Action in a state of being

Many people have a desire to transition into a state of being and do nothing, while everything happens by itself.

In fact, the first trap of the mind that appears here is the opposition between doing and being. You are either doing or abiding in a state of being.

These remnants of dualistic thinking need to be monitored within yourself. There is no unity here; there is a clear opposition.

From this, we get a distorted, warped understanding of the processes in which we currently abide and which are of paramount importance.

Read what action in a state of being means.

The Trap of 3D Concepts of “Doing”

What does it mean to do, action, doing?

There is mindless doing, when a person is in panic, in anxiety, they need to do something, they have no idea what, just to apply themselves somewhere.

There is doing associated with attitudes and beliefs from childhood, when parents said “you’ll rest in the next world,” “if you haven’t worked, you haven’t earned rest,” and so on.

You cannot simply relax, allow yourself an extra rest, blow off something that requires your attention, because the program immediately kicks in: “you are not as you should be,” “you are bad, you don’t measure up.”

We have a three-dimensional concept of doing, the masculine principle of setting a goal, going straight for it, competing, rivaling.

This is that lower masculine principle that needs to be cleansed in order to transform into your higher hypostasis, where the masculine looks completely different, without this overlay of 3D matrix components: goal setting, rigid planning, focus on results.

In reality, beyond 3D, planning does not work; there is no linear time, no attachment to the past and future; there, the principle of abiding in the moment now, in the total present, operates.

In the new reality, there are no ready-made answers, and there never will be, because we are sensing this new reality and learning to comprehend it, to realize what is interconnected with what.

Therefore, everything related to successes, to self-evaluation, whether you are a winner or a loser, everything tied to achieving certain results from the perspective of the 3D society again, will continue to arise for review.

From matrix doing to action from the heart

What are we massively encountering now regarding doing?

If you remove from yourself this 3D concept of «must», «obligated», programmed inside most people, you clearly feel inside that you do not have to and are not obligated, you do not care what others think about you, whether they agree with you or not, whether relatives and friends support you or not, all of that falls away, and what results is that there is no drive or incentive not just to do something, but to move anywhere.

Who has encountered this?

When you are kicked or pushed from behind: «run, run, run», a carrot is dangled in front of you (the 3D concept of achieving a result), everything is clear then.

But here, goals have been removed, those kicks, dependence on external opinion and evaluating yourself through that external opinion, action, you turn inward and do not know what to do.

And if you do not know yourself, and the need to achieve others’ goals has fallen away, it turns out there is nothing to rely on. There are no material desires, you choose the spiritual as opposed to the material, and in the end, you do not reach balance.

So there is no focus, no direction for movement. And since self-discipline is equated with “must,” “obliged,” “forced,” instead of gaining an active conscious existence where you have a higher goal, a higher meaning, higher values, and you do everything to realize them every day, you look around — there is nothing, nowhere to go, because that was lost, and nothing new comes from above.

But you have to find and discover it yourself.

I don’t even know what’s better: living in 3D, where you’re kicked and dangled a carrot, or this. It seems like there is more strength, more opportunities, more inner harmony, but since this turn is directed inward, your task is to pull it all out from within yourself and orient yourself to what is happening inside your heart.

Now you set the focus of movement yourself.

I do it because I choose

I do it not because I must, but because I choose.

It would seem that rearranging the terms doesn’t change the sum, but the result is greatly transformed by how you formulate and describe the situation to yourself.

In this case, “I must” pulls in everything associated with the 3D matrix.

“I choose” — you rise higher and gain freedom and space to make any adjustments or changes.

Where I must, I have no room to maneuver, because if I must and I did it — I’m good. But then something else I must do immediately appears.

If you don’t succeed, all your attitudes and programs related to the theme of winner-loser immediately arise. You fall either into guilt, shame, or fear.

“I must” — how many times a day do you say that?

And “I choose” sounds on a different floor. If I chose it, and chose it with an open heart, if I choose out of a sense of duty, we go back to the 3D floor of “I must” with all that entails.

If I choose because I wanted to, because I decided so, that 3D, matrix layer doesn’t get pulled in, because “I choose” is the level of the fourth dimension.

