Many people are afraid of change. Or, at the very least, it causes tension in the body and psyche.
Have you ever wondered why this happens? And are you always ready for change?
If you find it hard to answer or even paused for a moment, it means you don’t share the belief that all change is for the better.
That means you have something to think about.
How to learn to accept change
Have you ever heard stories from acquaintances or read about people missing a flight, unexpectedly breaking up with a partner on the eve of a wedding, or other life events that were first perceived as a complete disaster but later led to positive changes in their lives?
Often, missing a flight turned out to be a happy twist of fate or the protection of guardian angels who saved them from an unpleasant situation or a tragedy.
And a sudden departure of a loved one right before the wedding ceremony was planned by fate itself to open up new, much more significant prospects in their personal life.
And suddenly it becomes clear and obvious that the one who left was occupying a place that wasn’t theirs next to that person.
The key in such turning points is the absence of fear and a firm faith that everything will work out for the best and will be exactly as it should be.

How to shift your focus of perception
To shift your focus of perception of everything new in life from negative to positive and learn to accept change, work on yourself, identify limiting beliefs, and transform them into new, positive affirmations that work for you.
We suggest working in the following areas:
1. Learn to let go of everything that hurts your emotional sphere
There are many causes of emotional imbalance, each of which can throw a person off balance for a long time:
- Misunderstanding from loved ones,
- Lack of intimacy with a partner,
- Betrayal by friends,
- Injustice from bosses,
- Gossip from colleagues,
- Any form of discrimination.
Where is the danger here? The thing is, resentment hurts you, while remaining unnoticed by others.
When you focus on this feeling, you might start planning “revenge.”
But pay attention – when you are in this state, a vacuum and stagnation form in your life.
And this is quite understandable, as all your strength and energy go into the vortex of anger and resentment. So it turns out that you are the one who suffers.
It’s better to let go of thoughts about that person and the situation itself that caused you pain.
If you can continue living without looking back at it, you will be amazed at how much energy is freed up for you!
And these energy resources will go towards something new and constructive in your life.

2. Stop being a victim
Get rid of this complex. Self-pity and talking about yourself as pitiful and miserable have never brought anything good to anyone, ever.
People will perceive this distorted image of you, this victim mask, and there is a risk that it will stick to you.
Take responsibility for your life and for everything that happens in it. Break the habit of blaming others for your failures and troubles, because by doing so, you give your power away to others.
3. Create a new healthy image
The criteria for a healthy image have always been and remain dignity, pride in your achievements (internal and external), and self-confidence.
When you live in these states, radiating them into the outer world, you send a message to the Universe about yourself, your inner attitude, and your expectations.
And then, the Universe, according to the laws of energy balance, sends you gifts in the form of events, circumstances, and situations, in strict accordance with what we have sent out into the outer world.
4. Learn to trust the Universe and the world
Only a person who is calm, open, and not expecting any tricks can truly enjoy life.
Have you heard of self-fulfilling prophecies? Their essence is that however a person programs themselves, that is exactly what will happen.
If a woman was once disappointed in a man as a partner and then internally projected this attitude onto all men, potential candidates for a relationship with her will always feel this negative trail.
And this will almost certainly destroy her new relationships.
This is easily explained: through her fears, the woman sends information into the Cosmos that she is afraid of failure and expects it on a subconscious level.
So, stop expecting negativity from life, and it will instantly sparkle for you with new, bright colors.
Try using these affirmations:
- Life is wise, generous, fair, and kind to me.
- I always get from life what I need, exactly when I need it.
- I love life, and life returns my love.
Use them every day upon waking, and a positive inner attitude and a charge of optimism are guaranteed.

5. Get rid of fears
Fear is an irrational feeling that has nothing to do with the real situation.
If you recall when you were very afraid of something and invented obsessive scenarios of unfavorable events in your head, you will understand that you were afraid and tormented yourself in vain.
Events always unfold differently than you fearfully imagined them. This means that the emotions and states of anxiety you experienced in advance were completely unjustified.
Moreover, in the case of an unfavorable turn of events, you need a clear mind and good bodily reactions to quickly make the right decision and take the correct action.
But the state of fear frustrates you. You become helpless and ineffective.
Is it worth living in a state of anxiety, constantly fearing that something unexpected will happen to you?
There are no grounds for most fears, and there aren’t that many real reasons for worry.
But this pointless activity can greatly spoil the quality of your life.
