unity and integrated it all within themselves prevails, then it will stop.
But as long as we shift blame onto others, tragedies will continue.
One of the slogans of the project “peace begins with me and ends with me.” Everyone has the opportunity to pull out the remnants of division, the militant part, so that the world as a whole becomes a little brighter.
It is impossible to convince someone or explain something with words. This can only be done in one way — to vibrate in a certain way, to show by your own example. Not demonstratively, so that someone sees or reads, but you live that way.
When you live in a certain way and broadcast this vibration — that it is possible, it is achievable, I have done it for myself — everyone who crosses paths with you reads this vibration in one way or another. And they get an opportunity to change something within themselves, to open certain doors that were previously closed.
But not through words, not through posts, only by living it, demonstrating it through yourself.
Sincere prayer — an accessible tool for everyone
In a critical situation, sincere prayer works well.
If you want to help someone and you are in a deficit yourself, this is the only thing available to you.
Prayer differs from everything else in that it contains humility — I entrust care for myself to higher powers. I essentially place myself under their protection and responsibility so that they will take care of me.
However, we self-sufficient and independent people have great difficulties with humility. Because surrendering yourself, your life, into the hands of something higher, in total trust, is not easy when you do not trust anyone at all.
There is a strict nuance in the application of prayer. If you have no experience, no contact with the divine, and have never had the feeling in your life that you are a beloved child of God who is gently carried in His hands, then it is harder to do than when you have that experience.
And this is not about religion, not about lighting candles in church, but about the feeling of care, regardless of whether you have strength, whether you love yourself or not. When you find yourself in a situation where you feel the care of higher powers, cultivate this feeling intentionally.
Some people pray to Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker; everyone has their own pantheon. I have been turning to Archangel Michael for a long time. But this must be built to an automatic level so that at the right moment it sounds like a reflex.
Nowadays, I almost always rely solely on myself, but in situations where I feel weak, for example, when driving a car, getting behind the wheel, I always call upon Archangel Michael.

Teach your children to ask for help from angels and archangels. Absolutely everyone believes in guardian angels; teach them to ask, to call upon them, and cultivate and instill this skill in yourself and your loved ones.
This is not a one-time action, like when I went to church and lit a candle when I needed something, and when I no longer needed it, I just moved on. It is about the inner feeling of being heard, being noticed — it is built up.
But everything must be sincere. The same goes for a prayer of gratitude when someone survives, when someone returns from military action, when something bad could have happened but did not.
All of this connects together and gives that very personal experience, conquering the ego and the mind in the understanding that it works and that you are capable of it.
Prayer works in any situation and for other people as well. You can and should pray for others.

Why spiritual tools are called spiritual. The main condition under which they work
Spiritual tools work when you are in spirit. And they absolutely do not work when you are not in spirit.
We embark on the path of spiritual development not to solve some problems, but to learn to be in spirit in absolutely any situation.
The more chaos around, the more you must be in spirit. Being in the vertical, being in spirit — that is everything for us.
People, in and of themselves, in the state they have been in for the last few centuries, are destructive by nature, ruinous. That is why they are castrated, as I call it.
We have basic practices that help you stay in the vertical, posted without registration.
If what is constantly talked about in channelings — the Law of Freedom and Choice on planet Earth — were observed 100% for everyone without exception, Earth would disappear in a second.
It is enough to recall what thoughts are spinning in your head and what emotions you experience when everything is extremely bad — the hardest day of your life. Everything surfaces.
And if this were to materialize instantly, it would take just a few people experiencing all of this for Earth to cease to exist. And what about 8 billion people?
Therefore, despite the fact that Earth is a planet of free choice, a person’s functionality, what they can do, is greatly limited, castrated. Only so that people do not destroy absolutely everything with their thoughts, emotions, energy directed in the wrong direction, and most importantly, with their irresponsibility.
In this state, a person cannot influence anyone. The only one you can harm, by and large, is yourself. Destroying yourself is easy — through criticism, self-flagellation, unforgiveness.
Even if it is not the case now, everyone has something to recall about how it was.
On the other hand, there is this carrot — the 5th dimension, unity, love, unconditional acceptance. It all sounds so beautiful. But there, instant manifestation exists.
It turns out there are two completely different realities: there is unity, and here they suffer, here there are executioners and victims. But between them stands a bridge — responsibility.
The victim gives away their responsibility, their power, their light to anyone but themselves. They always blame them. And if they are to blame, then they control everything.
If you want to change something in your life, to get out of the bottom you are in, reclaim your power, reclaim your ability to shine and love through taking responsibility.
This is an extremely difficult step. It is hard to admit that all the crap that has happened in your life was created by your own hands. It is painful to admit. Not everyone is ready for this, but everyone will be led through it.
Responsibility for yourself, for your life, for your creations, for your actions, but coupled with forgiveness and acceptance.
It is impossible to transition from one state to another without passing through these milestones. And only then do you have the opportunity to influence something, to affect something, to play some role.
That is why it turns out that spiritual tools do not work when you are in 3D. At that moment, you are not in contact with the vibration, the frequency where they could be applied.
You essentially, from this person who is in panic, in fear, who is lost, castrated, who has no tools except prayer, by rising into the vertical, connecting with your soul and spirit, open up the opportunity for yourself to create on an entirely different level.
And to influence, including those around you, to channel light and love through yourself.