There, limitations, oppositions, confrontations do not apply, and everything unfolds a little differently.

Connecting “doing” and “being”. Flow state

Now I want to focus your attention on the main element that, in principle, helps connect the state of being and doing.

There is the energy of activity and a combination of different factors that come together; this will be called doing, action.

In my understanding, when we talk about actions and doing in conjunction with a state of flow and being in a flow state, the action here will be very different.

The state of flow can be compared to a river. If you have ever jumped into a mountain river with a fast current, you will understand what it is. Where you entered, you cannot get out; the current instantly sweeps you away, regardless of the width or depth.

It is difficult to enter a state of flow, and the second point is to stay in that state. In a state of flow, the question of being and doing, of dwelling in the past, does not arise.

Once in this flow, you can create, invent; everything is possible there.

But at the same time, you can experience some unpleasant emotions there when you try to stay in one place. It is impossible to remain in the same place when the current is sweeping you away; it takes an enormous amount of effort, not to mention if you try to go against the movement, against the flow.

Therefore, the easiest thing is to go with the flow, to capitulate. And this is where the skill of letting go comes in handy.

As soon as you cling to something, you waste time, resources, and have to exert a lot of effort. You cannot try to go against it; you can only move along with the stream.

You can choose the place where you exit this stream, but most often it happens automatically, through condemnation and harsh rejection, and you burn out.

The main action in the flow is to remove the obstacle. Action in a state of being

But the main thing is — what does the action consist of?

Not setting goals, not striving, not pushing through; here the main action will be — to remove the obstacles that throw you out of the state of flow and prevent you from moving along with the stream.

This is the doing.

Doing and action can be related to the physical world, but for the most part it is related to diving inside yourself, when you remove obstacles within yourself that either prevent you from entering this flow or constantly knock you out of this state.

This is doing in a state of being, because in the flow you abide in a state of being.

But this is not just passivity, where you go wherever you are carried; there is an element of purposeful, conscious action here, when you remove blocks, obstacles, barriers.

There is no past here; you do not rely on the experience you had; in fact, you let every specific moment pass through you, everything that you need right now, what information, knowledge, sensations, vibrations you need.

In a state of flow, your task is to stop blocking the flow in certain places, observing what you are clinging to, including the mind, what illusions and limitations it holds onto.

Letting go of ballast and everything that knocks you out of the flow

What do you need to let go of, what is ballast?

There is no more time in a day while we are in 3D reality. No matter how you stretch or change time, there are certain things, people’s work schedules, institutions’ schedules, there is what you can accomplish in a unit of time.

I started looking at what is less effective, what I like less, what brings less pleasure and satisfaction. And we stopped doing it.

Thus, answering questions on Fridays fell away. A certain layer of activity from what was in the project fell away, simply because there wasn’t enough time for it, and in the end, it does not help you move in the direction you are going.

The next thing to pay attention to is everything that knocks you out of the state of flow.

I realized for myself that being between two worlds, between two realities, creates tension, and despite the fact that everything there is so close, beloved, and dear, and you might want to keep something for yourself, you will have to let go of some things, change something radically, because otherwise you slide between the third 3D floor, the fourth, and the fifth.

In fact, you are being torn in two directions because you cannot let go of what you are holding onto.

You might also have something like that, whether in relationships, work, place of residence, or in some choices.

You can make a choice as much as you want, but if something strongly stresses or exhausts you, if something plunges you into a feeling of panic, fear, uncertainty, or insecurity, it might be worth reconsidering.

Because starting from 2024, we have entered a new cycle of creation, and there you can only create from love.

Summary

This set of actions in being is tied to removing obstacles and your own fixations. For some, it is horror stories; for others, it is a sense of guilt, behind which lies a feeling of the wrongness of their actions; many still have shame.

Doing, action, active action is not about running somewhere, which in principle causes a state of protest, but about clearing those blockages that stand not even in your path, but in the path of your being in a state of flow.

Therefore, look at the obstacles that prevent you from staying in the flow, that narrow and limit you with the 3D matrix, an either-or choice, where you play small, not allowing yourself to expand and fully unfold.

Who has encountered a lack of drive or incentive to move somewhere? And who has already learned to navigate the flow?
