The winter solstice is a fitting time to pause and listen, harmonize your energy, and reconnect with your Spiritual Self, to remember your calling and launch the process of your «rebirth».
Despite winter being a period of turning inward, self-contemplation, and self-improvement, for me this current solstice is connected with drive and passion for living.
What the broadcast was about
- Practice: breathing through the heart and the “figure eight” — an energetic launch of balance and harmony, integrating gratitude and the desire to live brightly
- Why the winter solstice is not just an astronomical turning point, but a special time for review, gratitude, and emerging from “hibernation” into life
- How to catch joy and see beauty in details, even if the year was difficult or emotionally intense
- Why it is important to let go of the old, forgive yourself and others, fill up with light, and openly share your gifts with the world

Gratitude Meditation
Date: December 21, 2016
The meditation will help you identify what is no longer acceptable in your life. You will draw a different vision for those areas that do not satisfy you, in order to gently restructure everything anew.
Purpose of the meditation: To complete the old, fill up with gratitude and joy, launch the energetic “figure eight” of balance, and allow yourself to welcome the best changes.
In meditation, through the breath, you focus on the heart, launching a “figure eight” — connecting the heart, head, and body, with energy flowing down into the earth and up toward the cosmos. You feel light filling every cell. Through this, a new wave of sensations opens up: gratitude for everything that was, a desire to move forward, and the joy of simply being yourself.
Basic Steps:
- Deep inhale through the heart, exhale down into the earth
- Inhale — exhale up toward the cosmos, spinning the “figure eight”
- Fill the heart with light, joy, and gratitude
- Imagine the energy igniting and spreading throughout your body
- Feel balance, integration, and a desire to share your gifts
- Anchor the state in your body, gentle completion
For Self-Reflection
- What are you grateful for from the passing year?
- What simple joys helped you get through this period?
- What are you ready to let go of — and what do you want to make space for in the new cycle?
- What feelings and desires do you want to keep nurturing?
Can you do this meditation often?
— Yes, especially if you want to return to balance and inner light.
What if you can’t feel joy?
— Look for beauty in the details: in nature, small victories, connection, and support.
How to solidify the state?
— Thank yourself every day, notice any improvements, and share warmth with others.
May this solstice bring you a sense of balance, gratitude, and joy for all the changes. Allow yourself to begin a new cycle with a light heart, fresh desires, and faith in the best!
