How to Attune the Main Areas of Life to the New Reality

Here is how you can help yourself attune to the new reality:

Don’t fall into self-judgment, maintain balance

The more you work on yourself, the more inconsistencies are revealed to you.

At some point, it may seem like you are drowning in problems.

If these inconsistencies are being shown to you, it is only so that you can understand where attunement is needed.

So don’t judge yourself; instead, give yourself a “passing grade” for having seen it.

Your main task is not to sink, no matter how hard it gets. Hold yourself at least in a neutral state; don’t fall into the negative.

Find the strength within yourself to shift your focus from self-pity to gratitude for having this brought to light.

You have become different. Acknowledge that. And when it gets easier, you can begin to take action.

Don’t rush to work on everything that has been revealed

I repeat, your task is not to pounce on all the shortcomings, but to see the misalignment.

Sometimes, simple acceptance is enough: say to yourself, “I see it, thank you.”

We are all different. Everyone has their own weak spots and strengths.

If, for example, you have a well-developed area of relationships but your financial sphere is underdeveloped, you won’t be able to bring it up to the same level right away.

Identify what worries you most in which areas, accept the situation. And perhaps that will be enough at this stage.

Focus on what you have successfully changed

Instead of lamenting shortcomings, write down what you have successfully transformed and where you have achieved success.

Look back and see how much you yourself have changed.

How much work has been done, how many negative beliefs and programs you have cleared out.

This is why people from the past appear. It is an opportunity to compare the old version of yourself with the new one.

Perform a practice to attune the main areas of your life to the new reality

To help yourself see the full picture of your life, rather than scattering your attention on small things and uprooting isolated negative beliefs, I suggest doing this practice.

Let’s take the popular “Wheel of Life” exercise as a foundation.

Its author, Paul J. Meyer, suggests dividing a circle into equal segments, each responsible for one area of life: family, career, self-development, relationships, and so on.

Make as many parts as there are areas that deserve your attention. Include everything you consider important for yourself.

Look at this circle — your life — from the perspective of entering a new reality, and determine which areas of life you have already managed to attune to the vibrations of the new energies, and which ones still need to be raised.

Slowly go through all the segments, listen to your intuition, and note where you feel satisfaction and a state of peace, and where you feel disharmony.

In each area where you feel imbalance, choose what worries you most, what is on the surface, and direct your attention there.

Forgive yourself and accept these discrepancies:

  • I forgive myself for the extra pounds and accept myself as I am right now. As of today, I have done everything to understand where they came from. But I don’t yet know how to change this. I accept it.
  • My financial situation is not the best right now. But I accept it. I acknowledge that I don’t know how to manage money, but I forgive myself for this.
  • I understand that we have problems in our relationship. I can’t yet figure out why I behave this way. But I accept myself. I don’t yet know what to do or what will help us, but I acknowledge that this is the case.

If you can acknowledge this and forgive yourself not just in words, but from within, that will be enough for attunement.

Surrender to the problem, don’t set yourself the task of solving it right now, simply acknowledge that it exists in your life.

You will feel the tension and anxiety fade away. At that moment, you step out of the plane where there was no possibility of changing the current situation.

Later, a path will open before you, and by stepping onto it, you will get a chance to resolve your difficulties.

In some cases, the problem may dissolve on its own, especially if you have already put in a lot of effort to solve it before.

Learn to track the influence of new energies on your everyday circumstances.

Try to see something more in difficulties than just another failure, obstacle, or defeat.

Behind this always lies an opportunity to move upward into your new, better life.
