Collective fears: how to escape emotional chaos and stay connected to your soul

Collective fears today spread at tremendous speed through the information and emotional field. Streams of alarming news, catastrophic forecasts, and emotionally charged messages create strong internal pressure even in people who have been on a spiritual path for a long time.

Many notice emotional swings, sudden fears, obsessive scenarios in their heads, even though outwardly everything in their lives is calm.

Such states are a sign of an overloaded collective emotional-mental field, which has become especially chaotic in recent months. And if a person does not hold their conscious focus at the soul level, they easily “pick up” these vibrations.

Today, it is important to learn how to step out of low currents, not get drawn into collective fears, and maintain neutrality.

Read about the levels at which most people live, how to transition to the soul level, and how to move beyond the influence of the collective emotional and mental fields.

How Collective Fears and Anxieties Capture Consciousness

The external picture may seem calm, but on the subtle planes, there is a strong rocking. This manifests as:

  • sharp mood swings,
  • sudden flashes of anxiety,
  • obsessive catastrophic scenarios,
  • a feeling that “something is in the air.”

The reason is simple: humanity is now divided into a huge number of local emotional and mental “clouds.” Each one is a background created by people in a specific region, community, or even a group of followers.

You enter a space where fear and panic dominate, and within a few minutes, a “vibration” of the same emotional range begins inside you.

I don’t think this is some kind of zombification or external programming. It is a natural resonance of fields, which intensifies when a person lives from emotions and thoughts rather than from the energy of the soul.

At present, a state of neutrality and immunity to others’ currents, emotions, and thoughts—with their unbalanced catastrophic visions and predictions—plays a paramount role.

Three Levels at Which Most People Live

The average person has only three layers active:

1. Physical (Survival Level)

This is a focus on bodily needs, safety, and material things. There are few such people; more often, these are societies living in natural conditions.

2. Emotional (Swing Level)

The most widespread level. At this level are the “kings and queens of drama”—people for whom any event becomes a reason for an emotional outburst.

They cannot exist without intense experiences, so they provoke those around them to “feel alive.”

The consciousness of such people is completely stuck in emotions, which are typically negative and unbalanced.

3. Mental (Mind Level)

This level is inhabited by intellectually developed, rational people. But even this level is severely disrupted today.

Reasons:

  • information overload,
  • lack of critical thinking skills,
  • the habit of believing whatever “was written in a channel,”
  • unwillingness to verify facts.

The mind has become simplified: hypotheses and opinions of certain leaders are perceived as facts, emotions get mixed into the news, and people don’t even ask the basic question: “Is that really true?”

Mental fears have become the norm, even though they have no basis in reality.

I believe our salvation is coming through returning to facts. If we see some information, we should perceive it as an assumption, a hypothesis, which remains a hypothesis without verification.

This simple action will help clear the mental background and bring order to our thinking.

How the Collective Emotional Field Affects a Person

The collective emotional field amplifies anxiety, emotional ups and downs, and a feeling of internal pressure. The more a person is immersed in the flow of news, fears, and others’ experiences, the harder it is for them to maintain a neutral state and connection with themselves.

What Happens When Consciousness Doesn’t Rise Higher

When a person lives exclusively in the body, in emotions, in thoughts, they remain completely open to external influence.

Any panic instantly takes hold of them. Any false information becomes “truth.” Any other person’s emotion becomes “their own.”

That’s exactly why many people today feel the pressure of the collective field even without direct contact with channels overflowing with alarming news.

Where the Consciousness of an Awakened Person Resides

An awakened person is someone who:

  • has built a vertical connection with the soul,
  • holds their focus of consciousness above the level of emotions and thoughts,
  • is able to channel the energy of the spirit through themselves.

The consciousness of such a person rises to the level of the soul — to a place where vibrations are stable, pure, and not subject to external fluctuations. This is a different layer of being.

We can conditionally call this the soul body, because the classification “physical — emotional — mental — spiritual” is quite simplified. In reality, there are additional subtle levels connected to both the soul and the spirit (monad).

But one thing is important — consciousness must be raised above the chaos, so that the chaos doesn’t pull you down.

This will help you:

  • stop the influence of others’ emotions and fears;
  • step out of the collective mental noise;
  • restore neutrality and clarity;
  • stabilize your connection with the soul;
  • maintain an even state, regardless of the external background.

This is a transition to a higher layer of reality.

Stabilization Practice: What to Do Right Now

If you feel sudden anxiety, emotional surges, other people’s thoughts or moods, or internal pressure, follow this simple scheme:

Step 1. Tell yourself: “Stop, this is not mine”: this instantly breaks the pull of the external field.

Step 2. Cleanse your emotional and mental body: it’s best to do this before bed; one or two weeks of such nights will reduce your internal noise level by several times.

A simple practice for cleansing the emotional and mental body is visiting your personal Pyramid of Light and Power at night.

Learn how to build your personal Pyramid of Light and Power from the free introductory course “Basic Tools of Transformation.” (Authorization in the Keys of Mastery Learning Center is required. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one.)

That same course includes the Violet Flame practice, which helps transmute unbalanced energies and emotions into light. You can use it instantly.

Step 3. Raise your consciousness upward — into the space of the soul: this is a key skill that we deeply develop in the practices of the “Chakra Awakening” course.

Instead of a Conclusion: Returning to Yourself — The Only Reliable Guide

We live in an era when the outer world is becoming unpredictable. But spiritual growth was never about the outer world. It has always been about the inner vector.

The higher you raise your consciousness, the less influence collective fears have, the clearer the voice of the soul becomes, and the more steadily you move through any events.

Strive to fill yourself with silence, clarity, and inner strength.
