I have the right to say NO!

I have never had to utter the single word NO so often as in the last couple of weeks.

No to my daughter’s attempts to control me. No to close friends encroaching on “someone else’s” territory. No to my like-minded people and readers. No to law enforcement agencies and banking institutions.

It feels as if the whole world has “conspired,” testing the strength of the boundaries I am setting.

In my time, I put in a huge amount of effort to feel out these invisible barriers surrounding my personal world and to learn how to determine who has access and who should be held back…

It’s very easy to proclaim: Learn to say no! It’s quite another thing to do it, time and time again.

Once upon a time, I couldn’t even end a phone call on time for fear of offending the person on the other end, even when I was in a hurry or busy…

Then came the stage when people “taught” me what to do with my own website and what materials to translate. Now I smile, remembering the indignant letters about how I conduct webinars, what I emphasize, and where I pause… Once upon a time, I reacted to this and tried to explain what motivated me.

Then I made a conscious decision to EXPLAIN NOTHING to NO ONE.

I had to re-read all the comments and letters twice, deleting any explanations of how and why I act. The action itself is enough; the underlying motives and reasons are my own personal affair.

Over these years, I have come a long way and done a tremendous amount of work. And despite this, each new day brings its own challenge of saying NO with confidence and dignity.

I won’t even ask how often you have to face similar situations… The answer is obvious.

I Am Within My Rights

Another trend of February-March can be summed up with a succinct phrase: “I am within my rights!”

The participants of the “Cash Flow Management 2.0” training were the first to draw my attention to it, as they began to encounter situations with enviable regularity where they had to stand up for their own rights.

For example, refusing to pay a huge bill issued by a mobile phone company for calls never made, or demanding the provision of services that were previously declared and paid for… Not to mention, just yesterday I had to push every “button” I know to get my internet connected after a trip to Riga.

And here, it doesn’t really matter WHY this happened to you.

What matters much more is HOW you reacted to it.

The most interesting thing is that when you declare “I am within MY rights” without a shadow of doubt and with a sense of self-worth (and not with anger and accusation, as many would react), the situation resolves itself literally within hours.

The Center of Solar Power

Let’s look at how all this appears from the perspective of a person’s energy…

The solar plexus is the focal point of power and will.

With an insufficiently active solar plexus center, a person experiences difficulty managing emotions, blindly follows the opinions of others, and is easily influenced from the outside.

A hyperactive solar plexus manifests as hyper-control and manipulation. Such people are often called “manipurny” (a reference to the Manipura chakra), and when they appear, you get a pulling sensation in the abdominal area.

When this energy center is balanced, a person recognizes their uniqueness and easily masters their personal power.

This means, with a sense of self-worth, they direct energy upward, through the heart center into the throat chakra and calmly assert their rights!

Thus, the activation of the solar power center occurs, which includes the solar plexus, heart, and throat.

This is exactly what the new energies are pushing us toward: mastering our own power, harmonizing emotions, and expressing them through the voice.

I would be glad if you share in the comments what the new energy is pushing you toward personally!
