We are on the threshold of the last retrograde Mercury period of this year. It will last from October 24 to November 13.
Mercury is connected to our mental field: our thinking, beliefs, habitual patterns of perception, and those inner programs through which we interpret what is happening.
This period is more like the final part of a great restructuring that we have been living through during the entire transformational year of 2026. Over this year, much has changed at the level of our state, decisions, behavior, and our sense of ourselves. And now the task is for the mental constructs of the mind to also come into alignment with the changes that have occurred. So that the gap between who we have already become and how our mind continues to think out of habit gradually disappears.
This is exactly where the old can manifest especially vividly:
- limiting beliefs;
- cognitive distortions;
- habitual mental scenarios;
- ideas about yourself from a former identity;
- ways of interpreting what is happening that no longer correspond to your current state.
In a live broadcast, we will discuss what to expect from this period, what to pay attention to, and how to go through it as gently and harmlessly as possible for yourself.
What beliefs about yourself have you not re-examined in a long time? What happens when the usual explanations and inner limitations no longer match the way you have already changed? This conversation is dedicated to reviewing the mental sphere and the period of Mercury retrograde from October 24 to November 13.
You will be able to take a closer look at your reactions, your overload, and the ways you handle increased life force. In the recording there are personal examples, reminders about unburdening the mind, and a conversation about how to stop in time and take care of yourself when your resources have run out.
Greeting, stream setup, and how we’ve been feeling these past weeks
in the video: 00:00:02
A fiery hello to everyone! Today we’re talking about Mercury retrograde, a period we’re entering as soon as tomorrow. First, let’s check the sound and video: the stream is running on several platforms, and a multiplatform player is available on the main “Keys of Mastery” website.
Before we get to the topic, I want to ask about how you’ve been feeling over the last two weeks. I’m still waking up early and noticing that sleepiness now comes much earlier. At the same time, the week flew by almost unnoticed: we had just recorded part of the master class on collective practices, and the next meeting has already arrived.
Mercury Retrograde: A Different View of the Mental Sphere
in the video: 00:02:50
Mercury retrograde is usually associated with equipment breakdowns, communication difficulties, and relationship breakups. For many years I’ve been suggesting looking at this period through a different approach, drawing on the channeled materials of Lauren Gorg. In this picture, Mercury is connected to the mental sphere, and its retrograde cycle helps us see and reconsider what has accumulated in the mind.
In the channeled approach I use here, Mercury retrograde offers an opportunity to tend to this mental storage room. The period brings attention back to what keeps us from moving forward. We can see old programs and check why we continue to hold on to them.
The Mind as a Storage Room: Accumulated Beliefs and Limitations
in the video: 00:05:12
The mind can be compared to a storage room where, for many years, everything was piled up: maybe it’ll come in handy someday. In there lie limitations, promises, habitual interpretations, and reactions that appeared at different periods of our lives. Some beliefs have been preserved since childhood, others arose quite recently, but we rarely check whether they match who we are today.
In this storage room, ideas from the eighties, nineties, two-thousands, and pandemic times coexist side by side. Everything is mixed up, and the right thought can be hard to find. We continue to rely on the contents of this repository, even when circumstances have long since changed.
I have a similar story with my laptop. I sort materials into folders and keep my work files in order, but the moment I look for something outside of work, the difficulties begin. Roughly the same thing happens with the mind: accumulation goes on constantly, while we do a review far less often.
I believe it is mental limitations that become one of the main obstacles to change. The physical body needs time to adapt, but the mind is also far from always ready to accept the new. Our triggers, “red buttons,” and self-imposed prohibitions remain in it.
Tension, relaxation of the nervous system, and adaptive capacity
in the video: 00:07:12
Large-scale changes require time and resources. We already discussed this in the broadcast “Adaptive Capacity”: the usual ways of adapting at some point stop coping with the load. Then the next small adjustment turns out to be insufficient.
I like the everyday example of a pipe here. We can clean it with various products, clear blockages, and keep coming back to the same problem. But there comes a moment when the pipe itself has to be replaced, because the old structure no longer copes.
That is how I perceive the current changes too: they affect the very architecture we have grown accustomed to. That is why I keep returning to the topic of relaxing the nervous system. Constant tension leaves us with too little opportunity to calmly live through what is happening.
Even when we try to shield ourselves from the news, some fragments still reach us. Sometimes tension shows up in dreams: today I woke up in the middle of the night after a very heavy dream. This is my personal experience, which once again reminded me of the need to stop in time.
