First factor — Sharp surges in data points

According to Jason Estes’ forecasts, there is an important point — a surge of 100 thousand data points. When a sharp surge of 100 thousand or more occurs, a period of introspection begins, a deep dive into oneself. And all this affects the physical body.

Scientists have determined that a panic attack occurs when a person’s neural network is overexcited. These are the neurotransmitters that transmit information from one hemisphere to the other.

Moreover, we have this gradation: the brain is electrical, the heart is magnetic. Accordingly, this is an electromagnetic field, electrical impulses.

From a physiological point of view, electrical energy accumulates in the head, so an exercise that I once borrowed from Svetlana Dobrovolskaya will be useful, where you steam your feet in a saturated saline solution.

What happens at this moment: physically, the energy is redistributed, the electricity in the body flows out through the legs. I generally made those who had too many questions in their heads steam their feet with salt, especially on the course “Dance with the Shadow 3.0”, on the course “7 Keys of Awareness 2.0”, because it interferes with action.

Electrical energy smoothly distributes through the body and flows out through the feet. If you spend a week in this mode, clarity comes to the mind. Because this excess electrical charge goes away.

Second factor — Solar flares

The second point that affects the physical body is tied to solar flares.

As soon as a solar flare occurs, there is a group of people who feel it immediately. Because distance does not exist for protons. At the output, a huge wave of magnetic energy from protons reaches the Earth and envelops everyone.

Our heart is magnetic; accordingly, when you are offended, or your heart is closed, when a flare occurs, discomfort is felt in the heart. Hence all these pains, tightness, rhythm disruptions, and so on.

Thus, they give everyone the opportunity to open their heart.

I will remind you why this is needed. Besides the fact that the heart is an element that unites the flow from above and the flow from below, from the perspective of human energy, the upper centers and lower centers, we give birth to this new reality from our heart, from the inside out.

There was a moment when she started writing about the infusion of cosmic life force. There are centers in the body, the so-called dantians, which tend to accumulate it. Oversaturation with life force causes feelings of anxiety, insecurity, and disarray.

And she gave a recommendation: at night, imagine that you are emptying the physical vessel and filling it with Divine Light so that the energy of the life force, which is now being powerfully infused, does not get stuck in the body.

This is the third direction, a factor affecting the physical body.

Relax the nervous system

Data points — this is a huge amount of data that passes through the body during a leap. We were born when there was 1 data point per hour, 1 unit of information per hour. And now it is 7.2 million per hour.

The nervous system is rebooting and overstraining. Therefore, the main recommendation is to relax the nervous system.

Stretching works well. For me personally, rolling on a foam roller, rolling the roller along the spinal column works great.

There are special pillows for the neck that help relax the muscles of the cervical spine. You can roll a large bath towel into a roll and just lie down for about twenty minutes. And the muscles really relax. You can also place the roll under the lower back if that is a problem area for you.

Some people do sports, or constantly do yoga exercises, asanas, it doesn’t matter what it is, if you know where you have tension in your body, and it is important to relax it in some way.

I have always been skeptical about those meditations where they keep saying in a monotonous voice: “Now focus on your right toe…” But now it is necessary.

You see, what a huge spectrum: the electrical component of the body, the magnetic component, the life force, and the parasympathetic nervous system — all are involved in these processes that are happening now.

Therefore, when we are told: “pay close attention to your body, take care of it,” this is not a metaphor; it is real physical actions for relaxation, for redistributing these currents that rage and pass through us.

This is necessary so that this charge does not stall or accumulate in the body, because it is already struggling. And if there are stagnations or blockages, we later deal with the consequences: panic attacks, chronic diseases, and everything else.

Self-Help for Headaches

When you lie flat, it is not because you have no energy. I would say it is the exact opposite — overexcitation of all body systems and an excess of energy, plus a restructuring of brain activity. Because a reset is underway.

There is such an esoteric, metaphysical term — recalibration, when you are abruptly thrown into a sleepy state. This is a symptom of a reset.

This also includes sharp migraine-type headaches. Tap with your fingers in different places. This helps redistribute energy.

If you know your hands are sensitive and you feel the currents, place one hand on one place, for example on your head, and the other on the lower part of your body, to help the body redistribute energy so it does not accumulate in one spot.

The sequence does not matter; you can place your hands on different places in a chaotic order. From one hand, you seem to direct energy into the area where the other hand lies.

The main thing is that this causes the currents to start moving in the body.

After the headache passes, celebrate, because after that comes a lot of realizations, unpackings, something has been restructured in the head. And each of us has something to restructure.

General recommendations for caring for your physical body

A gentle, caring regimen for your body, implying that you drink plenty of water and do not eat what harms you.

I do not give specific recommendations, because for some, meat is a heavy product, while for others, on the contrary, fruits knock them out because of the sweetness, the sugar.

There are no ready-made answers here on how to eat in order to feel lightness.

I, for example, eat a maximum of 2 times a day. Moreover, the first time I eat is around three in the afternoon; in the morning I drink two cups of latte, each with one lump of sugar. That amount of sugar is enough for me for half a day. If I don’t drink coffee (and it’s only about the sugar cube), then I will want to eat earlier.

I eat meat quite calmly; I don’t like combinations. I have separate meals: I can eat meat separately, vegetables separately.

In winter, I crave more potatoes, but I practically don’t eat them; I don’t eat bread, I don’t eat flour products. Not on purpose, it’s just that my body doesn’t need it. And the doctor didn’t recommend eating potatoes because of the starch. So the list remains quite small, but I have enough of everything.

You have your own, accordingly. The main thing is that the body doesn’t feel heavier.

If it knocks you into sleep, sleep. If there is an opportunity not to go somewhere, or to go in a gentle mode, then take that into account, because the load on the body is substantial.
