When we talk about chakras and the human energy system, we most often mean the 7 main chakras and 5 additional ones, and we forget about the lesser-known but no less significant centers. In particular, the chakras in the hands and feet.
Yet it is precisely the centers of the palms that are directly connected to balancing the energy flows passing through the heart center.
So today you will learn how to open the chakras in your hands.
Following the tradition established at Keys of Mastery, during group meditations to form the Circle of Light, we send energy from the heart chakra through the right palm to those participants who are to our right.
And we focus on the sensations in the left palm when the powerful flow, formed by the group energy of the circle, returns back.
Many participants have noticed that the sensations in the palms of the hands are different. For some, the sensitivity and receptivity of the right hand is higher, for others, the left.
- The right hand is giving, symbolizing the channel of giving.
- The left hand is receiving, symbolizing the channel of receiving.
If you feel the energy passing through your right hand well, but have no particular sensations in your left palm, this is a signal that your giving channel is working well, but you have problems with receiving.
If, when working with energies, you feel heat/tingling in your left palm more than in your right, it means you are used to taking more than giving… which again leads to imbalance in many areas of life.
Maintaining the functionality of the palm chakras is necessary both for balancing the entire chakra system and for maintaining balance in the heart.
Exercise 1. Charging Energy in the Palms
Place your hands in front of you at the level of the solar plexus. The left palm faces down, the right palm faces up. The palms do not touch.
1. Take a few deep breaths in and out, relax. Focus your intention on opening the chakras in your palms.
2. Begin clenching and unclenching your fists at a fast but comfortable pace. Continue until you feel slight fatigue. Make sure your wrists are not tense.
3. Swap the positions of your palms: now the right palm is on top and faces down, the left is on the bottom and faces up.
4. Repeat step 2, clenching and unclenching your fists.
5. Raise your hands to chest level and fold them in front of you as if in prayer. Press your palms together, finger to finger.
6. Rub your palms together 6-7 times, as if warming them up.
7. Say aloud or mentally, depending on what works best for you, “I OPEN” and clap your hands 3 times.
8. Slightly separate your palms and concentrate on the sensations and the energy between your palms.
This exercise physically activates the circulation of energy in the palms, allowing it to flow more freely and efficiently through the energy channels.
Exercise 2. Opening the Lotus
Sit in a comfortable position. Make sure your spine is straight and your feet are flat on the floor.
Place your hands on your knees with palms facing up.
Close your eyes and imagine that on both of your palms there are closed lotuses. These can be completely closed buds or slightly open flowers.
As soon as you clearly see them with your inner eye, imagine that the lotuses are opening until you feel a constant flow of energy spiraling into your palms.
You may feel warmth and tingling in your hands.
No matter which exercise you use to open the chakras in your palms, remember that sensitivity comes with practice.
Spend a few minutes on this every day — as a separate technique, as an element of meditation, or when working with the heart center.
The more you practice, the faster and easier your chakras open.

The goal of the course is to learn to feel, activate, and balance the seven main energy centers.