Outdated ideas about ourselves and resistance to revising them
in the video: 00:09:50
On the “Self-Worth” course, we start with a simple questionnaire. A person answers the questions and unloads their ideas about themselves, then rewrites them according to certain rules. Sometimes the very first step causes strong resistance: it is frightening to see yourself as worse than you would like to be.
At the same time, information that no one has rechecked for years may be stored inside. At some point mom said something, a classmate dropped a random phrase, an unpleasant event happened. These episodes remained part of the idea of oneself, even though the person has changed a great deal since then.
A beautiful layer of spiritual knowledge may appear on top, but the old conclusions keep working. We learn to observe ourselves, analyze, and understand ourselves better, yet deposits still remain in the mental storage room. That is why the question of our own ideas requires honest attention.
The same thing happens with our opinions about other people. We add guesses, assumptions, forecasts, and catastrophic scenarios to the facts. When emotions join in, it becomes difficult to distinguish what is happening from our own interpretation.
This kind of perception resembles a funhouse room with crooked mirrors. There is a reflection, but it is heavily distorted. We can look through these distortions every day and not even notice how much they define our picture of the world.
Checking in with reality: do our actions match our inner changes
in the video: 00:12:32
This year, checking in with reality is especially noticeable for me. We look at how much our inner realizations have manifested in different areas of life. Understanding alone is often not enough: it is important to see how we act, what we choose, and what rules we rely on.
Sometimes in our thoughts we have one thing, in our feelings another, and we act according to old habits. Then a discrepancy arises between the inner sense of ourselves and everyday life. It becomes more noticeable when our strength drops, our mood worsens, or our well-being deteriorates.
For many years we have been talking about creating from the inside out. Now it becomes clearer how much time it takes to align the different parts of ourselves. Even after long work, reactions may remain that bring us back again to previous ways of behaving.
Based on the information I rely on, in 2027 this check-in will become even more serious. It is assumed that we will have to act from a new sense of ourselves, greater sovereignty and autonomy. But how will we do this if we still poorly understand our own motives?
Life, sexual, and creative energy: an author’s distinction
in the video: 00:14:51
In the spiritual picture used here, life force is connected with solar charge. I discuss it as a feeling of inner fullness, movement, and the desire to live. By sensation, this surge may resemble sexual energy, although I distinguish their density and manifestations.
We also know the creative facet of energy, when a desire arises to create something. Right now I notice an intensification of such inner movement. It seems to me that some people may feel it even without experience in energy practices.
Where to direct the increased power if desires and goals are unclear
in the video: 00:17:34
Many of us have long asked for strength, the opportunity to create, and a greater ability to influence our lives. We also learned responsibility for our own thoughts, emotions, and mood. Now the next question arises: what are we going to do with what we asked for?
In this model, part of the power is directed first and foremost to the physical body and its restructuring. In the materials I draw on, it is said that over time we will be able to see changes in reality as well. At the same time, the question remains of where to direct the remaining resource available to us.
In the past, we often tried to work for ourselves, our relatives, and all of humanity at once. We took on helping the lineage, clearing karma, and saving the planet, leaving almost no attention for ourselves. Now I see the need to first secure our own processes and understand what I personally want.
Some people discover an absence of desires. The old life no longer suits them, but the new path is not yet clear. A person feels they can no longer live the old way, and at the same time does not understand where to go next.
An excess of ideas, absorption, and resistance to self-care
in the video: 00:20:52
Others experience the opposite situation: there are so many ideas that each one draws you in. I recognize myself in this right now. A week can fly by unnoticed because one new task immediately leads to the next.
That is how I nearly missed the start dates for the November course “Self-Worth.” We wanted to complete it before the New Year, and for a long program we needed to count the dates in advance. My absorption in other projects turned out to be so strong that a little more and we would not have made it within the schedule.
An excess of ideas also requires attention to yourself. When everything seems interesting, it is easy to lose sight of what is important and keep spending energy without stopping. We have to learn to choose where we truly want to direct our resource.
The period from October 24 to November 13 and the manifestation of habitual distortions
in the video: 00:23:30
The period we are talking about begins on October 24 and ends on November 13. In the proposed spiritual reading, it is associated with the rise of old distortions: triggers, limitations, assumptions, and habitual forecasts. Even before it began, I notice states when it is difficult to perceive and process information.
