How to maintain focus on the reality where you want to be.

Where you direct your attention, energy flows, and accordingly, it multiplies in your life.

It is very important to hold your focus of attention on what you want to create, not on what you do NOT want.

Learn how to focus on the highest choice in this article.

You are responsible for what you focus on

Track where you are directing your attention.

If you get stuck on things that bother you (poor health, current problems, and so on), learn to switch yourself.

For example, if you feel unwell, think about how you can take care of yourself right now (solitude, favorite music, a nice cup of tea, etc.).

Having switched to something pleasant, try to get the maximum enjoyment out of it.

If you refuse to consciously and independently set your focus, the wandering mind begins to be drawn by attention to everything with a “minus” sign.

Imperceptibly, negative attention grows, and you start to “drown yourself.”

You are responsible for what you focus on.

If a problem arises, you direct your attention to its solution, but without losing connection with the positive aspects of life.

Where your focus of attention is, there is your energy

Regardless of your level (of consciousness development), only you decide where to place your focus of attention, and thus, what remains in your life.

This is the most important message you must absorb. This message is doubly important for beginners on the path of development.

The external is always a reflection of the internal. In any external conditions (chaos, war, destruction, uncertainty), an adept of development is able to maintain their balanced and centered state, radiating light, love, and compassion.

Through inner balance, you harmonize the outer space.

In particular, the group meditations on the Keys, starting from April 2020, were dedicated precisely to this: by building individual Pillars of Light, the meditation participants contributed to the harmonization of the common field.

Focusing on something means that you direct all your energy there.

Most people, without realizing it, invest an excess of energy into what they do not like.

“What you don’t like” evokes intense emotions and, for this reason, attracts attention again and again like a magnet.

Compared to this, quiet joy, when everything is calm, does not possess such bubbling intensity.

The old “bubbling” 3-D reality exists. If you do not invest your energy into it, it will gradually come to the surface, dissolve, and crumble.

You invest in the old reality when you get drawn into useless social media exchanges, arguments, and discussions.

In today’s realities, the main litmus test is your emotions. If you read some information and it hooks you emotionally, you have automatically switched to low-frequency vibrations.

Simoron practices and focus of attention

To keep your focus of attention on the positive, try the “Decorator” practice that Svetlana Dobrovolskaya often suggests in her live streams.

This practice is good to use in situations where you have to visit places that don’t match a high frequency (for example, hospitals, tax offices, housing offices, etc.).

Start with a preliminary warm-up on public transport.

When you encounter a person with a gloomy face, looking upset or aggressive, mentally imagine them in a funny, decorated image.

For example, “draw” them a clown nose, big ears, “put” a huge ridiculous hat or pink pantaloons on them. Follow your imagination.

After a while, you will notice how this person’s demeanor and their reaction to you begin to change.

This effect is related to the fact that by doing this “funny decorating,” you have lowered the significance of this character.

Be careful not to get carried away with manipulation: do not use this practice to harm yourself or others.

Be guided by the principle “for the highest good of all involved.”

Another powerful practice, based on the Simoron technique.

You imagine the person you are about to come into contact with, and mentally gift them with everything they dream of.

In this way, you are fulfilling the person’s inner need in advance – on an energetic level, you give them everything they would like to receive.

As a result, the (potential) negative attitude of this person towards you is transformed and changed.

Such practices are built on the focus of attention. By practicing Simoron, you shift your focus of attention from your disharmonious state (anxiety, fear, resistance) to a light, humorous perception of the situation.

Thanks to this, you “remove” yourself from the significance of the situation, and the situation energetically unfolds.

Everything is connected to everything. You change your perception of the moment, and the event begins to mirror your new – light – perception.

Everything you see around you depends on your perception.

Therefore, stop focusing your attention on negativity, thereby multiplying it.

Consciously direct your energy into the good things you want to multiply in your life.

Control Over the Focus of Attention

Having chosen the reality of the New Earth, you learn to experience Divine Love through Divine Action.

Action can be completely different. For some, it is important to cut off all irritating factors.

For example, when interacting with an abundance of information, you may feel a “limit,” indirectly signaling that an energy leak has begun and needs to be stopped.

So, after reading something, you may find that you can’t stop thinking about it and even getting emotional about it.

This state serves as a signal that you have moved from the vertical to the horizontal and are giving your energy away to digest the “bait” you read.

Simply put, by provoking you into emotions, they “have” you – they feed on your energy (similar to what can happen during sexual contact).

Once you’ve tracked a similar state, immediately scan yourself – where is your focus. If you don’t redirect your focus through willpower, you’ll get stuck on one “nasty thing,” draining all your energy into it, instead of focusing on other aspects of your reality where everything is going well.

In a certain sense, the ratio of “bad” to “good” in life is 1% (“nasty things”) to 99% (good). But the human mind, your psyche, is so wired for negativity that 1% of the “bad” attracts all your attention.

So, control where you direct your attention.

Many people are very good at keeping their focus on the negative, on what isn’t working, on what’s worrying them. And shifting this focus is no easy task.
