Greetings to everyone!
I’m glad to see you on the pages of the site.
To start, I suggest reading a comment that appeared the other day:
“Alena, good time of day!
In one of your video broadcasts, you mentioned the meditation ‘how to clarify a situation’! I am currently in a state of complete lostness or a ‘state like in a Cocoon’ — either I want to go home and say: ‘take me back,’ or it seems like there’s nothing to it, ‘but it’s still interesting here.’
I want to move to nature and into silence. With my friend, it’s complete chaos, one moment I love him, the next I leave… In short, I’m being tossed around, and I am SO TIRED of it!!!! SO TIRED!
I have completely abandoned art and withdrawn into myself. I want clarity! Affirmations like ‘Clarity in everything’ help just a little, and I’m back in the ‘cocoon’ state.
But I am a very lively, active, cheerful, and light person. It’s hard for me to be in such a state. That’s why I want to go back home!!!!
I understand that energies are flowing now and it’s a time of change. But I’m tired of this state of suspension. I want to return to my lightness and joy…. And for those of you who aren’t being tossed around, I’m happy for you….”

I replied to Evgenia, and I would be glad if you, the readers of the site, would also support the girl…
“Good day!
First of all, this is the forecast for December… many are being tossed around right now, based on the comments on the site.
Secondly, who is limiting you from moving to nature?!
Make a list of what irritates you/throws you off/prevents you from feeling comfortable. And see what you can actually DO to change the situation.
Many points, if you want, will be quite doable. But if YOU don’t take care of YOURSELF, it’s unlikely anyone else will.
Let me post your comment as material — for support from the site’s readers…”
A little later, when I was scrolling through my Facebook news feed, my thoughts flowed in a different direction…
At the moment, many are experiencing 2 completely different states — a state of suspension and a deep state of sadness/yearning, or as I myself call it, a state of “universal sorrow.”
Both are hard to call a pleasant experience…
The State of Suspension
The stronger the process of transformation you are going through, the deeper you dive inside yourself.
A deep dive into the depths of yourself switches your focus of attention from the outside to the inside.
- You become more comfortable spending time in solitude, peace, and silence…
- Noisy streets, crowded shopping malls, and small talk stress you out…
- You are less and less interested in the personal dramas of friends and relatives…
- You are engaged in self-observation and self-discovery…
- Suddenly it turns out that your inner world is full of events and colors…
- Everything that happens to you becomes more important than anything on the outside…
This is a very harmonious and calm state, filled with joy and self-care.
BUT… as always, there is a BUT.
No one has canceled interacting with society!
You still need to go to work, run errands, and communicate with colleagues and acquaintances.
And that’s exactly where a powerful dissonance arises?!
You feel like you are splitting in two: part of you stays inside, while the other part is forced to be socially active in the 3D world.
It’s as if you are in two worlds SIMULTANEOUSLY!
This, in my opinion, is what causes the feeling of emptiness…
As soon as you lose your mindfulness and get drawn into the conflicts and dramas unfolding around you, experiencing stress or fatigue — you return to the familiar, yet unwanted, 3D world.
And conversely, when you wake up with a feeling of flight, all hardships fade into the background.
Universal Grief
The name, as you understand, is FIGURATIVE. It came to me about 5 years ago, and since then I have used this exact term to describe it.
Before the opening of universal portals/stargates, huge flows of high-vibrational energy rush to Earth, penetrating everything that exists on the planet.
Our heart and soul are the first to feel this. A CALL is born within… calling you to do what your heart and soul are drawn to.
The call to be who you always wanted to be… The call to not settle for less…
Our mind recognizes this call as a deep sadness, for no particular reason.
And if at this time problems arise with loved ones or unforeseen obstacles stand in your way, the inner voice of the soul becomes more like a lingering depression with all that entails.
Both states — the state of suspension and the state of deep sadness — require you to pay close attention to yourself.
Take care of yourself!
Find a way to pamper yourself and your body.
Delight your soul with beautiful music/a book/a movie.
If YOU don’t do this for YOURSELF, then who will?!
P.S. Thank you to all my friends on Facebook for new insights… for the amazing pictures.
