At the core of your strengths lies the art of manifestation (bringing into being).
From our perspective, we call this the art of creation. Since your belief system does not yet allow you to use this power, we will call it “manifestation through Co-Creation”….
What is Co-Creation?
Co-creation occurs when a person creates an intention for manifestation and asks Spirit to carry it out. When, however, Spirit creates an intention for manifestation and asks a person to carry it out, you call this a Coincidence.
When Spirit is in the process of carrying out these manifestations, we align energies in your dimension. You often consider this Divine intervention, changing your world. You have given this phenomenon many names, such as “destiny,” “luck,” or “bad luck”—depending on your judgment of it.
Sometimes you use words like “fate” and “chance,” and another one—”God’s will”—which sounds so amusing to us, because that is truly what it is. What you consider “good fortune” is often the fulfillment of a manifestation that you yourself set in motion. These are the “synchronicities” for which we asked you to make space in your life. Very often, this is how Spirit returns your Co-creation.
Your Co-creations return to you in the exact same vibration in which they were sent, and therefore you often do not recognize them when they return. You frequently call these random coincidences. Now, the course of study on the art of making space for synchronicity in your life is coming to the forefront.
Through intention, it is possible to create the vacuum necessary to begin a synchronous way of life, where nothing is required from the outside. Such was the life of the master you call Jesus. This is a worthy teaching, and it will complete the triad of manifestation tools.
Within each of you exists a connection that defines you as an individual. This is the connection to your Higher Self. Although at times you may feel this connection is weak, it constantly exists within each of you. This connection actually defines where one begins and the other ends. Without this connection, all energy would flow together. It is very difficult to find words to describe this connection, as each person feels it differently. It is best described as inner knowing.
There are times in your life when this connection is fully established. These are experiences or memories that you feel in your heart as true. It would be useless to try to prove to you that they are only dreams or your imagination, because this truth is firmly rooted in your soul. You feel this connection most of the time.
You can strengthen this connection through intention and practice. This connection is an inner power. Use it and learn to trust it. It is always connected to your body in specific areas.
We have given exercises to help you locate and use these areas. Find these areas of your body and observe the feelings that arise there. They are precise barometers and physical means for measuring recognition.
Practice well in this area, as this tool can be used in many ways. We ask you to use this tool of recognition in your own Co-creations. Spend your energy only on what resonates in your heart.
There are many levels of manifestation.
The Process of Co-creation — is that level where you place yourself in the natural flow of the Universe’s energy and allow your manifestations to be drawn to you. The “Co” in the word “Co-creation” is the joint effort of the human and Spirit. Since Spirit is involved in this form of manifestation, it can be used only for the highest good of all those it touches.
The human has Free Will in their manifestations, yet Spirit has a predisposition towards light. Therefore, all Co-creations must serve the highest good or they simply will not come to pass.

The Process of Manifestation
The Art of Co-Creation, or manifestation, is very simple. All it takes is placing yourself in the flow of energy.
Since this relates to the human condition, it will be clearer for you if we break this simple process down into basic “rules.” Many of these rules apply to the Art of Co-Creation. Here we will focus only on the fundamentals and discuss what often blocks our success in this area.
The illustration of the big circle that the Keeper gave you is correct. We shared this information with him in a visual form so that he would willingly share it with others. You are all sparks of the great experiment, just as we are, but on a different level. You possess the powers of the whole, which are constantly available to you.
Remembering the means by which to access these powers is the reason we are here at this time. We tell you that this conversation is not about success or failure, but about simply being. It is the act of intentional manifestation that allows you to be a full expression of God, in whatever form that takes.
Honor is given to the moment when you stand and create your future. The fulfillment of your manifestations can never be measured against the moment in which you create them.
For this reason, you often experience emptiness in your things. It is the moment of creation that is the Highest expression of your power. All you need to do to win the Game is to “be.” Perhaps we can help you understand that you don’t need to “be” something. Simply “being” is enough.

Acceptance
No Co-Creation can manifest until it is accepted. Your judgments about yourself most often block your manifestations.
When you allow yourself to “be,” then no judgments arise about what you are in any given moment, except those you have placed within yourself. All judgments can easily be traced back to the judgments you hold about yourself. Identify these core judgments — and the energy will begin to move.
This is acceptance, or the emotional part of Co-Creation. These judgments or belief systems are the single most important reason why you have not yet been able to fully remember your power. Changing these belief systems within yourself is the strongest expression of the inner Spirit. This is the Co-Creation of masters.
When you find yourself judging a situation or another person, pause for a moment and look within yourself to find the correspondence to that energy. When you look closely, you will see that these judgments refer to yourself. Deal with this, and if these judgments do not serve your highest good, then release them in order. Let go of them during a ritual that you create yourself.
