Fluidity and embodiment: new principles of spiritual development

In recent years, flow has become one of the key principles of spiritual development, although many still haven’t realized just how deeply this transforms the very path of awakening. A profound inner shift has occurred, one that touches the very principle of how a person interacts with high-frequency reality.

Flow is the ability to remain open to the stream of high-frequency energy and embody it in your everyday life.

This article will help you understand what new stage is beginning right now, why spiritual development can no longer be separated from everyday embodiment, and what changes when a person becomes not just a seeker of elevated states, but also a conduit for the new reality.

The Old Principle of the Spiritual Path

To understand what has changed, it’s worth first recalling how this process used to look.

How spiritual development used to happen

We live inside a three-dimensional matrix reality that operates according to its own laws. The laws of physics, familiar thought patterns, emotional reactions, collective programs — all of this shapes the space in which we are born and live.

When a person begins to engage specifically in spiritual development, rather than just self-improvement, a gradual sense emerges that something greater exists.

They learn about the Higher Self, Angels, Guides, Ascended Masters, and spiritual helpers. A natural longing arises to touch this higher reality.

And for a long time, the very model of the spiritual path looked exactly like this.

The higher worlds were perceived as something existing somewhere beyond the person. To establish a connection with them, one had to seemingly overcome the density of the three-dimensional matrix, rise above the usual level of consciousness, and reach up to higher vibrations.

This is precisely why the spiritual path was accompanied by deep inner transformation.

We cleansed our emotional reactions, freed ourselves from fears, guilt, resentments, and limiting beliefs, and learned to maintain inner balance.

Through this work, a gradual expansion of consciousness took place.

When we managed to step beyond the familiar 3D matrix, we touched a higher level of energy, received insights, inspiration, and new states.

After that, the next stage began — integration.

Why integrating new states was important

The energies received needed to be lived through within oneself, assimilated, and allowed to become part of one’s own system. And only then could they be expressed in one’s life and shared with others.

Various energetic downloads also occurred on a similar principle.

During practices and meditations, we attuned to the blueprint of our soul, received help, information, knowledge, and experience, gradually digesting it within ourselves and beginning to live by it.

This is how spiritual development worked for many years.

Why portal dates felt especially intense

Illuminating inner issues

This process manifested especially vividly during periods of powerful energetic events.

Portals 3:3, 4:4, 8:8, 12:12, Solstice and Equinox days, eclipse corridors — all these periods were accompanied by an intensified flow of high-frequency energy that arrived on Earth regardless of whether anyone was ready for it or not.

Imagine a room where an extremely bright spotlight suddenly gets switched on.

While the lighting was dim, many details remained unnoticed. But once a powerful light is directed in — all the unevenness, dust, cracks, everything that was previously easy to hide becomes visible.

The same happened with a person.

The stream of Light illuminated precisely those areas where inner balance was lacking.

Old emotional reactions, unresolved issues, inner conflicts, fears, and painful relationship themes would rise to the surface.

And this happened so clearly that it was no longer possible to simply walk past it.

Crisis as part of spiritual growth

This is exactly why many people perceived — and still perceive — such periods as crises.

In reality, it was not a punishment, but an opportunity to see precisely what required inner work.

As long as a person is comfortable, they rarely change anything. But when the familiar system starts to falter, motivation to grow further appears.

Why a setback followed the rise

Many people are very familiar with this state.

During powerful energetic periods, an incredible uplift appears. Ideas, inspiration, a sense of flight, inner strength, and clarity come in.

It seems that this state will now last forever.

But after some time, you return again to your usual level — to your own vibrational baseline.

And that baseline is formed from the state of the physical body, emotional habits, quality of thoughts, accumulated fears, inner limitations, and the level of contact with your Soul.

That is why constant cycles occurred: rise, setback, rise again, and again a return to your current level of consciousness.

However, if you continued your inner work, each new fall became less deep, because you were gradually anchoring yourself at a higher level.

In many ways, this was precisely the goal of spiritual development in past years.

What has changed in spiritual development

The shift from striving “upward” to embodiment

The real turning point began in the fall of 2022.

That was when information first appeared that the crystalline field, the field of Christ or the Christos, had already been poured out around the Earth. But most people truly felt the changes much later.

They manifested especially vividly after the Summer Solstice of last year (2025). It was then that the way humans interact with high-frequency energy changed.

Previously, there was an understanding that higher reality was somewhere up above, and we had to reach up to it. Now, high-frequency space is already present around us. It is not separate from the human being.

The only thing required is to connect with this state within yourself.

There is no longer any need to push through the matrix, no need to constantly strive to “fly away” into higher dimensions.

A completely different stage is beginning — the stage of embodiment.

Or, to put it more simply, the stage of living the new reality right here, within your ordinary human life.

The human becomes an anchor of the new reality

Previously, most people who walked the path of spiritual development perceived the body merely as a temporary vessel for the Soul.

But in truth, our physical body is becoming an anchor of the new reality.

It is precisely through the human being that the new high-frequency reality begins to take root in the material world.

That is why our task is to hold inner coherence constantly, not only during meditation and energy practices.

You become a conduit for the new reality that you are unfolding within yourself.

Flow and embodiment: new principles of spiritual development

Returning from spiritual states into embodiment

Many people, after the last Summer Solstice (2025), encountered very challenging events, especially in relationships.

For many, it looked like a harsh landing, a drop into the personality, but it was precisely what was needed.

Because it is impossible to become an anchor of the new reality while remaining “somewhere up above” — you need to fully return to your own body, settle into your own life, and stop living only through spiritual experiences.

That is why we were brought back most powerfully through our closest relationships: through harshness, conflicts, through the behavior of other people — particularly husbands and partners — that touched our most tender spots.

This is how the return to embodiment happened.

Why openness becomes the main condition for flow

When you become an anchor of the new reality, your main task is surprisingly simple — do not shut down.

As long as energy flows freely through you, you remain connected to the new reality. But the moment you close off — the flow stops.

That is why it’s important not to slam shut, to keep your heart open — not for others, not to save humanity, but for yourself.

Because the moment you close down, you lose the connection to the state you are striving to hold.

It is impossible to be half-open

It may seem that you can close off to just one person.

For example, you can take offense at your husband, parents, or a colleague, while still maintaining inner openness toward everyone else.

In practice, this almost never works. The heart is either open or closed.

When you take offense, defend yourself, or grow hardened, the flow passing through you gets blocked.

And at that moment, you deprive yourself of the ability to create, to build, to feel inspiration, joy, and inner fullness.

Phrases like “Keep your heart open” and “Move from the mind into the heart” were once perceived by many as beautiful spiritual metaphors. But today they are taking on a very practical meaning.

The very mechanics of what is happening are becoming clear. The moment you close off — you find yourself back inside the old matrix system.

It doesn’t matter what exactly caused it:

  • a conflict in the family,
  • problems at work,
  • harsh words from a loved one.

What matters is whether you remain open or not.

Embodiment as a way of living

True embodiment is the ability to live in such a way that the Soul truly manifests through you — to become its hands, its words, its actions.

The Soul does not live in judgment, hatred, or resentment. Its natural states are acceptance, compassion, wisdom, and love.

But this has nothing to do with the role of a victim.

It’s not about enduring or allowing your boundaries to be crossed. It’s about an inner state that remains open regardless of external circumstances.

This is what humanity is gradually learning today. It’s only the beginning of a great process.

And in the coming years, this new principle of life will unfold more and more, where spiritual development becomes a way of living, keeping the heart open and embodying high-frequency reality right here, in your everyday life.
