Practices for the Summer Solstice Day
1. Meditation Journey to the Tree of Wisdom (2016)
Purpose of the meditation: To remember what happened over the last 6 months — what you succeeded in, what problem you solved, what you want to let go of. To set an intention for the next 6 months. It will help you feel your inner light to heal past experiences and transform them into wisdom.
In this practice, through breathing and sensations, we descend to our tree of power, attune to it, absorb stability, strength, roots, and branches. Through gratitude, we let go of the old, anchor the sensations in the body, and “seal” the inner light for the next 6 months.
Main steps:
- Deep inhales and exhales, focus on the heart
- Recall joyful events of the half-year, thank yourself for the experience
- Realize what you want to leave behind, and internally say goodbye
- Transport yourself to your tree of power, feel the roots, branches, ground yourself
- Tune into the feeling of your own strength, light, worthiness
- Anchor the new sensation in the body, thank yourself
- Return to reality, preserve the inner light

2. Meditation on Recalibrating Negative Energy into Light (2017)
Purpose of the meditation: To cleanse your field from accumulated tensions, negative emotions, old stories, and to fill yourself with the energy of unconditional love, abundance, and support.
The practice begins with breathing and tuning into the body, exhaling all the “fiery” energy that has accumulated over the past months. Then, through breathing, we activate the violet flame — around ourselves, in the body, in the space. After that, we unite in a circle of light, intensify the cleansing, and transmit a wave of love, acceptance, and support to ourselves, loved ones, and the entire world. In conclusion — grounding, returning to oneself.
Main steps:
- Deep inhales and exhales, attention to the body, feeling the feet on the ground
- Inhale — feeling of fiery energy, exhale — all tension leaves through the feet
- Imagine the space around filling with violet light; “bathe” in the violet flame
- Feel the cleansing, where the body becomes lighter
- Unite in a circle of light — through hands, heart, shared space
- Transmit the violet flame and a wave of love first to yourself, then to loved ones (only with the consent of their higher self), then to the entire world
- Thank yourself, all participants, ground yourself, feel the support of the circle
- Say aloud or to yourself: “I deserve unconditional love, forgiveness, acceptance, and abundance”
3. Meditation Cosmic Field of Love (2018)
The goal of meditation — to create a cosmic unified field of love, which will activate within you unconditional love for yourself, other people, and the world, as well as bring a state of grace and harmony.
In the practice, through breathing, a flow is built upward — toward the immense Sun, then we unite in a circle of light and fill the Earth with an emerald blanket of love. Within the circle, we say: “I choose to unconditionally love myself, people, and the world around me.”
We forgive ourselves, give thanks, and let go of the old. In conclusion — we feel a new, bright anticipation of the future.
Main steps:
- Grounding, several deep breaths in and out
- Flow upward — toward the radiant Sun, feeling a unified circle
- Speak the intention: “I choose to unconditionally love myself, others, the world”
- Inhale — fill the heart, exhale — emerald light across the planet
- Within yourself: “I forgive, I thank, I release with love”
- Feel lightness, joy, new anticipation
- Thank yourself, others, all participants of the circle, the planet
4. Meditation Two Spheres (2019)
Meditation goal: To feel where you are actually investing your energy, to experience the difference between the “old” and the “highest” choice. To attune to the reality where you choose the best for yourself.
In the practice, through breathing and body sensation, you “move into the space where you consciously make the highest choices, feel yourself in a sphere of light, release control, trust the flow.
Main steps:
- Take a deep breath in, exhale, bring attention to the body, ground yourself
- Feel the downward flow — through the feet, and the upward flow — through the crown
- Imagine yourself in a cosmic sphere, feel what is inside
- Answer the questions for yourself: Where am I investing my energy? What am I spending my strength on? Is this my highest choice or a habit, fear, inertia?
- Consciously “dive” into the sphere of light — to where you choose the highest
- Anchor this feeling in the body, absorb it, preserve it
- Returning, ask: What can I do from this state going forward?
5. Meditation Infinity Loop (2020)
Purpose of the meditation: To build a vertical axis, a connection with the Great Central Sun and our Sun, in order to attune to the energy of high-frequency codes, and also to launch three waves: of light, love, and harmony.
In this practice, we build an energy vertical — from the Great Central Sun through the crown, heart, and feet to the center of the Earth. Through the heart, we launch a wave of love, light, and harmony. The practice helps to feel inner support, release anxiety, and feel both in the flow and grounded.
Main steps:
- Tune into the sensations in the body, take a deep breath in and out.
Feel how the body responds to these days. - Visualize the energy vertical:
— Imagine above — the Great Central Sun.
— From it, a flow goes through your Sun, your crown, heart, and feet into the center of the Earth. - Feel this flow passing through you:
— Inhale: energy from above goes through you downward
— Exhale: the Earth’s energy rises from below upward - Launch a wave through the heart:
— A wave of love
— A wave of light
— A wave of harmony - Scan the body:
— Note the sensations: where it vibrates, where it is hot, where it is calm
— Allow everything to be as it is, without interfering with the mind - To conclude:
— Thank yourself for this experience
— Take a deep breath in and out, feel grounded
— Allow yourself to simply be, supporting yourself in the flow of change
6. Summer Solstice (2021)
On June 21, another broadcast dedicated to celebrating the summer solstice took place. There was no meditation, but many important topics were raised:
- The opportunity to permanently let go of outdated behavior patterns and old traumas
- Completion of the six-month purification cycle and entry into a new stage of enlightenment
- The process of creating new neural pathways and what is needed for this
- How to live with the heart. Does this mean living without a brain?
- Gratitude to oneself for the experience of the past six months
- The difference between “must” and “choose”

7. Meditation Four Spheres of Life (2022)
Purpose of the meditation: Let go of what no longer works and fill your life with gratitude, acceptance, and present-moment awareness.
In this practice, we alternately focus on four spheres of life: home, work (or activity), family, and Self. We give thanks for the experience, acknowledge where we are now, fill everything with divine light, and anchor ourselves in the center of our life.
Main steps:
- Tune into bodily sensations, ground yourself
- Visualize your circle or square — four segments: home, work, family, self
- For each sphere:
- Recall what was good
- Give thanks for the experience, even if it was difficult
- Recognize what is currently lacking and fill it with divine light
- After each sphere — return to the center, feel yourself in the present
- At the end — integration: “I am,” inner bliss, reliance on oneself
8. Meditation “Transition to a New Version of Yourself” (2024)
Purpose of the meditation — to attune to that version of you that does not hide, does not play small, does not remain in the inertia of passivity, where you boldly realize what is inside you, fearing nothing.
During the meditation, we channel all the energy accumulated over the past six months through the body, pass through the portal of a new cycle, feel how our field changes, and fill ourselves with drive, inner freedom, and inspiration to move forward.
Main steps of the meditation:
- Switch from the mind to bodily sensations
- Breathe through the heart, give thanks, forgive, let go, accept
- Densify your energy field, visualize your life as a sphere
- Pass through the “portal” (figuratively) — a new cycle, feel where you get stuck, what hinders you
- Request support from the Higher Self, open yourself to feelings of strength, wings, fullness
- Return to the body, direct the energy through yourself into the earth
- Record your sensations, acknowledge the changes
