These new trends did not form at the beginning of the year, but closer to mid-April.
Before that, one could say there were stagnant months; even by the spring equinox, there was no particular sense of energy. I suspect this was related to the last solar eclipse, after which there was not only a feeling of a reset and colossal support, but as if the space itself structurally changed.
A powerful shift occurred, which is very noticeable if you are not overwhelmed with a crazy amount of tasks, but instead pay attention to what is happening.
So, let’s examine the trends of the new energies of 2025 in more detail. Read on to see what is important to pay attention to. Many of these trends echo what Lauren Gorgo writes about in her monthly reports.
Six Trends of the New Energies
1. Transition from Materialization and Embodiment to Field Densification
To look at what is happening now, let’s return to the processes that were initiated back in 2023.
There was a phenomenon called materialization, which had two directions.
The first direction was going out to people, interacting with living people. This process was very strongly observed.
I know that many were pushed into direct interaction, despite the fact that some spend most of their time at dachas, in villages, or in nature. Such people were forced to communicate in some way.
Let’s set aside whether it was by voluntary agreement or if circumstances were such that it was unavoidable. But many, especially people in helping professions, went through this.
The second process of materialization is associated with reification, when something appears that can be held in your hands: the fruits of your intellectual labor suddenly take on some form.
For us, maps, workbooks, and trackers appeared quite unexpectedly. These are things that can now be given as gifts, held in your hands, and used in some physical way.
For you, this trend might have been observed somewhat differently.
In 2025, when a powerful energy emerged, a trend appeared — the power of immersions, the power of states.
For example, you listen to a broadcast and enter a certain state, as if a kind of group field is forming around you, with boundaries you can feel. The field around you seems to densen.
You can encounter the same thing when you go out in public, even just walking through a shopping mall. Or if you go somewhere with a group of friends where there is interaction, it feels like this condensation occurs. And you begin to physically feel the flows of energy emanating from you.
What began as reification and materialization is now moving into reification, the densening of energy.

2. Unpacking and slowing down
The next trend is colossal unpacking.
We encountered this while recording the course “Self-Worth.” First, we moved away from the mental, from those ideas you have about yourself, and went inward, deeper.
Moreover, this was not planned. I remember there were three broadcasts in a row every day, you want to come out cheerful, especially when recording a course, but in the end it turned into a trance-meditative state, where words flow, but at the same time the state is slowed down, with long pauses.
There was only one material, but because everything restructured during the process, it was presented in such a way that we entered a state allowing deep unpacking, revealing facets within ourselves that we could not have accessed mentally.
This is a powerful thing that, I think, works for everyone.
Unpacking is no longer the first point. Too much had to be raised and cleared, and now it is beginning to unfold. And you start to see those facets, those manifestations of yourself that you might have overlooked before, most likely due to fears, insecurities, and all sorts of other nonsense stuck in your head.
3. Unloading from yourself and systematization
If last year there was a trend toward materialization, what is felt now is systematization, and in a very unusual form.
Ideas come one after another, I can’t keep up with writing them down, and it turns out I need to write them with a transcript, otherwise later it’s unclear what meaning I was putting into them at that moment.
For several years in a row, to run the courses, we have been enrolling streams, groups, so that people study already recorded materials. And once a week there is a broadcast. I call this working on the stream.
They have different formats with deep immersion, or when we work with a group field, and additional tools are added there.
I realized that we have no list of what we did on these streams. For example, May 2024, such and such group, the main work was such and such. There is no list of additional practices used.
And it dawned on me — what is stopping me from extracting all these materials and systematizing them. I pulled videos from three streams of the same course from different years, we made a description and posted them.
And quite a few such ideas have appeared recently.
Look at your life, at what has been happening recently in various areas of your life, and perhaps you too will notice this trend of how to apply this systematization.
4. Finding value in what was previously unnoticed
Since March of last year, we have recorded five new courses: “Dance with the Shadow 4.0”, “Acceptance Workshop”, the “Return of Strength” Marathon, “The Shadow in Relationships”, and “Self-Worth”.
We have enhanced them with amazing tools. There are techniques, practices, or an approach to techniques and practices that have never been seen anywhere before.
Do you think this can be read somewhere on the website, besides the sales copy where it is all described?
Returning to the internal unpacking, the key word there will be value.
You do something or interact with someone, and suddenly you begin to see value in what you previously did not see.
There are probably some manifestations in everyday life as well, but everything related to the work sphere, to business, certainly could not have failed to manifest when you suddenly begin to see value in what you did or said.
This can manifest from the other side, when you suddenly begin to see value in certain things that were previously taken for granted. For example, from family, husband, or children.
But the key word there will be “value,” and it is not even about your own value, but value in what I do, value in what I am engaged in, value in my approach, value in how I interact with people.
Where gaps appear — and why to look for them
Suddenly, gaps begin to emerge, as if the entire puzzle is assembled, but there are some bare spots, unfilled areas. And the problem is not the bare spot, but that you did not see it before; it simply never occurred to you.
Usually we take a different path — we see that something is missing. And it becomes like a fixed idea that you carry around, and eventually it clicks and is born.
But here everything turns out to be filled, and suddenly it becomes clear that somewhere there is either a real hole or a bald spot that you simply didn’t see.
If you are going through a similar process, keep in mind that afterward there will be a huge number of new ideas. But to get there, look at the next point, which is called “simplification.”

