Have you noticed that sometimes you are hit by a bout of insatiable hunger? That you eat food that is not typical for you and cannot stop?
In the article “5 Stages of Cosmic Energy Integration,” these stages are described from a logical perspective. But from the point of view of interaction with the body, they can be divided into 2 phases: the building phase and the acceleration phase.

Two phases that the physical body goes through when receiving cosmic energy
Building phase
In this phase, something inside the body is being restructured on a physical level. At this moment, you may observe increased drowsiness and fatigue. You begin to consume a lot of resources, including water and food. It is as if you are building a brick wall out of yourself.
When you overeat, a colossal heaviness usually appears, sometimes there is a feeling that you want to crawl out of your skin, drowsiness sets in, and the body goes into a period of hibernation. Lethargy, apathy — a passive-apathic lifestyle.
Logically, this phase is followed by the acceleration phase, when you need to burn off what has settled inside and free yourself.

Acceleration phase
When this phase arrives, you have a need to burn off the energy and information that has come in during this period of time. And we periodically go through both of these phases.
Together with cosmic energy, a huge amount of information comes in, and a large amount of unlived experience crashes down.
This phase is actually called integration.
After drowsiness, fatigue, and increased appetite hit you, the body makes every effort to process it.
Both of these phases are regular and constantly replace each other. First, a lot of something comes in: energy, information, light, then we start walking around with it like pregnant women.
And until we integrate it, we remain in this process. Moreover, the more you resist, the longer the process lasts.
During the active phase, you start organizing everything, cleaning your computer, tidying up everywhere, and then new ideas appear. That is, essentially, a moment of birth occurs.
First, you take everything in, carry it, and when it is all integrated, you release it into the world. That is, the phase of physical activity and the realization of some powerful ideas begins.

Two more possible causes of weight gain from the perspective of metaphysics and energy
The second cause of weight gain is inaction, or more precisely, the lack of implementation of new information.
If you attend some courses or consume a lot of information from books and the internet, and do not implement it in life, this process begins.
Therefore, if you are concerned about excess weight, help yourself with physical activity. Filter what you consume and implement the information that resonated with you at least 30%.
The third cause of the onset of a sharp increase in appetite, which does not exclude the previous two options, is related to the body taking the main blow when you are in a colossal feeling of resistance.

As soon as you start resisting the new energy that comes in, you gain weight. It is important to find the point of resistance, what exactly you are resisting.
Most often it turns out that there is a lack of acceptance of the reality you are in, you stop developing and moving forward.
If you realize that this is your case, as soon as you start moving forward, developing, everything rolls back very quickly.
I myself stalled for three years because the comfort zone is very convenient. I arranged everything for myself so that I would be comfortable everywhere. And until I was forcibly knocked out of this comfort zone, I lost 10 kg literally in a week, and I had gained them a month before, without changing my diet.
I resisted development, decided that I was not a businessman, that I would not engage in sales or anything else. On the one hand, self-determination was very convenient, but in the end, the lifestyle I led became more or less passive. Development stopped, and this immediately affected my weight.
All these three options for weight gain exist, and they can overlap each other.
