During periods of powerful energy influxes on the planet, many feel a surge of sexual energy.
The first thought that arises is that it must be used for its intended purpose. But is everything so clear-cut? Are there other ways to channel it? Read about them in the article.
The Meaning of Sexual Energy from a Spiritual Perspective
Sexual energy is energy of a specific quality, the energy of creativity; it is the same energy, only the vibration of its density is somewhat different.
A common misconception is that sexual energy is about sex. That is not entirely true. There is simply energy, and that is all; the differences lie only in vibrational density.
This has nothing to do with sex; it is simply that our body knows how to recognize it as sexual energy. It is not about sex or interaction with men (women).
In men, sexual energy is tied to the root chakra; in women, to the sacral chakra. But in reality, energy moves inside from one chakra to another; there are no separate reservoirs in the chakras where energies are stored and do not intersect with anything else.
There are seven colors of the rainbow. From art lessons in school, everyone knows that if you mix blue paint and red paint, you get purple. A color composed of the other two.
The same principle works with energy. Energy is essentially one, but from a physics standpoint, the amplitude of vibrations is slower in some places and faster in others.
The brain works on the same principle. The everyday consciousness of chaos, panic, bustle, trying to do everything, rushing — these are vibrations at the level of beta waves. When you are in a relaxed state, your brain vibrates at the level of alpha waves.
It is the same with energy. If we take the sacral chakra separately, it has different facets: sexuality, femininity (masculinity), creativity. And the quality of the energy will be different.
It’s just that we are used to associating sexual energy only with sex. Any smile is already sexual energy; you cannot smile for no reason.

Surge of Sexual Energy. What to Do When It Overwhelms You
If your body has recognized the energy as sexual, you feel a surge, spread it.
Vibes emanate from you. After all, it has happened to you when you meet some women or men on the street, you just catch their glance, and you already feel that wave. They do nothing, they are not seducing you, they do not even say anything, they just walked past.
The same goes for femininity. There are women and girls who are so feminine. They seem to do nothing, but you completely melt; also, there are people who have a very strong maternal energy. They do not say anything either, but in their presence, you feel as if you are being enveloped by the vibes of maternal care and attention.
So spread it that way.
You can also invest it in creativity, in some creative projects or activities. This does not necessarily have to be in the realm of some specific, pronounced creative talents. Not everyone has that, but you can put this energy into your daily tasks, just add a bit of creativity, some color.

Raising Sexual Energy to the Heart Chakra
Sexual energy from the sacral chakra can be raised higher, for example, into the heart.
This practice can be done with a partner. I suggested experimenting with it in one of our live streams for clients.
Men usually have tension in the heart chakra; it is harder for them to open up, to allow themselves to be vulnerable, as for them this equals weakness. They usually have no problems with sex, but allowing themselves to feel, to open their heart — that is more difficult.
We used this technique. During the sexual act, at the moment of orgasm, you raise energy from your sacral center into the heart chakra. And since at that moment you are energetically closely intertwined with the man, this should help him as well.
