The meditation offered for your attention is best performed during the full moon.
During full moons, spiritual energy spirals into a huge wave that gathers strength to crash down upon you.
The Full Moon is a moment of initiation and opportunities for mastery, enlightenment, healing, and service. We will take advantage of this.
This meditation is recommended to be performed when you are “at the peak” of your capabilities.
When you are in a state of soaring, of flight! When you are full of Strength!
And so, when you are in this state, you travel back into the past, to those moments when you personally needed support and attention. You endow yourself with everything you lacked back then!
Purpose of the meditation: to help your past self using your present-day resources.
The meditation consists of 2 parts:
The first part can also be performed by those who are currently a little tired, confused, unsure where to go or what to do.
This part of the meditation helps to fill yourself with Sunlight, charge the Heart center and the Solar plexus with energy.
Thus, to feel and see in the Light what is currently stopping you, holding you back, hindering your progress.
And, of course, immense power is hidden in the second part!
The main value is the combination of both parts.
This is a meditation of support for your past self, when you so needed help but could not receive it from outside. You have a chance to correct this!
On a global scale, the “At the Peak of Capabilities” meditation helps you feel like a strong, confident, open, loving, joyful person filled with life force!
How to get the maximum effect from meditation?
1. Ask your loved ones not to disturb you for 20 minutes.
You will need all your attention to complete the meditation.
2. Take a comfortable position. Sitting in the “lotus position” is not necessary. The main thing is that you feel comfortable.
3. Turn on the meditation recording, adjust the sound volume. The recording can be downloaded via the link below or you can complete it in video format on the same page.
4. If you want to go through the meditation again later, try to do it without the audio accompaniment.
Meditation is an internal state; to enter it, you do not need external attributes like my voice.
