Many of us, becoming more and more conscious, would like to live a free and happy life, enjoying every moment of it, doing our work with joy and inspiration.
And now the time of new energies has come, when this is becoming accessible to a growing number of people.
Over the last few months, I have been understanding more and more clearly that the old methods of achieving goals don’t work. Moreover, the concept of a “goal,” focusing on the result, no longer holds the same importance for me as it once did.
The feeling that I’m not keeping up with something, that I’m missing something important in life that I can’t do without, is fading away.
Attempts to forcefully “push through” the solution or course of events I want, using willpower, do not give the expected result.
And I started thinking – what should I do? How can I align my life and work with the energies of the new time? And how can I work without destroying myself?
I want to share my observations with you.
How to Work Without Destroying Yourself
Focus on the Process
The first thing my intuition suggested was to relax, let go of the situation, take a pause, as if to rise above the situation in an attempt to see what’s happening from a broader perspective.
Just to be, enjoying each day, in anticipation that reality itself will show the best way out, give a hint, guide you. The main thing is not to limit the Universe in its wonderful manifestations.
Jumping ahead, I’ll say that this is exactly what happened, and one of the new opportunities that opened up was the chance to become an author on the Keys of Mastery project. It was a wonderful surprise!
I started observing and noticed that the same work sometimes feels so hard and takes a lot of time and energy. And the result, I must admit, is so-so.
But after some time, the same work gets done so easily and simply, playfully, with pleasure, that it even becomes surprising how I couldn’t manage it before.
The answer to my request came very quickly, within a week, during a conversation with my friend and partner — in the kitchen over a cup of coffee.
It was an interesting, exciting, and pleasant experience. In the common field, while discussing our work problems, several important realizations came — for both me and her.
Moreover, the understanding of each moment was given to both of us, and during the discussion we worked out an algorithm for our actions – how we would live and work from then on.
The most amazing thing I understood is that now what’s important is concentration on the process, not on the result.
There’s no point in straining, doing a mass of habitual mechanical actions and expecting a result. The more you work, the more you get – IT DOESN’T WORK!

Act While in the Flow
Now I act differently.
I voice my intention out into the space and enjoy life, go about my business while waiting for the moment when I intuitively feel that now is a good time to start and take action.
The beginning of the process is initiated by an inner response, from the heart, to the task at hand. The new energies seem to free up time for me to do what I love, to work on myself, and to connect with nature.
You infuse what you do with spirit. Your creations are filled with your energy, and those for whom you create them feel this, consciously or subconsciously.
You attract YOUR specific audience, who will come precisely for your energy. So competition is irrelevant )))
And if there is no inspiration, no flow state, no energy to share, then it’s better to wait. Otherwise, it will be that case where it’s difficult and nothing works out, even though a lot of effort and time has been invested.
Of course, people who have the ability to plan their own day and their own work have a clear advantage.
They spend significantly less energy to achieve the desired result, without fixating on it, enjoying the process and leaving themselves time for their favorite activities.
If you can’t afford that, while waiting for the flow state, do routine, mechanical work that doesn’t require energetic input.

How to learn to apply the flow state in your work
What does it take to switch to this kind of work pattern?
For me, it was:
- controlling my ego,
- humility,
- trust in myself and the Universe,
- patience to wait for the inner response to solve the necessary task.
It’s both simple and difficult at the same time.
Incredibly difficult at the first stage, when the ego screams: “You won’t make it!”, “What will happen if it doesn’t work out, how will you look?”, or “Finish your work and then play” like in childhood.
And it’s truly very difficult to overcome the fears of failure and inadequacy. To cast aside doubts in yourself, in your strength and intuition. To trust yourself and the flow of your life.
In such difficult moments, the affirmations helped me a lot: “Everything happens in its own time,” “What is meant to happen will happen anyway,” as well as working with my fears.
Try the meditation “Living in Trust,” which will help you feel lightness, a sense of faith that wherever you are, you are always in the right place at the right time.
Now I can say that in many aspects of my life, the struggle to achieve results has given way to joyful creativity and enjoyment of the process. The result follows.
And if it doesn’t – it’s also not the end of the world, and that no longer scares me. I am only learning to manage the flows of energy to manifest my intentions, in co-creation with my Higher aspects, angels, and guides.
And I believe – in time, many will become masters at this. Because today, in the new energies, everything is possible and miracles happen daily, you just need to learn to see them!
