In May, a rebalancing of the masculine and feminine, the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine, was taking place.
June, for most, became a month of acceptance. Acceptance unfolded as the main theme of the month, flowing from one event to another.
In July, we enter the energies of implementation, applying knowledge in life. But you will be able to apply your knowledge if you are in an expanded state of consciousness.
This will be the topic of today’s material. Read on to learn why it is important to maintain an expanded state of consciousness and what will help you with this.
Application as a way to move from collapsed consciousness to expanded consciousness
Many complain that something in their lives is not working.
Let’s examine this issue using a metaphor provided by Jason Estes.
When you enter a true meditative state (for example, during a meditation practice), your consciousness expands. In an expanded state of consciousness, you build your vertical.
In expanded consciousness, processes aimed at receiving high frequencies are activated, thanks to which you establish a connection with your Higher Self, gain access to information from higher realms, and the like.
The state of expanded consciousness is opposed by reactive behavior.
It arises as an instantaneous response to the activation of a dormant trauma within you by external stimuli.
In such moments, something hooks you. When something hooks your trauma, consciousness instantly narrows, turning into the usual everyday state.
By engaging in spiritual practices, you achieve a state of expanded consciousness.
After finishing the practice, you encounter some everyday situation (mismatches, conflict, judgment), and your consciousness instantly collapses.
As a result, your practices live separately—in another sphere—while your daily life and you yourself live separately.
In such situations, the first step (to bring spiritual practice and everyday life closer together) is to return to equilibrium.
Give yourself time to recover, to come into a harmonious, balanced state, and only then turn to your toolbox.
When you are in a state of collapsed consciousness, you cannot use the tools of an expanded state of consciousness.
In a state of collapsed consciousness, any awareness is completely absent. This is the victim consciousness, the egoic 3-D consciousness.
Returning to equilibrium necessarily involves caring for the physical body.
When you care for your body (rest, exercise, massages, baths, etc.), the soul gets the opportunity to strengthen its presence in the body during this time.
Thanks to this, you rise in vibrations and approach a state of expanded consciousness.
Having returned to a state of expanded consciousness, you take the tool that was applicable in that specific situation of yours and apply it — post factum.
Thus, the next time the situation repeats — that is, you react to your “red button” — you will already have a couple of tools in your arsenal to resolve it.
The key difference between these two states lies in the application (of the tool).

Expanding consciousness broadens the picture of the world
You are not just what you believe.
A person has Higher levels (planes). Every person has 12 “I”s. There is the Soul, the Spirit, the Higher Self, spiritual guides.
One who meditates, during meditation, makes requests to their Higher Self. Their picture of the world is expanded.
One who professes a particular religion turns for help to their guardian angels and saints. This is also an example of an expanded worldview in its own way.
A nihilist does not believe in anything. In their worldview, there are no expanded planes of existence.
The more you expand your consciousness, the more manifestations of life (forms of life consciousness) exist in your worldview.
In July, tune in to implementation.
Decide what you can apply from what you already know now.

July is the month of applying knowledge in life
According to forecasts, July will be the month when you will be forced to apply everything you know in practice – that is, in real life.
“I went to a meditation” and real life are different things.
The choice is yours – to apply or to remain at the same level of consciousness.
There is a part of the project’s audience that actively listens to various project materials but does not apply them in life.
Now, faced with difficult situations, these people are forced to apply what they have heard a lot about, and as a result, they note a serious turn for the better.
Some participants during group meditations record valuable information for themselves that they receive during such work, and after the meditation, they return to repeated listening and practices.
There are also listeners who take part in such collective work and end their practice there.
There are even those who, during the work itself (collective meditation), write comments and cannot focus on the practice.
Although it is impossible to simultaneously display external activity and maintain the level of internal concentration necessary to reach a high plane.
This example shows that, in the end, a very small number of people will begin to apply in life the experience gained in practice — opening the heart, directing waves of harmony, and igniting their light in situations of imbalance.
The individual choice of each of us — through application
Current conditions have approached the moment when there is a choice.
Today’s choice differs from the choice of 3-D reality (either…or).
Now you can choose everything you desire, without attracting heavy consequences of your choice to yourself.
However, making exactly such a choice, be aware that in this case you deprive yourself of the opportunity to move forward.
How to attune as much as possible with the energies of July
1. Remaining in the position of an observer
Remaining in the position of an observer will help you avoid getting drawn into destructive situations.
For example, if you see a conflict beginning to flare up, imagine yourself as a bird soaring high above — above what is unfolding now.
When you get drawn into a conflict, you inevitably fall inside the situation, being in the body (in emotions).
If you split your consciousness and direct part of your consciousness into the image of a bird soaring above you, you will no longer be able to fully immerse yourself in the conflict situation.
The focus of attention cannot be in two places at once, therefore, by fixing your consciousness on the image of a bird, you “extract” yourself from the unpleasant situation.
No one else can direct your attention for you. Only you can do this.
When something hooks you and you fall out of an expanded state of consciousness (entering your everyday limited state of consciousness), simply DO what you can to resolve the situation that has arisen.
It is important to understand that it does not always work out the first time. You simply continue to persistently train – do and do what you can.
July is a month of application and implementation.
If you DO what you can (that is, apply knowledge in life), July will pass calmly for you.
Realize that it is not you who are being drawn into negative situations, but you yourself are drawn into them. This is your choice from the position of a victim. This is a manifestation of the consciousness of duality of the 3-D world.
Events do not happen to you – you create them. If you hand over control of your life to others, you automatically doom yourself to complete dependence on external factors.

2. Maintain the Right Mindset for the Day
The right mindset for the day is your responsibility.
Dedicate at least five minutes in the morning to properly set yourself up for the upcoming day.
Jason Estes:
“If you look at the world through the eyes of unity, you feel gratitude for everything.
If you look at the world through the eyes of separation, you experience chaos.”
Only you choose through which eyes you will look at the world (today).
If you are growing and developing, you will find a way to see harmony where, at first glance, there is none. You know it is there because there is no such thing as “one side of the coin”; there is never only bad.
In the “bad,” there is always another side – the “good” one, on which you need to focus. But no one can do this for you.
Just as no one can force you to do it. It is only your right and desire.

3. Constantly Expand Your Consciousness
Constant expansion of consciousness is the main goal.
Expand your picture of the world, the boundaries of what is possible and permissible for yourself.
Only constant, intentional expansion of yourself will help you go beyond the limitations of your mind. There are no other options.
When you learn something new, you have the opportunity to choose.
As long as you do not know, you move by touch, relying on intuition. On such a path, doubts, anxieties, and fears actively interfere.
One of the best ways to expand consciousness is reading literature that broadens your worldview.
Such reading presupposes the ability to discern – to filter information by resonance (its truth for you at the current moment). Pay attention to terminology – look for interpretations of terms that are unfamiliar to you.

4. Cut Off Provocative 3-D Communication
When you encounter people who provoke you into 3-D style conversations (for example, on political topics), do not be afraid to cut off such communication.
There are people who have firm convictions on a certain issue, but at the same time calmly accept someone else’s point of view, do not intrude into another’s space, and do not impose their views.
Every person has the right to their own point of view – to their own truth.
But there are also others who strive to impose their opinion at any cost.
If in communicating with such people you try not to react, not to get drawn into conversations, you are in any case expending your energy.
To conserve energy and direct it to more important things, it is better to cut off such conversations (rather than endure them).
Ideally, do not create prerequisites for yourself to end up where you might be provoked.
