Group meditation “The Ability to Enjoy Life” raises the question of what it means to live a life not lived in vain. These are days filled with mindfulness and pleasure. If we can derive joy from the present moment, we create our own reality.
But many people have subconscious programs that prevent them from enjoying life. The first false belief is that life is a struggle, the second is not allowing yourself to have everything you deserve.
What happened during the group meditation
- Your criterion for a life not lived in vain
- New energy of 2013
