- track WHAT exists in your reality;
- determine WHAT you allow into your field (everything in your field multiplies);
- filter out the excess and keep what you want to see in your field.
Don’t be afraid to be firm in order to preserve the purity of your field.
When you identify what doesn’t suit you, ask yourself: “What does suit me?”

Don’t separate spiritual practices from life in the 3D world. Bring your new bearings, your light, into the practical world of 3D reality.
Through your light, the 3D world transforms.
If you reacted to an “inadequate” message from the 3D world, you let low-charged energy into yourself.
The mind is wired to react to a negative signal, even if it’s just one negative signal out of a thousand positive ones directed at you. This wiring of the mind is conditioned by the specifics of the old paradigm.
In the conditions of the “old game,” such a mind ensured the ability to survive. Now, the need for this has disappeared. But the mind continues to react in the old way, fixating on the negative signal (for survival’s sake).
Consciously switch yourself to other — multiple positive — signals.
If it’s still difficult to see the good, act through gratitude.

How to Maintain High-Vibration Energy in 3D Reality Situations
It’s important to understand that not all the people around you choose to live in love and be conscious.
What to do, how to behave at work, with colleagues and management, if they live predominantly in 3D, in fears and control? How to maintain your verticality, your energy?
First, decide why you chose to be in such a situation. Perhaps you are that very person who brings light into your 3D environment.
Make a choice: do you want to continue being in such an environment? If not, what can you change right now?
While you are there, use different techniques to harmonize your state, for example, the Simoron technique. Imagine your “adversaries” in a happy, humorous situation for them.
This will help you energetically switch, vibrationally raise your own inner feelings, and through them — harmonize the external space.
When you switch your own energy from minus to a “plus” sign, the external negativity stops affecting you.
All grievances are born from a wounded ego, when you evaluate yourself through others. When you heal your wounded ego and allow your new Self to be born, the need to evaluate yourself through others will disappear.

Algorithm for Working with a Negative 3D Situation
- Try not to get too involved in the negative situation. Remain in the position of an observer. This will help you see it from different angles.
- Determine what this situation is showing you: where you are in this situation, and what exactly doesn’t suit you.
- In a notebook, write down in one column what doesn’t suit you, and opposite it, write down the equal and opposite thing you want to replace it with (what would suit you).
- Focus on that equal and opposite thing you have chosen. Re-read what you’ve written as often as possible.
In addition to the situation, also record your victories and successes in your journal. Re-read your journal, keeping your focus on your successes and on what “will suit you,” on where “I am doing this and that for Myself.”
Learn to praise and support yourself.
