“By giving up the phrase ‘I don’t have time…’, you will soon realize that you have time for practically everything you decide is worth doing in your life.”
Alena Starovoitova
Have you ever encountered the feeling that you don’t understand what’s happening with time in your life?
Sometimes it races by, and you can’t get anything done; other times it slows down, and you “move mountains” in half an hour?
Have you ever worked through a problem, only to have it return again and again in a new form?
In this article, you will learn how to attune to the cyclical movement of time by changing your consciousness and habits.
What is Cyclical Time
Lately, it feels like life is becoming multidimensional — time, actions, efforts.
Each action triggers several new possibilities, and they branch out into new actions across time — in the future, past, present, and in life as a whole.
It’s as if you press a button, and from it come five or ten more wires, which in turn lead to new buttons that also get triggered because you pressed the first one.
All of this creates a sense of infinite multidimensional time.
In my life, the cyclical movement of time manifests as me handling a large number of tasks in parallel, and yet my focus doesn’t scatter; instead, all efforts lead to one point.
Not long ago, I would have scolded myself for not being able to concentrate on a single direction.
But now I accept this trait of mine and am grateful that I can nurture and develop it.
These are signs of a transition from the third dimension to the fourth and beyond, signs of the emergence of non-linear, cyclical time in life, which we’ll discuss further.
Lauren Gorgo on the New Time
The past, present, and future have officially merged into a single continuum, making it practically impossible to separate them from within this context.
Parallel timelines are now becoming clearer and more noticeable, meaning we have the opportunity to consciously switch or “jump” from one to another, changing the course of the past from the present moment.
This is a learning “curve,” and if what I’m saying resonates with you, know that while it takes some getting used to, there is nothing unusual anymore about “activating” a different timeline or reality program within yourself.
Or even joining an alternative timeline to consciously redirect or change events to achieve outcomes that suit us better.
Time is now becoming a function of our Heart, and as we learn to work with it in this new and higher way, we are literally rewriting human history, including the Truth of our existence within it.

Differences Between Linear and Non-Linear Time
Souls on planet Earth live in two different spheres simultaneously — in the sphere of linear time, which we are all accustomed to, and in the sphere of non-linear (cyclical) time, to which many people are now transitioning.
Linear time is the past, present, and future that occur sequentially one after another.
When you attune to cyclical time, you begin to see that you can manage time.
Have you noticed that when you rush and feel nervous, time instantly flies by, and you don’t get anything done?
But when you are in a calm, harmonious state, time slows down.
In the same amount of time, if you slow down, you will accomplish much more than if you were hurrying and worrying.
Time directly depends on your inner feeling.
Read more about the properties of cyclical time in the article Magic of Dimensions 3-4-5.
In the infographic below, you will see the differences between linear and non-linear time.
You can consciously transition from one time to another, from linear to cyclical.
To attune to the new time, I suggest following these 5 steps.
How to Attune to the Cyclical Movement of Time
Step 1. Thank Time
We are all wealthy. We don’t need to earn our time. It belongs to us by birthright on planet Earth.
We ourselves set priorities for how we will spend it.
When a person steps out of a victim mentality and is confident that they themselves decide how to live and what to do, a boundless field of possibilities opens up for them.
Stop for a minute, feel your time field.
Feel the energy of time, thank it from the bottom of your heart for existing, for allowing you to move forward and look back.
Thank time — as a substance, energy, matter that is always with us, and that accompanies us in our development and movement.
Fill yourself with gratitude, feel time as your friend and ally, as a source of abundance.
Think about how a few seconds with a loved one fills you with happiness for a long time.
A few minutes in meditation calms you for many hours, minutes spent doing what you love turns us into a Master.
The formula “the more you give, the more you receive” also applies to time.
The more you spend it on what interests you, what ignites and warms you, the more seconds-minutes-hours you live consciously, understanding and accepting what is happening in that very moment, the more time expands.
You no longer think there’s no opportunity, but instead try to “fit the unfittable” — ten minutes here, half an hour there, and before you know it, a decent amount has accumulated, experience has been gained, and knowledge has been mastered.
Take the “Cyclical Time” meditation to disconnect from the fabric of linear time and attune to cyclical time.
Step 2. Return to the “Here and Now”
Catch the moments when you are in the present time, be present in every moment and every breath of your day.
Even if some situations seem unpleasant or negative — live through them, don’t run away from them.
In such situations, as in shadow reflections, there is a great potential for power, and it is given only to those who are ready to take it.
Engage in activities that bring you back to the state of “now.”
- Listen to your body when you are sick or exercising,
- Listen to your children when they tell you something very important and respond not on autopilot, but from the heart,
- Listen to the birds and admire the trees and sky on a walk,
- Listen to yourself, even when you don’t like a situation. Don’t be afraid to stand up and leave the meeting room, even if the client seems promising.
Even if these moments are brief at first, they will tune your consciousness and teach it to live in the moment.
Practices from Eckhart Tolle will help you learn to be in the moment right now.
Step 3. Finish Unfinished Business
Here is a practice that Alena Starovoitova suggested during one of the webinars:
“All tasks that are put on the back burner, on a subtle level, constrain and clutter your energy.
And later they become black holes that suck out your energy.
Laziness, apathy, and depression can be the result of many unfinished tasks.
In the Universe, every phenomenon has its own strict process: beginning, development, and completion. We are also included in these cosmic rhythms.
Every unfinished task represents a process of development, which means there is energy present that turns into a funnel.
It drains your strength and blocks access to everything new.
It has been observed in practice that after completing even a few tasks from the list, lightness appears in the body, and joy, new ideas, plans, and opportunities enter your life.
Therefore, I recommend doing the following from time to time.
Write a list of all your unfinished tasks, from the most insignificant and simple ones: sew on a button, return a read book, write letters to relatives, to the large and extensive ones that require a lot of time and effort.
Spend one or two days completing all the small tasks.
For the big ones, write an action plan and the real steps towards achieving what you have planned.”

