Grounding means a stable connection with the Earth. When you lose your grounding, you seem to “fall out” of reality, immerse yourself in a world of fantasies and castles in the air, and lose clarity of thought and focus.
But, more importantly, you lose the ability to manifest, i.e., to bring into reality what you want.
Massage Your Feet with Pebbles or Crystals
Pour warm water into a large foot basin, and place smooth pebbles and/or crystals on the bottom of the basin.
Sit comfortably, but so that your spine is straight, lower your bare feet into the water and massage the soles of your feet with the stones.
Continue the massage until you feel a flow of energy in your feet.
Buy a Tennis Ball for Foot Massage
As you understand, it’s not enough to buy a ball; you also need to massage both feet every day. Focus your effort on the foot where the sensitivity to energy passage is lower.
The massage is done standing. Hold onto the back of a chair, and place the ball under your right foot. Start slowly rolling the ball right and left, back and forth.
First, slowly warm up the foot, then you can increase the pace. Perform the exercise for a couple of minutes, then switch feet.
Experts recommend doing 5 sets (for me personally, a couple of times is enough to make the active points in the center of my feet burn).
Drumming Meditation for Your Feet
A drum in the hands of a skilled practitioner works wonders. I experienced it myself back in the day.
But the drummer needs to be not only skilled but also have that “spark.”
In my case, it was a drum meditation, where you lie on the floor and listen to the rhythm of the drum, drifting away with it. At the highest, final note, I felt as if a cork had popped out of my foot, and my entire leg was scalded as if with boiling water.
In the past year, I’ve ended up bathing in the sounds of a gong a couple of times. Whether this will help open the chakras of the feet, I can’t say for sure, but a general cleansing of the energy system by a sound wave is definitely guaranteed.
Do energy gymnastics for your legs
No, this isn’t some special type of energy gymnastics… It’s just that you focus on working specifically the lower part of your body, including the knee chakras and the Earth Star chakra. This creates a kind of triangle for a close connection with the Earth: the base chakra — the knee chakras — the foot chakras — the Earth Star.
The order for performing the gymnastics: first, you need to breathe through all the energy centers 1-2 times. Then, focus mainly on the leg chakras.
Ideally, you can breathe until you feel a response from your feet to your actions. But it’s better to go by how you feel.

Activate your feet without leaving home

Listen for yourself. And pay attention to which minute of the track you feel the “switching on” of your feet (or one of them, if the other foot is blocked).