Trust yourself to invent the perfect method, as there are many at your disposal at any moment. Intentionally focus on these negative feelings. Examine them, and then trace their energy back to its origin. When you are ready, offer them to Spirit to be released. Ask for them to be taken from you, and part with them with gratitude.
Many in this family have difficulties related to abundance. We tell you that most of you have no difficulty manifesting abundance. For most in this situation, the difficulty lies in accepting this abundance. You often send energy out into the Universe in the form of your gifts or work. When the energy returns in the form of monetary abundance, it is avoided or pushed away.
If you push energy away, it will simply find another path to follow. As a result, you experience a lack of money, while others seem to receive things they do not deserve.
The natural flow of the Universe’s energy is energy seeking balance. If you do not accept the energy when it returns to you, it will find another path. You look at your neighbor and think they are lucky. You often say that the rich get richer and that money attracts money. We tell you that the attitude of acceptance attracts the reflection of the energy you call money.
It is you who formed the Game Board and determined how the Game would be played. What you call money is represented on the Game Board as energy. Understand that your judgments about money, represented as energy, are essentially your judgments about yourself, reflected in this area. Create a vacuum in the Universe by practicing the art of grateful acceptance, allowing your manifestations to find you. The purpose of the Game is to create a Home on your side of the Veil. Wouldn’t it be easier to accomplish this by accepting abundance?
Everything is attainable from within. This work is highly honored. Once you allow your belief system to accept more of your own power, it will magically come to you. Create a vacuum — and the Universe will fill it. This is the predetermined energetic correspondence that lies at the heart of what we call Co-Creation. Therefore, the next step is to learn to create a vacuum and then step away, knowing it is being filled.
Time Lag
On the Free Choice Game Board, there is a safety measure that ensures your survival on the planet. It is a necessary component added during your transition into the dense bodies you now occupy. This safety measure is known simply as the Time Lag.
In the fifth dimension, there is no time lag between the moment you have a thought and the time of its manifestation in the world. This is characteristic of all higher dimensions because linear time exists only on the lower levels. The difficulty arises in the third dimension because you are not yet the master of your thoughts. If immediate manifestation occurred here, you would take very little time to bring your greatest fears to life and end your existence prematurely. It was necessary to introduce the Time Lag as a way to interact effectively in the third dimension.
Currently, on the Game Board, there is an interval between the time a manifestation is set in motion and the time of its realization. It is as if the Universe is asking, “Are you sure?” Co-Creation passes through this time lag and is delivered to you only if you are in the same vibration in which you set it in motion.
If at any point you have changed your vibration or have renounced the Co-Creation during this time, the entire process must begin anew. At every moment of the time lag, the Universe is trying to ensure that this is the correct vibrational match for you. It is during this period of the time lag that so many Co-Creations are lost. For most on the planet, this is how it should be, as it is an effective way to protect you from yourselves.
The duration of the time lag varies significantly depending on several variables. Those Co-Creations that were set in motion by strong emotions overcome the time lag much faster. If you launch a Co-Creation into the time lag with passion, then it will manifest quickly.
For this reason, you always recreate your greatest fears, as fear is a powerful emotion. Other variables include the time needed for Spirit to arrange things or events. Although we, as Spirit, do not experience time as a linear event, nevertheless, when we communicate with those on the Game Board, we step into the time frame of the Game Board.
Another determining factor of the time lag is your belief system. If you have inherited the belief that manifestation will take time, or you are not ready to receive it, it will be delayed accordingly.
There is another side to the time lag that we wish to share with you. As your vibrations and the collective vibrations of the Earth rise, all time lags will shorten.
When you look at a tool like Co-Creation, it is helpful to remember that the Universe has a limitation: it returns only those vibrations that exactly match your requests.
The Universe cannot have interpretations. You will receive exactly what you asked for. We warn you to carefully check your words, because you will receive exactly what you asked for. Choose every word that leaves your lips and be aware that these words will go into your own ears. This is where you begin the process of Co-Creation.
Now we are sharing with you the most valuable information regarding Co-Creation. The Universe has only one answer to all your requests. To all Co-Creations, it responds with the phrase:
“So be it…”
Passing Through the Time Lag
To move through the time lag, three main components are necessary. They are Thought, Word, and Action. The foundation of Co-Creation rests on these three words. Now, together, we will break them down.
Think: become the master of your thoughts
Thoughts are the beginning of every Co-Creation. We ask you to be aware of every thought you give space to in your head. Until the time you become the master of your thought processes, we ask you to control what you let into your thinking through your senses. Consciously select all thoughts entering your head, being aware of what you allow to come in through your ears and your eyes.
Every person or thought you come into contact with will momentarily share your vibrations and slightly shift your own vibrations. Be aware of the vibrations you let into your field. Carefully choose those you spend time with and what you let into your head through your senses. Select what you read and what you watch on television. If it empowers you, accept it as your own.
