Tunnel thinking (narrow-mindedness) has a significant impact on your life.
When you are intensely focused on something specific, you cannot see everything else that is not related to your issue/focus.
For the same reason, when you are fixated on a problem, you do not see the solution.
Thus, many “windows” and “doors” that you could otherwise open for yourself may be missed.
Read on how to break out of tunnel thinking.
Tunnel thinking and its varieties
Those who constantly live in negativity, “consuming” bad news and running through increasingly worse scenarios in their minds, are recommended to focus (read, listen, watch) on something lighter and more airy.
This helps the brain readjust to the fact that good things also exist; you just need to pay attention to them.
Undoubtedly, the process of refocusing is very difficult and is not resolved at the snap of a finger.
I myself am in a slightly different situation. Of course, I do not see a world of pink ponies, but my world is colored with rainbow hues. Accordingly, some tragic things simply do not fall into the focus of my attention.
In February 2022, I did intensive work to expand my perception and include various things in it, including those that are not rainbow-colored.
For example, many are now focused exclusively on regional matters.
In such a situation, it is very difficult to look at what is happening from a global perspective, especially when you are at the epicenter of events and cannot break out of their framework.
From a human perspective, it is understandable why global concerns cease to interest you when you face a threat of death.
Nevertheless, even in the Keys of Mastery project, there is a part of the audience that is simply tuned to fear.
For example, no matter how carefully, with additional comments and explanations, Jason Estes’ forecasts are presented on the project, there is a part of the audience that persistently perceives any information about anything as a potential threat.
There are people who are afraid and directly expect the worst.
Humanity in its current form, with all its unprocessed, unaccepted “militant parts” of itself, does not need any external threat (viruses, natural disasters) to perish. For this, a war within, which will be mirrored outside, is sufficient.
For those people who transfer responsibility for their lives to someone else, external influences play out much more severely.
To destroy yourself and harm your soul, you don’t need anyone from the outside.

Going beyond tunnel vision – seeing everything, but choosing the best
For example, back when esoteric forums still existed, there were many well-known American authors who deeply explored the topic of conspiracy theories, secret societies, conspiracies against humanity, etc.
There was also a period when channeling as such was criticized, and the topic of ascended masters was devalued.
As a result, some authors (for example, Doreen Virtue), including those who faced their own fears, completely abandoned what they had done before and chose a different path.
Many years later, this situation revealed a different perspective, and it became clear: what then seemed like expansion, for many imperceptibly turned into a limitation.
In other words, what you perceive as an expansion at one stage of life may turn out to be super-narrowly-focused tunnel vision at another stage.
To broaden your worldview, it is useful to absorb different parts.
For example, many of those who embark on the path of positive psychology/thinking avoid seeing the whole picture and choose only something good.
As a result, another reflex of dualistic thinking (opposing one thing to another) develops – the denial of the existence of the bad.
Feel the difference: denying the existence of something or seeing everything but choosing the best.
In one case, you are an ostrich that has buried its head in the sand and pretends nothing is happening, but inside you know that something is happening.
In the other case, it takes courage to see everything, yet not drown, not immerse yourself in it headlong, but choose the best.
This is a completely different level of “affinity,” including with your own soul.

Black-and-white game as an attribute of tunnel thinking
Everyone has a soul. You cannot be on planet Earth without a soul. Accordingly, this spark exists in everyone.
The habitual/dualistic division into dark-light, bad-good is something that most people cannot digest.
This is black-and-white consciousness – when there is either black or white, either right or wrong. What are you feeding?
If people stopped feeding conditional dark energies with their attention, this game would be closed.
In reality, this game is over. But any individual person can be a carrier of this game. And as long as at least one person exists who harbors all of this within themselves (for example, a belief in certain dark forces), the game continues for that person.
Who, as a rule, carries this confrontation, this struggle between dark and light within themselves? The one who has their own unresolved internal conflict.
Not everyone is ready yet to integrate (accept) their dark side.
We have incarnated many times. We have been rapists, murderers, traitors. There is not a single person who has played only the light or only the dark.
Whatever function you perform in this life (whether seemingly dark or seemingly light), for balance, you have everything within you.
And those who play the so-called dark ones today could have been saints in a past life. And vice versa.
The question is not about “punishment” for what was. The question is what experience your soul wants to study next – for balance.
If you do not yet see this whole picture, but are specifically fixated on “he is bad,” you are still in tunnel thinking.
As a result, there is only this life, everything happens only this way, only this matters, and everything else falls outside the framework.
Stretch yourself (your thinking) towards perceiving yourself from the perspective of many lives, towards perceiving higher dimensions and your multidimensional aspects.
You constantly interact with your parts. Today’s “advanced” you is always connected to that you who once killed on a mass scale.
Those states that periodically wash over you may be related, among other things, to your different current incarnations.
To help expand the picture, a reading recommendation is the book “Soul Integration” by Sal Rachele, plus materials from the KM project.
Dreams as a way to work with tunnel thinking
Time does not exist. Past lives are simultaneous lives happening now.
As a rule, past lives are presented by various authors from the perspective of linear time. This is because the mind of most people does not allow the thought of the simultaneity of everything.
You can approach understanding/feeling simultaneity through the reality of dreams.
In a dream, your ego is turned off, and an exchange of information occurs between different (past, future, present) parts of you, between different probabilities.
In a dream, you interact with everything and everyone, but not consciously (without the participation of the ego). Upon waking, you remember only fragments of some dreams, although in reality an infinite interaction of everything with everything is taking place.
The same interaction does not stop in the waking state either, but you cannot feel it due to the limitations of the ego/mind.
In a dream, you gain access to glimpses of the eternal Here and Now. Upon awakening, your consciousness collapses, and you are back “in the game,” where the laws of 3-D world physics dominate.

Who is responsible for changing the world
The world begins with you and ends with you.
Until each of us clears out the crap we have been accumulating, no “bright future for everyone” can exist.
Here lies the main trap – it is when you hope that “someone out there will do something” and then it will be great.
For example, if you live in a “problematic” country, you hope that someone else will take to the barricades and change the situation for you. This is a major psychological escape from reality and from responsibility.
Not I will do it for myself, not I will be more conscious, kinder, warmer today, not I will help someone in need, etc. Let them do it, somewhere out there.
This is a banal evasion of personal responsibility. There is nothing more behind it.
Until you cleanse yourself – cleanse your hatred, malice, aggression, lack of authority, your “goodness” – and until a huge number of people do the same, you will continue to live in a world that is polluted and poisoned by aggressive emotions.
To expand your tunnel thinking/vision, open a map of current military conflicts on the planet sometime. You will see that there are currently more than a hundred territories in the world engulfed in military confrontation.
It was the same before. But it was far from you, so it did not reach you.
Now that you are forced to be in it yourself, you will demonstrate a completely different attitude towards it, a different experience.
Who is responsible for your life?
The test question is very simple – do you expect that someone else will give you a better life?
If your answer is “yes,” then you still believe in “wizards in a blue helicopter.”
In reality, such a wizard exists. And it is you. But as long as the wizard “sleeps” and waits for someone else to finally arrive, nothing will move forward.
The great thing is that everyone who shows up, who cleanses something for themselves (on every topic of life, on every issue), ultimately contributes to building the critical mass of people necessary to close the “problematic” issue.
When the need for something disappears, it goes away, it vanishes. When a sufficient number of people close for themselves the topics that are no longer desirable for your life, they will disappear. This experience will become unnecessary, lose its meaning, and therefore will go away.