Why it is important to unload thoughts and ideas onto paper
in the video: 00:24:23
Sometimes you look at a text but absorb almost nothing. There is too much material in your head, and finding the needed thought becomes difficult. I return again to a simple recommendation: the contents of the mind need to be unloaded onto paper.
When thoughts remain only inside, we may not even notice what exactly we think about ourselves. Writing makes old limitations, guesses, and assumptions visible. Sometimes a person is surprised by how much has accumulated over the years.
For me, it is important to free up space both for useful information and for making sense of what is actually happening. We cannot endlessly add new materials to an overflowing storeroom. Unloading helps to see its contents and begin to sort through them.
Holding Power and Learning to Wield It
in the video: 00:26:06
In Lauren Gorg’s materials there is a theme about the ability to hold power and understand what to do with it. I connect it with the image of “spiritual voltage” that a person learns to withstand. Here there is also discussion of the transition from receiving and transmitting energy to generating it internally.
Then a question arises about acting from one’s divine part. If you feel yourself and your possibilities differently, how will this be reflected in your actions? Where will you direct your efforts when the available power becomes greater?
The Solar Processor: Lauren Gorg’s Channeled Model
in the video: 00:27:54
I tried to bring together Lauren’s explanation of the “solar processor.” In her figurative model it is connected with the union of masculine and feminine, cosmic and earthly. She describes the result of this union through the birth of the cosmic Christ.
In the picture she proposed, the radiant element is located in the area of the brainstem. I perceive this image as an antenna connected with the solar self and the divine self. That is exactly how Lauren sees it and represents it in her diagram.
I have also read serious literature about the structure of the brain, but right now I can’t accurately reproduce the anatomical explanations. So here I keep the figurative language that we use to discuss inner experience. I am still trying to figure out how to connect the parts of this picture together.
In this same model, people with a pronounced feminine constitution are said to need to build the solar architecture from scratch. I am retelling this explanation as a process that is demanding on the physical body. The period of Mercury retrograde in it is regarded as a recalibration after the preceding activations, including the Lion’s Gate.
Recalibrating the Mind and Checking Personal Values Against Life
in the video: 00:31:13
The point of such a check for our conversation is to revisit the mental framework. How much do our thoughts and interpretations correspond to inner changes? What colors the perception of ourselves and of what is happening around us?
The check also concerns values. We may consider something important but live quite differently. So it is worth looking at how much our values show up in our actions and whether we are ready to embody them in what we do among people.
Notes and Diagrams for Processing New Information
in the video: 00:32:51
In the “Chakra Awakening” course I ask people to draw diagrams. We go through the structure of the energy system, the etheric body, and the connections between different elements. To understand the material, you have to connect scattered pieces of information and check where there really is a connection between them.
This is how we learn to think anew, ask questions, and solve mental tasks. Simply listening is sometimes not enough. When a person draws a diagram themselves, they see what they understood and what still remains unconnected.
I myself have Lauren’s material pages underlined and supplemented with drawings. In some places I mark what’s important, in others I add my own diagram. That’s how I process the information I work with.
Offloading can look different for everyone. You can keep a journal, write down thoughts, or depict the connections between concepts. What matters here is to bring the contents of the mind outside and give yourself the opportunity to examine it.
I keep coming back to the word “capacity” because it very precisely conveys my sensations. When processing capacity is full, further accumulation becomes heavy. That’s when it’s especially important to reduce the load and free up space.
Mental detox and a reminder of available tools
in the video: 00:34:31
If you have the opportunity to give yourself a mental detox, now is the time to recall the methods you’re already familiar with. In our materials there are tools for working with the mental sphere, as well as an information detox. You can return to what you’ve already worked with and what you understand.
I’m reminding you about the materials on the Pyramid of Light and the materials from the master class “Techniques of Transformation by Light.” There are protocols there dedicated to cleansing the mental sphere. In the basic materials you’ll also find “Jason’s boxes” with the image of releasing accumulated contents and transforming them into golden light.
Right now I’m just reminding you about these tools. Most important is to notice in time that the mind is overloaded and to stop adding everything to it indiscriminately. An information detox can include reducing the flow of news and materials that you read out of habit.
We’ve already accumulated a lot of experience working with various tools. We’ve tried many things and gotten our own results. Sometimes the next step is to open this familiar “little suitcase” and use a suitable way of caring for yourself.
