On the eve of the new stream of the basic course “Dance with the Shadow 4.0”, I want to continue exploring the topic of the mirror world. In the first part of this series of broadcasts, we looked at:
- emotional reactions (shadow projections),
- mental constructs (attitudes and beliefs),
- centering on yourself (rather than on the external),
- the personal experience you rely on (you remember a person and assume they haven’t changed).
The mirror world is a personal virtual reality in which an individual person lives. It is made up of a) a person’s individual ideas about themselves, their environment, and the world around them, and b) their reactions to the events happening to them.
To regain the lost ability to manage your life, you need to step out of the mirror world and see reality as it is. That’s what we’ll talk about in the broadcast.
