In 2020, the theme of the autumn equinox consists of two parts: a sense of self-worth and birthright, and manifesting your star mission on Earth.
Starting with the autumn equinox of 2020, a powerful turn inward begins, a long, natural path of returning to your innate, natural, birth-given Self.
During the broadcast, we talked about the importance of this period: autumn — the harvest, planting seeds for winter, and what will unfold in the next cycle.
The old cycle has ended. To begin a new cycle and rise to a higher turn of the spiral, you need to understand how you have changed during this time, what you are taking with you, what causes tremendous discomfort, and what you want to let go of.
Those dynamics, external or internal, that you do not honor and where you do not multiply love, will begin to surface and emerge.
What the broadcast was about
- Why the autumn equinox is not a moment to draw a line, but a starting point for a new period of returning to yourself and your Self
- How to notice trends: where dignity, inner worth, new desires, and new meanings become more important than external evaluations and scripts
- Why it’s important to gather and sort your “seeds” — victories, discoveries, even mistakes, and thank yourself for any experience, even if it was difficult
- Practice: gratitude for the completed cycle, three seeds — for yourself, for people who supported you, for those who created challenges and gave you experience. Individual work with choosing “seeds” for the new cycle, through sensations and inner resonance

Meditation “Separating the Wheat from the Chaff”
We invite you to go through the meditation “Separating the Wheat from the Chaff”, where you will sort the seeds — those choices that will align with your authentic expression in the coming months.
Purpose of the meditation: To thank yourself and your path, to recognize and choose what to take into the new cycle, to release what is unnecessary, to feel your own worth and your right to walk your own path.
First, gratitude to yourself for all your efforts, the lessons learned, the victories and defeats. In your heart, “create” three seeds: one for yourself, one for those who supported you, and one for those who gave you difficult experiences. Then you move into your inner “place of power,” gather new seeds for the next stage of life, guided by your inner response. Release everything extra, take everything valuable with you.
Main steps:
- Deep breathing, tuning into the body and heart
- Gratitude to yourself, loved ones, even “difficult” people
- Consciously creating three seeds — your personal standard
- Immersing in a place of power, selecting new seeds through sensations
- Letting go of what’s unnecessary, choosing your “fruits”
- Anchoring the state of worthiness, joy, and acceptance
- Gratitude to yourself and all participants
For self-reflection
- What discoveries and “harvest” have you gathered during this cycle?
- What from your experience is truly important to take with you, and what is better to let go of?
- What can you thank yourself for today?
- What qualities, desires, and states do you choose to “plant” for the next stage?
Can the practice be done several times?
— Yes, especially if you want to consciously go through the stage of gathering and choosing your “seeds.”
What if it’s hard to thank yourself?
— Start small: remember at least one situation where you supported yourself or coped.
How do you know your “seeds” are truly yours?
— Everything that resonates within, brings calm and joy — that is yours.
May this day bring you confidence, joy for what you’ve been through, and an honest choice of what you want to nurture next. You are the author of your life — choose only what is yours!