What mental overload feels like: personal experience and switching gears
in the video: 00:35:50
This week I caught myself several times having an unusual sensation: as if thoughts stop moving freely. I hear information, but the reaction comes noticeably later. In such moments I set work aside and switch to a light book.
Rest, priorities, and trusting the body’s sensations
in the video: 00:37:35
I’m not sure that drowsiness and similar states are directly connected to the recalibration we’re discussing. Here I rely on the sensations of my physical body and the need for rest. If I need to relax, I allow myself to set tasks aside.
This also helps to separate the priority from the non-priority. Lately I’ve increasingly been saying directly that some task is not a priority right now. It may be important to another person, but for our work it can be pushed to next year.
We can feel more energy and at the same time not manage the volume of all possible actions. We need to understand where we want to invest our strength and whether we are ready to engage in this right now. The ability to choose becomes just as much a part of the work as the ability to start something new.
Changing sleep patterns and early awakenings
in the video: 00:38:42
Since summer I’ve been waking up very early, although before I lived in a different rhythm. Usually my routine would change by autumn, but now the early rises continue. By evening I feel tiredness and the limit of available strength much more strongly.
This experience helps me better understand people who have long lived with early rises. Before, I could stay active well past midnight. Now I feel the moment when the physical body’s resource runs out differently.
Evening habits: news, calm music, kaleidoscopes and reading
in the video: 00:41:09
When there are many thoughts in your head before sleep, it’s worth looking at what we fill ourselves with in the evening. The news feed, channels and endless scrolling continue to give the mind material. For me the start of the day matters too: I notice how the news can immediately ruin my mood.
My own way of switching off is connected with reading light fiction. I choose what doesn’t draw me into serious mental work. A few chapters help me step away from the day’s tasks.
Serious books affect me differently: they give new questions and encourage reflection. That’s why before sleep I prefer reading that doesn’t require me to apply my professional interest. For another person, something of their own might turn out to be the right way.
I also remind about the kaleidoscopes that we added to the app. I describe their effect in terms of a feeling of relaxation, but I don’t have a physiological explanation for it. This way might suit someone; I suggest trying it without promising the same result for everyone.
Cleaning as an image of inner cleansing and personal ways to calm down
in the video: 00:44:47
Everyday actions can also be connected with an inner intention. For example, while cleaning you can perceive tidying up as an image of freeing the mental sphere. That way an everyday activity gains additional meaning for you.
Everyone can have their own ways of switching off. Someone enjoys looking at cozy dishes, and for a while I happily watched short videos with pandas. It’s important to notice what helps you specifically to relax and come out of tension.
Once again I remind you of the familiar materials for unburdening the mental sphere: “Jason’s boxes,” the materials about the pyramid of Light, and the master class “Techniques of Transformation by Light.” These tools are already present in various courses. You can return to what you have already mastered and use it, instead of continuing to accumulate tension.
Information detox and the reactions of loved ones when overloaded
in the video: 00:47:51
An information detox is also very much needed right now. We can reduce the flow of what we fill our heads with and pay closer attention to the states of the people around us. Sometimes an adult turns out to be overflowing with impressions and tension no less than a child.
When a loved one snaps, we often immediately take their words personally. After the first wave of hurt, it’s helpful to remember that a person may be coping with their own state the best they can. Their tension doesn’t necessarily tell the truth about you.
I compare this to children who by evening become overflowing with impressions. The more packed the day was, the harder it is for them to cope with what has accumulated. I now notice a similar overflow in some adults as well.
The key skill: caring for yourself in a low-resource state
in the video: 00:49:23
It’s important for us to be able to care for ourselves precisely when our resources are low. A sense of duty often pushes us to keep going: first I’ll do something for the family, then I’ll complete one more task. Once again, no attention is left for ourselves.
Behind this there may be the habits of the straight-A student, the perfectionist, or Cinderella, who has to get everything done. But a pause is also needed when we’ve simply gotten very carried away by something interesting. You can set the activity aside, lie down, put your legs up, and rest a little.
For me this is one of the most important skills: to notice your own state and support yourself without waiting for all the tasks to be finished. Self-care is needed in the midst of life. We can allow ourselves this even in the middle of an enthusiasm and unfinished tasks.
Interest in learning and new knowledge
in the video: 00:50:31
It’s hard for me to imagine a day in which I don’t learn anything new. Right now I’m fascinated by vibe coding, among other things, and along the way I constantly have to figure out new questions. Learning itself remains for me a way to expand my perception of life.