What the world and our lives will be like in the 5th dimension, what will happen to a person as a result, what they will be like — remains unclear.
Step 4. Accept Your Unique Traits
We are all different, including in our relationship with time.
There are hare people, who do everything quickly and skim the surface.
There are snail people, who crawl along the ground. They notice everything around them and take all circumstances into account.
There are sprinter people, who are good at short bursts, and there are marathon people, who can endure and stay the course over a long distance.
Barbara Sher, in her book “Refuse to Choose!”, divides people into scanners and divers.
Scanners enjoy the amazing, endless variety around them and can start a new endeavor every six months.
A diver has a curiosity that makes them dive deep into a subject until their whole life is dedicated to it.
There are people with rational thinking, for whom traditional time management in organizing their tasks is suitable.
And people with irrational thinking, for whom it is better to use spontaneous planning.
Determine which qualities are more strongly expressed in you, and what rhythm of life gives you drive and a sense of flow.
Accept your unique traits, understand that every person is unique and lives in their own rhythm.
Stop punishing yourself for falling into a stupor during moments of crisis or for not being able to finish what you started.
This is your life, these are your lessons, you have the right!

Step 5. Gather the Fragments of Your Self
If you understand and realize that you are a multidimensional being living simultaneously in different realities, you will understand that at every second you are not alone.
You always have companions and helpers — those versions of you that have already gone through the situations you might be in right now.
You can always consult with them or simply fill yourself with the light, radiance, confidence, and unconditional love emanating from your advanced version.
Perhaps right now you lack the determination to start your own business or the courage to tell someone the truth.
Turning to your future self will resolve your doubts and hesitations.
You can return to the past, heal it, and meet your inner child, as well as hear advice from the future from your future self.
We live in an interesting period when time itself is changing before our eyes.
Life gives us the opportunity to accept the past, heal timelines, and meet the future.
To be fulfilled, conscious, happy, and to gain the ability to perceive lessons precisely as lessons, not as punishment or a mistake of fate.
A conscious attitude toward time will lead you to abundance and acceptance of your power, to a change in your relationship with your body and age, and to liberation from problems you may have long considered unsolvable.
So I sincerely wish you to attune to the new time and accept its gifts!