5. Simplification, but not primitivization
Our mind, on one hand, loves to complicate everything. In the psyche, everything is complex. Whatever you touch — a problem, horror-horror-horror-horror — that’s how it works for most people. Especially when the mind is not yet trained. This is the process of complication.
On the other hand, there is a clear tendency toward primitivization. A lot of automatic actions, unconscious immersions, and so on. TikToks, reels, memes, all sorts of games — a huge number of people waste time.
This is primitivization. You want your problems to be solved for you, you want it all to finally end. There is a lot of this primitive stuff, and it happens against the backdrop of the mind loving to complicate, making a mountain out of a molehill.
But here we are talking about simplification, not to be confused with primitivization.
Simplification through what? Suppose there is a big, grand task or goal you are working toward; you divide it into many, many stages so that there is a measurable result.
Now you can use tools that are themselves very simple and focused on one or two functions.
But I am talking about our internal simplification.
Simplification from Within: Practical Examples
There are fundamental things, or you can take the path where there are many simple elements that, when combined, will produce roughly the same effect — and that’s where you need to look.
Previously, we were constantly adding things to our courses. But now we have decided to take the path of simplification. There are the main course materials, and additional materials are moved outside the course in the form of separate master classes.
This part translates very easily into everyday life. You already have limited space at home: here’s a sofa, here’s a closet, here’s a box, here’s something else.
Then you see some item in a store that would fit perfectly. You bring it home without a second thought, but there’s no room for it, because instead of clearing out space, you just pile everything in there.
I’m talking about that kind of simplification where you break things down into parts and make some elements simple. Something needs to be thrown out, something rearranged, something hidden away in a wardrobe on a mezzanine so it’s not visible.
Everything is very practical. It’s just that I’m in work processes, so these ideas come to me. For you, it might unfold in your own way.

If you love to analyze, to ask yourself questions: “What for?”, “Why?” — and you go through the mind, then you are most likely filtering a huge amount of information through yourself. And it’s unknown whether it ultimately amounts to anything or not.
This is a mental action. But to see your own tendencies and dynamics, you need to go through experience.
At live meetings, I gave examples every time of how creation works now. The starting point is that you experience some event, and then it clicks.
When you go through the mind, you want to know in advance what options are offered on the menu in a small restaurant, in a cafe, before ordering.
But here you have lived, immersed yourself in this state, then lived through something else, and then it is as if someone inside you connects these dots, and you begin to see.
But it is not about the dots, it is about the living through. The primary thing is the living through of some experience.
And if you do not follow the path of primitivization, when people unlearn how to think, the answers will come, because these dots are brought together.
