How to “properly” operate within your vertical

Do you think there are any rules for how to act within your own vertical?

I believe there is no absolutely correct action. It would be more appropriate to say: “what is right for you at this moment.”

Because what is right for me today may turn out to be wrong tomorrow, and I will choose a different right for myself.

I always have one question: “Who determines these rules by which we judge right or wrong? Show me where it is written, who said it, and what the consequences will be.”

When you begin to understand what your “right” is made of, each person develops their own “right,” and then you have opportunities for movement.

And yet, I will highlight a few points you can rely on while maintaining your vertical, your field, your space.

 

How to act “correctly” within your vertical

Wish for good not only for yourself

Many people ask, “Draw us a standard, draw us this new thing, the new world; we want to know what will happen, and then we will start moving toward it.”

But if we say we are creators, then when you start moving along a trajectory drawn by someone else for you or for humanity, what kind of creation are we talking about? What strength, what responsibility are we discussing?

If within yourself you understand that you are responsible for your life, that you are an adult, and you have made many efforts to escape the victim state, stop blaming others, and take back everything within your power to manage your life, then now surrender to your fantasies about what this new world is for you, what new world you personally want to live in, what new world you choose for yourself and for your children.

And when you have somehow defined this for yourself, begin to look intently in that direction.

For many, it will be “against someone.” Not so that I feel good, but so that others feel bad. For some, there will be a desire that only they feel good. This is a departure from the whole, from the interconnectedness of everything and everyone.

But in any case, you can only see this when you have drawn it out. And then you will inevitably come to the realization: am I ready to extend what I want for myself to everyone? If not, you will see what you need to work on.

What does it mean to act correctly? The question is: what is invested in this “correct” for me? Look intently inside yourself, look around at what has changed.

We had a two-year period of restrictions during the pandemic. A lot of superficial things fell away then. For example, I was weaned off going to shopping malls, and many things changed in terms of realizing my needs and what is important to me.

You surely have your own examples of this.

After that, an even greater shift occurred, and again too much chaff fell away, despite all the previous purges. And we returned to some completely basic values, things that many did not appreciate, taking them for granted.

How wonderful it is simply to have the opportunity to breathe, to lift your head, to see the sky where there are no extraneous sounds, where birds are simply singing, where flowers are blooming.

You look at this with the wisdom that stands behind it all.

How important are the choices of each individual person, how much you can preserve that spark of light and love that is in the heart, that spark of warmth, even towards your loved ones, given everything that is happening.

Be aware at every moment of what you are cultivating within yourself

Usually when a person hates, is aggressive, or angry, all focus goes there. At that moment, try to turn it around and direct all your love toward your child, your pet.

This does not negate the emotions and feelings that exist. What matters, as in that parable, is which wolf you feed, what you cultivate within yourself, or more precisely, what you choose to cultivate within yourself.

If you fear the horrors of war, you can continue to fear. But then realize that you are attracting this into your life. What we categorically refuse to accept is what we attract into our reality.

The only way to let something go is to first accept it. But such serious things as cruelty, violence, murder are very difficult to accept, to acknowledge as a fact that they exist.

Why do they exist? Because there is a certain reason. Any phenomenon exists as long as someone needs it. And the task is for each of us to grow so much that no one has a need for this experience anymore. And this is a high level of mastery.

Practice holding your field, your space

We have constant feedback. Previously, people wrote asking for support, that an operation or something serious was ahead. Now they write that they held the vertical, held the field, the space, both when they themselves go somewhere and when loved ones find themselves in critical situations, regarding health, for example.

To maintain the vertical, you need a minimum of “10 thousand flight hours.” Many of you have succeeded in this. We began building these pillars of light back at the start of the pandemic. Then, from February 2022, many on the ground held the field.

Only practice, practice, practice will allow you to remain in this vertical. And if necessary, switch yourself over with an effort of will.

You have no right whatsoever to sacrifice, to feel pity, to feel sorry for yourself, or to cluck, because in that state you are a victim. And a victim has no power to change anything in this world.

But in your vertical, you can hold your field, and for this you need to step into the power of your spirit, into the flow of the creator. Only children and young people are capable of this out of the blue. For those of us who are older, constant practice is required.

Therefore, thank you to everyone who writes that they coped, that they endured. I always have tears in my eyes because I understand what colossal work this is.

Sometimes when you feel you can’t bear it, time yourself for 5-10 minutes, cry it out, release your emotions, let out all that pain when you feel helpless, powerless, because much is beyond our strength as a person, as an individual, and then get back into the vertical.

Because only in this way can you change something, when you hold your space, when you stand like a rock and radiate harmony, when you harmonize the space around you with your state.