If you feel uncomfortable with the thoughts coming into your head, look away. The focus of your attention is entirely your choice in every moment. Know that there is much that will ask you to Co-Create their manifestations, calling out to your senses. One way is through what you call advertising. This is an area well-informed about the mechanism of Co-Creation. This is not something to fear or judge. You always control your own Co-Creations by making this process conscious.
Tracing energy back to its source always reveals the true motivation. Make your choices with full information about the motivation, and this will ensure balance. Also know that all ideas you accept as your truth are the beginning of the Co-Creation process. At your stage of development, it is impossible to fully control all thoughts. However, the thoughts that remain, you control completely. Select them well, for they contain your next reality.
Speak
Once you have created the Game Board, it became necessary for you to ground yourself in order to complete your task. When this happened, you felt the need to find new means of communication. The languages you invented are very limited and leave no room for the “words” used by Spirit. Therefore, it is important to always watch the words that come from your lips. Listen to the words, because they always relate to the phrase: “So be it…”
The Universe is merely a mirror of your energy, and everything returns exactly as it was sent by your intention. The words themselves on this side of the Veil are not heard, however the energy is accurately reflected in your choice of words. This is the energy of the response given by the Universe to every request it hears. Consequently, it is necessary to carefully choose the words that are spoken, as they relate to the response.
For example, you very often ask for something to be given to you. We remind you that asking for something is, for the Universe, a statement of lack. The Universe hears that you are not whole until something is added to you. Do you really want the Universe to respond to this request? This is the scenario that plays out much more often than you assume. This is what we mean when we say that you are far more powerful than you think. When you say you want this or that, the Universe answers: “So be it…” — and therefore you will have to “want” it for a very long time. Check the energy of your statements before setting them in motion.
Here we offer you a reminder of the most powerful words that can be spoken for the purpose of Co-Creation: these are the words of Gratitude.
Gratitude for something moves the process of manifestation from a state of doing into a state of being.
Gratitude is merely a slight shift in perception, yet it is the most powerful tool we can give you to help you remember. Gratitude for something is, for the Universe, a statement that it is already in your possession. The Universe naturally responds: “So be it…”
Take Action
Action is required from you to bring all manifestations into fulfillment. In some cases, this is a real action necessary for you to carry out in your dimension. Spirit will align the energy for your manifestation, but you must take all the actions necessary on your side of the Veil. Only when you have done everything you could will Spirit step in. In all Co-Creations, there comes a point when all the necessary components are in place, and then everything is handed over to Spirit.
This in itself is a powerful action that requires trust and faith to step back and let God in. Sometimes this action is very difficult for you. That’s why we often see you standing in full expectation at the door, waiting for it to open. You don’t understand that the door opens toward you. In your waiting, you often stand in its way. Find the strength and courage within yourself to make room for it. When everything is done and everything is in place, hand it all over to Spirit.
Release it into the Universe with the full knowledge that it will return fulfilled. This is the application of the final action that brings all manifestations into full effect. This is an act of faith. Walk away, knowing that it is already yours. This knowledge is the beginning of the creation of a vacuum that draws the remaining parts of the manifestation into their places.
Co-Creation with Your Higher Self
Another important part of this subtle art is understanding that it is impossible to Co-Create for another person. Co-Creation is accomplished through connection with your Higher Self.
Since it is impossible to maintain a connection with someone else’s Higher Self, it is also impossible to Co-Create for anyone other than yourself. You can Co-Create in unison if each person Co-Creates for themselves. You can make space for another so they can fulfill their desires or receive healing.
However, in any case, occupying that space must be their own choice. The words “me first” carry a connotation of predisposition, although if you can let go of judgment, this reflects the natural flow of energy in the Universe. Everything must initially come from within. Co-Creating for another means putting another ahead of yourself.
This is a misdirection of the Universe’s energy and will not produce the desired results. We will speak much more about this in the future. Show courage and self-sufficiency by putting yourself first in everything. Only by concentrating your own energy can you give yourself fully.
There is now much more information at your disposal. If this resonates with you, seek it out and create a vacuum that will draw it into your field. Many of you will teach others, as now is the time for this information to be spread across the planet.
You have come such a long way to reach this moment in your history. What awaits you is beyond your understanding. Co-Creation is nothing more than a means of opening the doors that will lead you Home. Many gifts await you, and we are here to help you find your way.
At every opportunity, practice recognition and find the messages that pertain to you. Do not be afraid, for fear creates its own energy and can distract your attention. Know that you are well protected and guided at every step of your path. Listen to your inner voice and establish a connection with your Higher Self. You have earned the right to be here, on the Game Board of Free Choice, at this exciting time in history. You have almost won the Game.
