How to deal with problems — personal experience

“Did you solve your problem?”
“Yep!”
“Really? How did you solve it?”
“I decided it wasn’t a problem.”

Throughout my entire life, I have encountered problems and difficult situations many times. Previously, they caused strong negative emotions, made me shrink, freeze up, brought despair, and triggered a victim state.

But following my path of spiritual development, my view of problems as a separate phenomenon has changed greatly.

Now, as a whole, self-sufficient, and conscious person, I turn any difficulties, obstacles, and problems into fuel for my further spiritual and personal growth.

In this article, I will share my experience on how to deal with problems, difficulties, and unpleasant situations.

How to Deal with Problems

First, I worked through the topic of trusting myself and the universe, as well as the topic of emotions.

The vast amount of material on the Keys of Mastery was for me not so much a source of information as an actual instruction manual for action. Thanks to the practical application of techniques, I learned to trust myself, took back my power, learned to automatically activate the observer, and deeply worked through the topic of emotions that hindered conscious decision-making.

I acquired a most valuable toolbox of instruments, which is constantly being replenished and which I use in everyday life.

The Importance of a Resourceful State

In the process of engaging in spiritual practices, I felt how important it is to be in a resourceful state. And this is now a constant daily conscious effort for me, thanks to which I have the strength and resources to cope with everything that happens in my life and to live a full life.

Besides spiritual practices, meditations, visits to Temples and Ascension Sites, quite ordinary things such as long solitary walks, listening to mantras, taking a shower charged with the Violet Flame, the Silence meditation, journaling, communicating with like-minded people, embroidery, sounds of nature, reading, doing nothing, and many other things help me restore my resource.

Responsibility for your state

Along with this, step by step I took responsibility for my state, mood, and focus of attention. I clearly learned — where attention goes, energy flows.

I consciously choose to direct my focus of attention exclusively to what I choose to multiply in my life, and what I am ready to share with everyone.

This is incredibly difficult; periodically I catch myself thinking that my thoughts are going in a completely wrong direction. And if not for the trained mind, it would be much harder to cope with this task.

The state of the observer, expansion of consciousness, and surrender

At the same time, there is another nuance. When you dive headfirst into solving a problem, tunnel thinking kicks in, when you simply do not see all possible ways to resolve the issue. This is where the ability to turn on the observer, the ability to switch and surrender comes to the rescue.

This was what I found especially difficult. I had to consciously switch myself over and over again at the cost of incredible effort. Sometimes even the emergence of another, minor difficulty helped shift the focus of attention. But it was even harder to train myself to capitulate when all possible and impossible steps to solve the problem had already been taken.

Belief in the incredible

The practice of inventing different scenarios for how events unfold, including fantastic ones, works very well. And while at first I forced myself to do it through sheer willpower, it later became so ingrained in my life that it became a normal thing for me.

Practice has shown that despite considering several options for how things might happen, applying maximum effort, and capitulating, the issues were resolved in ways completely different from what I imagined. Sometimes in such incredible ways that I could never have thought of them! But each time it was for my benefit.

I already have many such examples in my collection, which I record in my journal. I return to them periodically, reminding myself that even what cannot be, of course, can also be.

Now I clearly realize that any complex or not-so-complex issue that arises is a consequence of my previous conscious or unconscious choices. All responsibility for what happens lies not with someone else, but with me. And I also know that I will handle everything.

Self-Help Guide for Problem Solving

And as a self-help tool, I put together a guide for myself — a reminder that has greatly helped me and continues to help in various life situations:

  1. I can do anything!
  2. Any problem = a point of my growth
  3. The more complex the problem, the more pearls of wisdom it will reveal to me (If in doubt, breathe into your solar plexus and read your achievement diary)
  4. My resource during problem solving is my main priority
  5. Activate the Observer
  6. Do everything you can
  7. Done everything?! Let go of the situation
  8. Switch to something else
  9. Come up with several scenarios for the situation, including the most magical and incredible one
  10. Go to the Pyramid of Power and Light, Ascension Sites, Arcturian Chambers. Call upon your Spiritual Guides, Guardian Angels, Ascended Masters and Masters of Light, and your Etheric Double
  11. Use the Violet Flame, the Platinum Net
  12. This issue or problem will mean nothing to you in a couple of years
  13. You have gained invaluable experience, mastered new skills, become wiser and stronger
  14. You can do anything! Spread your wings!

The realization that everything I encounter in life is created by me, for my growth and development, greatly motivates me, gives me strength, pushes me to expand my zone of responsibility, and helps me gain greater power.

So I have solved all my problems. How? I decided they are not problems.