A response about loss: living through pain and helplessness, personal experience
in the video: 00:52:02
In response to the experience of loss, first of all I can express my sympathy. In such a situation a person faces pain and helplessness, because they cannot change what has happened. Sometimes they need the opportunity to turn to God or to another higher meaning that exists for them.
But the usual spiritual explanations may not help at all in that moment. The phrase about the soul knowing where it was going doesn’t take away human pain. A person can understand a great deal and still need to cry.
I know this from my own experience of my mom’s death. My husband arrived a few days later and told me about what he knows well as a specialist in past lives. I knew all of it too, but in that moment I was in pain and wanted to cry.
For me, what mattered more then was to let the pain come out and live through it, without locking it inside. You can return to reflections and spiritual explanations later, when there’s an opportunity to take them in. Knowledge itself doesn’t cancel out the lived experience of loss.
How learning changes perception: driving, history and travel
in the video: 00:55:57
I remember well how it happened in driving lessons. After learning the rules, I went out into the city and suddenly saw it differently. It became clearer where it’s dangerous for a pedestrian to stop, where it’s better to wait for a taxi, and how traffic works.
The city stayed the same, but another layer of how it’s put together opened up for me. Once that kind of understanding appears, it stays with you. You already perceive familiar space differently.
Something similar is happening to me now with studying history. In recent years I’ve been turning to chronicles, analysis and historical materials. During trips, individual places begin to come together into a more complete picture of an era.
After a trip to Vladimir and its surroundings, what stayed with me especially was the feeling of a living connection between the place and the past. I imagined how people traveled along the rivers, and I saw the rivers themselves differently. They appeared to me as important routes of communication, similar in their role to modern roads.
I even had a thought about how neural networks might one day show ancient settlements during a walk along a river. For now it’s an image and a possibility that I imagined. But the idea itself was born from a new perception of already familiar space.
Studying Orthodoxy in the context of Russian history also changed my picture. When part of people’s lives is missing from our idea of an era, it’s harder for us to understand their actions and foundations. Including this part helps to see more connections.
A holistic picture of the world and the ability to free the mind in time
in the video: 01:00:04
Each such experience feels as if another Universe is opening up. You become inwardly richer, because you begin to notice what used to pass you by. These are exactly the moments I value most.
I associate a similar possibility of revealing new knowledge with the solar theme we’re discussing. In ordinary learning we go, we study, we gather information and gradually put the picture together. In the spiritual model we’re talking about, another experience is also assumed: knowledge seems to be unpacked from within.
For now I can only guess how powerful such a revelation will be. But even now we can learn to stop in time and free the mind when it is overflowing. This helps to see our own readiness and the skills that still require attention.
Lauren calls October a “sandbox.” I resonate with this image of a space where we try to handle new opportunities and notice our reactions. We learn to hold the volume, choose a direction, and take care of ourselves in the process.
Plans for group practices: the World Pyramid and the Pillar of Light
in the video: 01:01:47
Last week we recorded the part of the group practices dedicated to the World Pyramid. The material is ready, but I am still looking for a common name for the whole series. The Pyramid for personal work and the World Pyramid serve different purposes; further on, small group pyramids are also planned.
In November we plan to record another part related to building the Pillar of Light. I would like to bring these tools together, including connecting them with the stones. I am not naming exact dates for this recording yet: the November schedule still needs to be looked at.
Announcing the course “Self-Worth”: from November 9 to December 24
in the video: 01:03:02
The course “Self-Worth” with accompaniment will begin on November 9 and end on December 24. Accompaniment means that once a week there will be a live broadcast with me: we will additionally work through what has already been given in the recorded videos.
The dates were chosen so that the program finishes before the New Year. The final meeting falls on Catholic Christmas.
December broadcasts and year-end reflections
in the video: 01:03:36
In December, as in previous years, there will be a super promotion and separate broadcasts for it. Gradually these meetings have also become a way for us to sum up the year. Already now it is clear how much has been accomplished: a new learning platform, a new community, and a new look for the broadcasts have appeared.
In conclusion, I return to the feeling of a well-built architecture. When the foundation is ready and the inner parts are aligned, the possibility arises to bring what was envisioned to life. For me this is especially valuable right now: to see how much has already been done and to understand what I can lean on going forward.
