Despite the obvious progress many of you have made, some still fall into a state of self-dissatisfaction: feeling worse than others, handling crises poorly, failing, struggling through transformations, and so on.

If you belong to this category of people, this article will be useful for you in terms of shifting from dissatisfaction to an awareness of the path you have walked and the work you have already done.

How to Free Yourself from a State of Self-Dissatisfaction

Identify Your Starting Point — Where You Are

When a state of self-dissatisfaction takes hold of you, ask yourself — who sets your goals for you? Who raises the bar that you supposedly don’t measure up to?

One of the important elements in transformational practices is to clearly recognize the starting point where you currently are, from which you begin.

Not — where you could be, but — where you are right here and now.

At one moment you are in a tough spot, at another you are below the baseboard, and at another you are soaring.

In the same way, you break down your current “location” not only by time but also “by coordinates” — by areas of life.

As a result, this gives you an understanding of where you are at any given moment. This is your starting point.

Instead, you often drag along certain “bars” set in the past. This prevents you from seeing the real picture of the dynamics of your growth and development.

Cast your gaze over the last few years, for example, what happened during the pandemic (when you were stuck at home), last year, and today. You will see how amazing you are.

You are here, you have stayed in your bodies, you are even still taking action and trying to do something nice for others, while millions of people have already left Earth, unable to withstand the pressure and choosing to start from scratch in a new body.

This is an incredible result.

Reconsider Your Criteria for Growth and Development

The planet is rising in vibrations. To continue being on it, you cannot help but match this ascent.

Therefore, despite your self-dissatisfaction, the fact that you are here now in a physical body shows that you are also “growing.”

So remove those bars you set for yourself. Who created them? — You did. So are you the creator or not? If you set these bars for yourself, then who else will reconsider them?

As a creator, you regularly review your bars — from the perspective of your current consciousness.

How realistic was it even, was it within your strength? What do I want now? Do I still want the same thing I wanted back then?

We live in chaos. The old life ended in 2019. Starting from February 2020, we have been in constantly escalating chaos.

And yet, we manage to raise children, take care of our loved ones, and fulfill some social functions. Not to mention the transformations we constantly have to live through.

And after all this, you still choose to be dissatisfied with yourselves?!

Believe that power is behind you

Despite the tragic year of 2022, a bright future is beginning to emerge for the first time.

Power is behind you. You can feel it especially when you step into the Circle of Light.

When you are in your vertical, when your heart is overflowing with love, calm, and balance, you broadcast all of that.

At that moment, you become that very relay station, a beacon of Light that spreads a high frequency around itself. And this helps everyone around you to do the same for themselves.

That is how the Humanity Team works.

Learn to look at what is happening more broadly and globally, so you can see the real picture. Then there will be no room for your dissatisfaction with yourself.

But as soon as you start evaluating your progress from the perspective of the matrix mind (by your merits in society, how much money you have in your account, etc.), you naturally feel like a loser and slide into self-dissatisfaction.

Sort out the criteria for evaluating your own progress. Where, from which world are you taking them? From the 3-D world that is crumbling and living out its last days?

Value everything you do – for yourself, for your family. Value the simplest everyday things, the simplest acts of kindness you do for others throughout the day.

You held the door for a mom with a stroller coming into the store with you – see that you did that. It was you who showed that impulse, you helped.

Many myths about spirituality are being exposed right now. These myths stem from a person’s desire to get something as a result of spiritual practice.

This is exactly where the roots of scary stories like “I won’t make it to some transition when everyone else has already transitioned” come from. And this becomes a reason for self-criticism and devaluing yourself.

Many “pleasant little fairy tales” that you wanted to believe because they supported you are now being exposed.

How can you value so little who you are and what you do?

You felt that impulse from within and shared it with others.

It is impossible to give what you do not have. This means that, by definition, you already have within you something for which you can value yourself. Realize this and finally start valuing yourself and what you do, “just because,” and not by the criteria accepted in society.