The Main Focus of Spiritual Development. Our Body is a Vibrational Instrument
The main focus of spiritual development, once you have established contact with the soul and spirit, is to ensure that as much as possible during the day, week, month, you abide in a state of spirit.
Track those moments, triggers, that caused you to leave this state, in order to heal those situations. It is ideal when you remain there 24/7.
I build a vertical, I enter it, and only then do I have the opportunity to use the Law of Free Will and Choice, to use a whole array of any tools that, while I remain in a castrated state, do not work.
That is why many of you are thrown into places you seemingly had no intention of going to, but suddenly found yourselves there.
Your body is an amazing tool, functionally designed to solve many tasks. The only thing we essentially do on the path of spiritual development is to align and attune our thoughts, emotions, sensations, and energy so that everything works in unison and broadcasts a certain message like a radio station.
When you understand that your body is this highly tuned vibrational instrument, if you need to project calmness, you can broadcast calmness. You can broadcast anything, but you do this while being in a specific situation.
Around you there is chaos and panic, but you remain unshakable. A lighthouse is not needed in a desert where there is no sea. A lighthouse is not needed in broad daylight when the sun is shining and the sea is calm. A lighthouse proves useful during a storm, when there are waves and when nothing is visible. And it shines, and ships head towards this light.

Unfolding our angelic wings. The significance of everyone who stays «online»
We rarely consider in the context of service that our body is not just a temple of the soul and a transmitter of energy from the cosmos. But that what we transmit and convey at any given moment depends on us.
Therefore, no matter what tragedy or madness occurs nearby, only by stepping into your vertical can you help, when you cast aside all that is egoistic, personal, suffering, pain, and anguish, and stand in your spirit, because at that moment you can spread your angel’s wings.
A castrated person cannot spread their wings; they have none.
Only a human-angel, one who has claimed their nature while remaining in a physical body, can unfurl their wings. And with these wings, you can shelter a certain number of people.
The more people around you, the more powerful your vertical, the more you abide in the strength of your spirit, because in the strength of spirit, you can change something, influence something.
The reflex that should trigger as soon as alarming calls or messages begin, when you see people behaving in a certain way, is to step into the vertical and hold all the people you are connected with and all those who are physically nearby.
Or do not hold them, and add chaos. Since you are enhanced, all your lapses into emotion are amplified compared to a castrated person.
They, with their anxiety, only infect those they managed to call or text.
Now imagine, you are enhanced, a vast amount of energy flows through you, you periodically dwell in enlightened states, your body is honed for strength and power, and suddenly you collapse into the negative.
This negativity will be transmitted many times more strongly than that of a castrated person. Therefore, it is a matter of responsibility.
This does not negate the personal aspect. When someone close ends up in the hospital, and it is a matter of life and death, the only way you can help them is to remain in your vertical.
Every person who is currently in the network, in the vertical, in the spirit, matters. When this network is extensive, the principle of interconnectedness and the principle of unity operate until everyone falls out.
Even if there are only a few people in different corners of the planet, the network will continue to function while the others wipe away their tears and bring themselves back.
I can complain as much as I want, remain in my personality, indulge in self-pity, but the faster I return to the network, the easier it is for everyone else who is holding the field at that moment. And vice versa.
This is not consumerism or egoism at all, it is an element of service. I know a huge number of people who stay in their places and do not leave, because their bodies are those pillars, those beacons that shine.
God has no other hands but yours. Changes begin with you, with how quickly you have brought yourself out of the state of a panicking or fear-trembling ego-personality.
Can this be done at the snap of a finger if you have never done anything? I doubt it, but I won’t guarantee it’s impossible; cases vary.
This is spiritual work, and this is the result when such things happen—people hold on, they do not slip into the abyss. And if they do slip, they quickly return back.
This is an indicator of developed practice.
